Great experience to use this I have no problem easy to use 👍
No help
Does NOT allow me to log into my new device, keeps sayong incorrect pin.
Receipts
I highly recommend this taxi meter app for anyone doing private taxi work in their country. It has been incredibly accurate. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the recent update that changed the receipt description option. The previous version had receipts that closely resembled those of local taxis, which was very useful. I strongly recommend that the developers revert to the previous version of the receipt feature.
Settings
How do you change to US in the settings??
Counting backwards
Not a bad design but after 2 miles it started counting backwards. Also would be nice to have more options to setup your prices
Confused
I started using this app my fare keeps going down why is that
Crashing Crashing !!!!
I can’t even change Tariff or input Company name! Crashing!! I can’t even put a fix fare after update ! PLEASE SORT IT OUT !
Text Version For Receipt
It would be nice to text the receipt to the customers and if we could hear 👂🏽 the navigation for the blind Thanks 😊 Love the App
Couldn’t test the free version. So not buying full version.
Wanted to try before possibly buying the full app, but can’t even test it, there is a big advert right across the middle of the map and settings buttons.
Hi
Needs update! The meter is great when all setup, BUT when you only get 1 BAR you lose money as it don’t work and stops ticking over needs updates to stop this as you would be losing money. Apart from that I would say this is fantastic app. I’ve gave it 3 star as needs updates to the app.
Not like before
The app is not working anymore like what you was working before he’s going west
Rip off
I purchased the pro version and now you want a monthly fee. Apple are a disgrace allowing this rip off This app is Run by a bunch of Fraudsters
funktioniert zuverlässig und gut
wünschenswert ist die Tarifauswahl und Anzeige auf dem Hauptbildschirm. Die Entfernung und Geschwindigkeit werden nur in Miles angegeben, bitte auch in km/h und km.
Signal on meter shows low
Signal bars on meter shows low if the bars are not full meter won’t start, even though the phone signal is full. 4 of my friends have same problem when contacting the maker of app he doesn’t reply even though I’m paying for it. It’s a problem that they won’t fix or they can’t fix. The best version was the first one made never have a problem after the updates now for years same problem no fix in sight
Amazing
Very good app 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
????
I bayed 4.95£ last week to remove the ads and but they updated the app 2 days ego and the ads came back and when I tried to restore my purchase it says “nothing to restore” . It feels like a scam. I am definitely going to report you and get back my money.
Tarriff
You cant change the tarriff as you go like the previous version e.g. you pick up 4 passengers, then pick up another 2 you will have to change the tarriff where before you could but now you cant. Previous version was alot better.
Was great before update
Absolutely loved this app before update now they try charging me £5 and every time i try and click on the menu the app crashes and closes so disappointed.
Fantastic app
Fantastic app I’m a new taxi driver this app is a must what I’ve been looking for only issue is when I do my tariff the cost per mile over 10 won’t change from £2.00 when I want it to be £1.60 other than that it’s perfect THANK YOU 🤙🏻
Update!!!
Was very happy with the old app, paid for it so no adverts. Opened app today and it’s the new one, lost my tariff and its full of adverts! Raging tbh, cheers Mohammed!…….and no I didn’t update it!
Troggers
This is almost a great app. Unchangeable waiting time should have a 0.00 and waiting time rate should go up every 20 seconds and not just all in one go at a minute. If these settings was added I would look into buying the ad free version.
Ok app
App is ok but the receipt facility doesn’t work and needs a resume journey feature. Think I’ve just wasted £4.99 as without receipt it’s pretty much just a basic meter
Jack
After the recent update it keeps crashing
App keeps crashing and no support
The taxi meter app has been a very useful app. I have paid for the full app and it has worked fine up until a few months ago. The app has suddenly started to crash more and more frequently. I have deleted the app and installed a clean version, however the problem still persists. I have tried to get some app support but the link just takes me to a webpage with no options. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please resolve these issues.
Taximetre
This is a very good app metre It works perfectly If there was one thing that is a problem it would be the waiting time in automatic it set the waiting time at 0.10 this tells you that you have to drive ten min before you waiting time comes it to your metre It would be a good idea to able to set this to zero so your waiting tim starts right away But other than that the app is very good
Mr
Extra sign + not working properly
RT Cars
Excellent!
Crashes!
I purchased the £4.99 version but now it keeps crashing and I can’t alter anything. I deleted the app and went to download it again but it didn’t recognise that I’d already paid for it so is asking for £4.99 again. I feel like I’ve been robbed! Also, no way to contact the developer hence this review!
Great
Easy to use and the integrated GPS tracking and receipt email function is brilliant. But it needs the ability to set journey time on the tarrif, not just distance. This is a must for driving in congested areas, as it may inadvertently switch to waiting rather than driving.
Latest update
Latest update has not been great. Receipts don’t send correctly and has spelling mistakes. Can’t enter tariff after 10 miles.
Great app
It’s a great app to use as it make it so easy and affordable. Just loving it.
Keeps crashing since update
I tap to open app but it keeps crashing and force closing. No way to contact developer. Purchased this app too. Not happy!
Pretty accurate
I've used this app randomly on certain occasions and I can vouch for its accuracy and consistency. It's great to have this app on your phone. The UI can be revamped though, that would be great.
Can’t turn off within app
You have to disable the location services from the iPhone settings when you are not using the app. There appears to be no other way to do it. Minimising the app and going to the home screen does not switch off the app. A blue bar is displayed indicating the app is still in use!? Otherwise would have given much higher review rating
Really good app👍👍👍
Best one out there, fully customizable.
Update
The app does not work , it keeps going off , had an update today 28/03/2019!!!!! Minor bug fixes ???? I was happy with the app not no more
Better than previous version
Should be fixed trip end receipt voucher (as a actual layout). And auto calculator input for all taxi fare per miles.
Absolutely crap you can't even do anything will be getting my money back fraud
Absolutely crap.will be getting my money back fake reviews
Bad gps
Can’t use the meter
