I’ve been playing this game for YEARS. Ive meet cool ppl from my Yahtzee family group. I’ve spent a good amount of money in this app. I recently made a purchase and didn’t receive an item, even after the suggestion of restarting the app. The customer service rep “Coco” basically called me a liar, saying they could see that I received the item. (I hadn’t.) After over 30 mins of back and forth, they ultimately gave me a credit for the item as a “good faith” thing, still calling me a liar in a nice professional way saying I’d already received the item. I provided all the screenshots etc and in my years playing and purchasing have only reached out one other time in regard to an app glitch. Not a great feeling and I will not make any more purchases from this app.

I used to love this game but recently not enjoying it as it keeps being unable to submit turn and then I have lost many bonus rolls which I have used to get the score only for it not to count. Frustrating and a waste of time now.

I absolutely love all the Games and play more than I should😁😊 BUT!! THE NONSTOP ADVERTISEMENTS ARE GETTING MORE AND MORE AND EVEN MORE THAN FRUSTRATING !!!!! It’s after Almost Every Other Game Turn And the ads have ads!!! No more !!! Seriously!!! AND ITS NOT RIGHT TO PUT MONEY IN TO PLAY, AND THEN BASICALLY SPEND TOO MUCH OF THE GAME HAVING TO WATCH ADS !!! It’s Ridiculous!!!

Love Yahtzee hate the app
Love the game but hate the app. Always being pressured to buy packs of extra dice to create bonus rolls and they are expensive. Also, I’ve never had an app freeze as much as this does. In my opinion there is too much stuff on the ‘home’ page. Why not keep it simple, some of us just want to play Yahtzee not all this other stuff on here.

The game itself is fun and I enjoy the iterations to the classic. My only complaint is that you get very limited amount of time to play it before needing to recharge or spend money.

To many adds keep popping up when opponents supposedly roll dice to get points. They have points awarded to them while adds are playing. Who knows how or if they rolled. Points are sometimes not added correctly giving opponents the win. Awards are difficult to get if you get them at all.

Very Poor rewards. Game isn’t fair. Never land on a jackpot.Rarely win dice from scratchers. Hate energy. No wonder people are quitting. Social is a waste of time as no one checks it.

There is just way too much going on with the App now that is making the fun of playing Yahtzee die. I don’t care for 1/2 the App. I downloaded the App to play Yahtzee. I dont care for stickers, i am not spending money. All of this extra stuff is causing the App to lag bad. So hard to win free dice now like it use to be. Ive had lots of friends give up that I would play with because its not fun anymore. If you dont buy dice or the energy( scrap that), you really have no choice but usually loose.

I love playing Yahtzee and the rewards used to be worth it. It's so difficult finishing sticker albums, why not let us trade them with friends like mogo? Ikik we'd get so many bonus rolls it may kill sales.. The blue scratchers are joke worthy now. Not getting over 100+bonus rolls when you cash in over 50 at a time is crazy. It's a running theme with scopely games... Make them difficult to where the player pays to win or quits all together. The treasure hunt spins started out great, but you cut the amount of bonus rolls song the way. Then had the audacity to give less than 100 bonus rolls on the second round of TH spins. Making family feast and games impossible without using most of your bonus rolls is another shot in the foot. We get it Yahtzee are needed in play thus the name, but making it harder just to make more money is asinine. Not to mention the amount of duplicate stickers after opening several 5*packs to get nothing you need. It's beyond greedy and starting to be zero fun with all your so called improvements. Do better not greedy.

Only play to play with my sister, the ads are ridiculous to advance. May quit. An option to play only with those you invite, or that you know. Along the lines of a SM account…like FB or Insta… to keep your game ‘private’. Ads are fine if it’s for obtaining extra rolls for dice …for getting desirable stuff… but not for literally every step between games. The Grab side game is great… possibly consider an ad free yearly payment…as is available with the Amazon Prime accounts… thanks. There has to be better options for playing.

Bring back the older format
I will say I’m a bit addicted to this game, their game hooks you in and I’ve been playing it daily for over a year, but the recent design changes to the Yahtzee board are so ugly and cheap looking. Whilst I’m all for design changes, recent updates haven’t been great and I hope they revert the style and design to the older format.

Enjoy playing but I don’t play every game anymore as I don’t seem to gain enough points to play many games. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE SILVER BALLS IN THE ARCADE. I HAVE HAD MY LAST TWO TWENTIES DISAPPEAR WHEN I PRESS PLAY. NOT HAPPY.

Set up to fail
Recent updates have made the game too greedy. Use to be a pretty fair game and even though I regular would pay for extra cards or dice I was happy to do this. However the recent update I have now come to the conclusion the game now sets you up to fail. I will now be leaving the game to find a happy medium somewhere else.

This app has so many ads that should be tested before accepting because a lot of them require us to click so many x,s and arrows before we can exit or sometimes freezing up causing us to exit Yahtzee and restart. Also there should be no ads when we are in a tournament that is time dependant and you are battling out with someone for first place especially in the last 15 mins of a tournament

Used to love the game. Over the last 18 months the ability to win bonus rolls has dropped drastically.of course you have the option to purchase them but that’s not what I do. Now you allow unlimited rolls that is not random it’s fixed so you use more. The lack of dice has ment I have to choose which games I play. When I finally get to zero dice I will be gone and it won’t be long

Endless pop ups and poor service
This game used to be fun, then it started introducing more and more paid options so now every time you open the app you are met with an onslaught of pop ups trying to get you to purchase something. You click no on one and the next one appears before you can even select a game mode! It wouldn’t be quite so annoying if the game actually worked without so many bugs, but it is a constant case of issues with the Survivor mode, or glitches on Treasure Hunt, or missing reward items that take the team over a week to sort out (though they somehow manage to push out updates weekly!). For a game and team that is so insistent you give them money, they offer very little in return customer service and gameplay wise.

I love playing the game but the frequency of ads spoils the experience. Ads seem to go on for longer and some are unsuitable such as gambling and insecure banking products. The games advertised look low quality.

A rip off!!
The game used to be so much fun but now the game is constantly rigged and wants dice all the time and it’s wanting your money. There used to be great rewards in the game but Scopely are now taking rewards from the players right through the game. Energy is so hard to win now it’s almost impossible without using loads of dice which cost money. It won’t be long before I delete my account if things carry on as they currently are now.

Frustrating Game
I used to enjoy the game but found as you go along they make it harder & harder to get promoted because you cannot get the points needed. Rewards are rubbish - there are three levels of scratch cards but highest level gives worse rewards than the lowest - often nothing more than a few xp when you need thousands to level up. Some games such as Prize Climb and Family Games are impossible to win and most of the time you are playing bots so have very little chance of getting anywhere. They have now introduced sticker albums - a complete and utter waste of time and serve no purpose whatsoever other than it means they don’t have to give other prizes - you can’t ignore the sticker packs as you are forced to open them when you collect the limited rewards you get. Even spinning the wheels only ever gives sticker packs despite their being 3 levels. Don’t play to win - you will be very disappointed. The only game that was really worth playing was Treasure Hunt but they fix the algorithms to make sure you can only progress to a certain stage without spending loads of money. The more you spend the harder they make it to win any games. No more cash from me!
Could be so much better
I’ve been playing this game for years and in that time this game has changed so much and not all for the better. At times this game seems extremely rigged so you don’t win or you need to use a massive amount of extra dice rolls to achieve the win. The prize payouts seem to be chintzy at times and do not match the difficulty of some games. There are way way too many ads and they are extremely long.. Some ads you need to press the close X at least four times to get back to the game. And the ads can run for in excess of a minute and a half. Out of all of the issues I see with the game the amount and length of the ads is what frustrates me the most making me think I want to quit this game. However, I enjoy playing YAHTZEE and have put up with it until now but that may change.

I love this game. I play it regularly every day, but I’m getting so sick of ads that will not go away. It’s bad enough that many of the ads require you to hit the “X” numerous times before they’ll go away but now there’s a couple that just will not go away. I have to leave the game and then go back in. PLEASE fix this!
