Double Standards
As a driver, I have serious concerns about PickMe’s unfair treatment of drivers. For years, drivers have been explaining the same problem, but it seems PickMe still does not take meaningful action. When a passenger confirms a hire and the driver travels to the pickup location, the passenger can sometimes cancel after the driver has already arrived. The driver loses fuel, vehicle running costs, valuable time, and the opportunity to accept another trip. When we contact the PickMe hotline and explain that the passenger cancelled after we reached the pickup location, we are often simply told, “Sorry about that, we will take a note.” But what actual protection or compensation does the driver receive? On the other hand, when a driver has to cancel because of an unavoidable circumstance, PickMe can call the driver, warn them about cancellation rates, and threaten temporary account suspension. This feels like a clear double standard. Passengers are important, but drivers are also the people providing the service. Without drivers, there is no PickMe service. Many drivers have raised this issue repeatedly over the years, yet we have not seen a meaningful solution. PickMe needs to listen to its driver-partners and create a fair cancellation policy that protects both passengers and drivers. Please don’t just “take a note” anymore. Take action.
Worst Insurance Policy & Customer Care
I’ve been a PickMe bike driver for months, but the recent insurance policy is unacceptable. Whether we log out or don’t use the app for a month, we are still forced to pay the daily insurance fee. This is done without our consent, even though the app shows an option to turn insurance on or off. That option has been “unavailable at the moment” for more than three months clearly, the moment never comes. It feels like a deliberate way to trap drivers into paying, and it’s our right to decide whether we want the policy or not. On top of that, the driver customer care hotline is the worst of the worst. They cut calls in the middle of conversations, and when visiting offices, staff simply point to the head office saying they don’t have the system to help. Outskirts offices are no better they feel like political party offices, existing only for show. PickMe needs to respect drivers, listen to our concerns, and fix these broken systems. Until then, this app is nothing but exploitation.

Unfair payouts and hidden commission deductions
The payout structure on this app is getting worse by the day. High commission rates leave drivers with minimal profit after accounting for fuel and maintenance. Worse, unexplained fee deductions ruin weekly earnings. PickMe needs to lower commission rates and pay drivers what they actually earn on time.
Map not loading on Iphone 12 pro
Facing issues with the latest update. Map is not completely loading and it’s keep on loading. I can go online and receive trips. But can’t see the places on map. The names and roads are blank. Please check asap

The worst taxi service I have ever experienced in my life. They have no respect or concern for either customers or drivers. They treat people like they are nothing. Nobody should use PickMe.
