i huzaifa this app is so disgusting that our children has set autopay I don’t even know after i saw 699 was deducted then I connected to customer care services they aren’t caring and there aren’t responding properly the customer care is poor and although they are saying it will not be refunded according to our policy this is ur policy ? Moj has poor customer support, will often take forever to respond, if ever. The cluttered interface on videos is distracting and annoying. Clip maximum is only one minute. After the latest update, the app is completely broken. Unlike other apps, Moj developers don’t say what the incessant fixes do. All HDR videos have the Dolby Vision logo regardless of whether they are Dolby Vision profile 8.4 or not.

TERRIBLE CREATOR SUPPORT — MOJ NEEDS TO ANSWER Moj ID: dixie_patel Followers: 809K+ I have been using Moj for 5–6 years and have built a community of approximately 809K followers. I am a professional fitness coach, trainer and nutritionist, and I create content around workouts, nutrition, weight loss, weight gain and helping people improve their health. But my experience with Moj has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Moj has repeatedly banned/restricted my account, removed my content and disabled my LIVE activity without giving me a proper, transparent explanation. My videos were recently deleted under reasons such as violence/nudity or policy violations. Seriously? My content is primarily fitness and educational content. If Moj believes a particular video violates a policy, then show me the video, tell me exactly what rule was violated, and give me a proper opportunity to appeal. Instead, thousands of pieces of my work can simply disappear, while customer support provides no meaningful explanation. I have contacted Moj through email, the app, calls and WhatsApp multiple times. The response has either been inadequate or I receive generic instructions that don’t address my actual problem. Even worse, my LIVE activity has been restricted while I am simultaneously being told to use LIVE to grow my account. How am I supposed to follow that instruction when Moj itself has disabled my LIVE access? This isn’t a small issue for me. I have spent years building my audience and creating content on this platform. My videos represent years of work, and I have built an audience of 809K followers. I have repeatedly supported Moj because it is an Indian platform, and I genuinely wanted to support and grow within an Indian creator ecosystem. But loyalty should not mean that creators have to accept poor communication, unexplained bans, disappearing content and ineffective customer support. I am asking Moj for a direct answer: WHY were my videos deleted? WHICH exact videos violated which exact policies? WHY has my LIVE access been restricted? WHY has my account repeatedly been banned/restricted? WHY is there no proper appeal process or meaningful creator support? WHERE is my previously uploaded content? Having 809K followers doesn’t mean I deserve special treatment. But it does mean I deserve proper support after investing years into your platform. I am a fitness professional, not someone creating harmful or inappropriate content. If Moj genuinely believes my content violates its guidelines, then prove it and explain it properly instead of hiding behind automated or generic responses. I want my deleted videos reviewed and restored wherever they were removed incorrectly, my LIVE access properly reviewed, and a clear explanation for every restriction placed on my account. Moj needs to understand one thing: Creators build the platform. Without creators, there is no content, no audience and no platform. Treating long-term creators like this is unacceptable. This app is good if u speak certain languages because when I logged on I clicked English and it kept going to a different language and then i deleted the app and re-download the app but still no changes that’s all I have to say so bye bye
