Los componentes de los productos muchas veces no quedan claros porque no aparece la etiqueta al completo en todos los productos, al ser celíaca me cuesta diferenciar cuales llevan gluten y cuales no.
Mala gestión con entregas
Buenos productos pero siempre hay un retraso con las entregas, estoy esperando un paquete desde el 14/01, hoy todavía está en camino.
Buenos productos, mala gestión de incidencias
Llevo bastante tiempo haciendo un pedido mensual y, en general, estoy satisfecha con los productos. Sin embargo, en mi último pedido una botella de cristal llegó rota. El paquete había sido abierto y reprecintado, faltaba el producto dañado y aún quedaban fragmentos de vidrio en el interior. Me reembolsaron el producto rápidamente y me ofrecieron un vale por las molestias, pero cuando pedí explicaciones sobre la manipulación del paquete, el estado de “pedido rechazado” (cuando nunca rechacé la entrega) y el riesgo de recibir cristales dentro de la caja, me indicaron que revisarían el caso. Tras varias semanas y un recordatorio, nunca recibí respuesta. Seguiré comprando porque los productos me gustan, pero evitaré pedir artículos en envases de vidrio hasta que tengan una mejor gestión de este tipo de incidencias.

Useless
Great selection , but everything I order get sent back because of expired products, damages or some unknown reason . Haven’t been able to receive anything yet. I even tried only ordering one item at a time in hopes it would go through. Nope, same old situation.

No entregaron lo que compré
Compré un producto y pagué el envío, pero no me lo entregaron. Escribí unos 12 correos y tardan una semana para responder cada correo. Finalmente me dijeron que ya había pasado mucho tiempo para reclamar y que no me van a devolver el dinero y tampoco me van a entregar el producto. Simplemente vergonzoso.

Los productos llegan muy bien cuando los pides. Lo único malo es que cuando devuelves un producto, no te contestan ni te devuelven el dinero. Por lo demás funcionan bien.

Terrible customer service and ripoff business
It has been over two months since I placed the ordered and my package is still held at the customs. When i asked for a refund, they asked me to call customs to unlock my package and pay the customs taxes if any.!!!! And they tried to put the blame on USA custom saying customs procedure takes too long in the USA!!!! This is UNBELIEVABLE! I have order from Turkey, China, Africa and never had this issue before. You haven’t mentioned any extra fees when I placed the order, nor mentioned that we need to call customs to get our package? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? Update 11/11/2024: After sending several emails asking for a refund, and explaining that clearly that I wont be calling customs nor paying customs taxes I received this bold response: “ Once the order has been returned, we will proceed to refund.” Be transparent about your hidden fees from the start!! I will escalate that to consumers complaints center. Everyone who had the same experience should do the same and report we’re being ripped off, we’re asked to pay hidden fees, and they put the blame on US customs. That’s the last time I’ll do business with Spanish online business !

Le spese di spedizione sono molto elevate per cui lo sconto suo prodotti è come se ci non fosse. Purtroppo non è previsto un limite al di sopra del quale le spese dì spedizione sono gratuite . Acquisto quindi quando non trovo i prodotti su siti alternativi che invece hanno spese di spedizione più contenute

Ignored repeated emails
I ordered some toothpaste but upon ordering, I noticed that it had sodium lauryl sulfate in it so I immediately contacted the company at least three different times and they never responded to my emails to cancel my order and refund me. They shipped my order so I contacted PayPal and they said as Soon as I receive the order to call them and they will open a dispute, I will never order anything from this company again ever!! and I will delete my app and close my account as soon as I’m refunded.
No Option for US Customers
When I try to sign in from the US it says that I have to use the Spain store instead. So if I want to order something I have to do it from the main page. I don’t mind doing that but I’m kind of sad that the app no longer works in my home country so that’s why I’m giving the actual app one star

Queria factura com contribuinte e não consegui obter, porque dizia que os campos têm que estar todos preenchidos, sendo que só existiam dois campos e eu preenchi os dois corretamente. E continuava a dar a mesma msg por isso desisti e pedi mesmo sem factura com contribuinte, enfim… 🤷🏻♀️

DO NOT ORDER from this company!! They BAIT and SWITCH
Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM NATURITAS IN SPAIN!!! They “bait and switch” products on their website. They show you one brand in the picture of the item you think you are ordering, then ship a completely inferior different brand product without asking you or telling you. When I complained on their website, they tell you to refuse the package and ask postal delivery company to send it back as “refused.” However, you don’t know if you want to refuse the items until you open the package (and see what inferior products they switched for your order) and see what they mailed you. The postal company will not accept a package that has been opened as a “refused package.” So you are stuck with the crap they charged you a bunch of money for, but DIDN’T deliver. Then they expect YOU to pay the return shipping charges!! They know good and well they are shipping cheaper brands of what you ordered, despite the name brand being shown on their website!! Buyer beware! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ORDER FROM THEM!!! You will be disappointed. And they offer very little customer service to try and make it right.
