Badly needed update
Hello! I completed Stella’s apartment renovation in Word Mansion, but am unable to progress any further with the game; aside from passing levels. The last update was 3 months ago, and the game needs more storyline than levels. Thank you!!

I’m on level 617 and have 30 words in my treasure chest. So far I have found only 1 word that fits the puzzle. Why make it so hard. Some of us just enjoy this game but I’m ready to delete it.
Good Game NOT Great. Room For Improvement
Sometimes, I play a word and the game board wouldn’t accept it. Later on I play the exact same word and the game board DID accept it.

It was fun until I got levels ahead. The stars that you win was for chatting with a person, not decorating! Why works so hard and not get anything done?! 5 stars for 1 chat?! Ridiculous!!!

I love this game and have been playing it for a long time. I have reached the end and have been hoping for a new room to open up. Sadly this has not happened. Are there going to be any updates or anything?
love but lost game
i’ve been playing this game for four years. i love it and it’s a great time passer but i lost my entire game progress file and not sure how. i have to restart..kinda sucks that there’s no save game file
Please fix the
I like the game, but the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have a way of contacting support when you accidentally pick the wrong item and they will not let you change it to the right one and they do not give you enough gems

I love this game so much, but when I got a new phone I downloaded this game and lost all my levels and had to start at the beginning and there isn’t a way to save where you are and start back where you were that’s my only down fall and why I only gave 4 stars. other than that it keeps me busy for hours!
Miss the main game
I loved this game but, once you reach the basement level the story is over. They haven’t updated it at all.

Makes me mad
Every time I try to click on what a want in my mansion it zooms in and then I can’t even play the game so I have to exit it out. 😡😤 and then when I get back in the game it restarts me 😤😡😣😩
Nanarocks
I have enjoyed this game very much. You don’t have to match tiles or merge items, you get to use your word knowledge. Having played word games since childhood I was excited to play. My disappointment is that each “conversation” takes away a star…these should be free as you need them to decorate and the word games get more difficult as you progress. I’ll play word games to get 10 stars and end up only getting to choose 2 items to decorate as the others are for conversations. I’m at level 422 and I’m tired of the word games only to lose my stars to conversations. Enjoy the game, but know your stars get used unnecessarily for conversations.

Too many adds and why does it’s kinda a scam because why do I have to give my points up just for a darn coin … when I could just do the whole house

I was just casually playing this game and I had two words left and I got the thing I don’t know what it’s called it costs 675 coins that thing and it filled in the entire word and the word was drug!

Inappropriate ads
The ads are for adults and seriously inappropriate for young kids or alternatively make this app for adults and remove it from 4+ category. Please get rid of all inappropriate ads otherwise we will need to formally escalate.
Hints
It’s a great game, but I would like to see it having less adds. And when your doing the word search for stars, if u need a hint, you have to watch an add; which is okay with me, but afterwards, you spin the wheel and I swear they’ve rigged it! Because every time I spin it it has about a 75% of it landing on money! It even states if u watch the add, you WILL get a hint! And u most likely won’t, so I just think that their false advertising that bit if it. Please fix these problems! Otherwise the game is great, and I love it!!! 💕
Love this game..but
I am at level 602 and about ready to delete it. I love the fact that you have to really think to play but you only get one star per puzzle no matter the difficulty. You have to play several puzzles to get one item for decoration. Need to improve this
Not decorating!
If you are getting this game to decorate beware that most of the points you earn are used not to decorate the room but to move along a storyline. Instances…. Answer phone/ points, see what Jeff wants/points…. And on and on. I just used 5 points in a room and have yet to decorate a darn thing.

I earn gems or coins- spin the wheel or just brain power with the word puzzles—- but then they are all collected so I have to buy them in the store—- smh!! This is a HUGE flaw in this game!!😡👎🏻 Otherwise— a great game. I had the common sense to see all my “ earnings” and “ free “ spin awards as just buy backs( with cash)!!! “Free”? NOT!!

After every game there are ads. It’s ridiculous. I love the game but extremely frustrating with all the ads

It’s a good game if you’re into testing your brain with making up words. But I find you use all your gems on pointless conversations instead of decorating. I’m here to decorate the mansion not stand around and use 41 stars to chat about nothing important!!

I tried to switch the ap to my new phone it wants me to start back on level one, I’m not doing that bcuz I’m on level 1400 and something on my other phone. I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED playing this game, gonna miss it because I’m not starting over
Good game, but…
It’s a great game, don’t get me wrong, not too many adds, and a great storyline, and easier levels! But when you need a hint, there is a button that says “free hints”, but when you watch a short add for it, you have to spin a wheel, and multiple times there has been no spot in the wheel for a hint. So you could watch 5 adds and not even see a spot on the wheel for a hint, could maybe this be fixed to watch an add just for a hint?

I love and hate this game. Why do you have to put three stars for everything. Just trying to get three to complete it just makes me bored and tired before I get in-depth with the game.
Good game but it has its issues
It’s a good game but the levels get randomly difficult me then very easy. The ads don’t give enough coins. The “tools” use too many coins. I also think that the daily levels shouldn’t require an ad, I like to go backwards and completed some from months ago but it is time consuming waiting for the ads to finish first. There is ads after levels too which is irritating. The “answer the door” or “sit down” etc tasks are unnecessary it would be better to just redecorate or remove things. Overall good game but it has too many ads

It is amazing you make your own mansion free hints, coins , and more! And when the ex- boyfriend comes back Sam comes to defend the girl and there is a dog! His name is Rex any ways pls download this game!😄😀😃😁🙂😸😺
Misleading game
This game allows you to play to a high level and then misleads you by updating. This loses ALL your progress which means you have to re-start the whole game. I certainly would not recommend it for this reason. The game itself is fine and the choices are good.

I rated this four out of five because they talk soooooooo much it’s so annoying but other whys I love it.

You spend more stars for unnecessary stuff rather than actually decorating. Mad annoying.
I have some problems
I absolutely love this game! But, it’s just there is way too many ads and you have to pay with your stuff or you have to do the words to get stars. Also, they are way to hard. Maybe get the words a tiny bit easier words, not so many ads and not so many objects/decorations you have to use stars for. That would make most people happy. Thanks

I could play this game for hours on end. It has such a good storyline all while you can decorate the home with your own touches!
Word mansion
Nice game but far far far to many crosswords for each playable scene. The scenes are very poor with simply the girl and hr dog standing in the scene and that what they are doing is very poor when you choose what to do. This looks as if it has been compiled by an eight year old and becomes very boring father crosswords for twenty minutes. Sorry guys there is far better games on offer so why not take this one down and rebuild it.
Good game but...
It is WAY too easy to hit the “hint” buttons on the right side of the screen. I can’t tell you how many times it’s happened just by picking up my iPad!! I bet I’ve lost at least 5000+ coins by accident mainly because there’s no way to cancel it. Shouldn’t there be a double tap or something to prevent this from happening repeatable? Other than that, I like this game.
WHAT ARE GEMS FOR
I seriously can’t figure it out I’ve even looked it up. Why do I have over 70 gems and I have no idea what to do with them. I’m about to delete the game. It takes 3 stars to complete one task. And sometimes the task is just “investigate this noise” “answer the door” “talk to this person” it’s really quite annoying. If I could use the gems to buy hints that would be great! But nope I need coins and you need a min of 225 coins to get one low level hint.

Was loving this game and progressing nicely until it kicked me back to square one at the porch! Still at the same word game level but the story had completely restarted. Luckily I hadn’t used any gems or paid any money…but I’m still frustrated to say the least! This bug needs fixing before it costs people their actual money if they’ve brought gems to fix up their house!

Think GeForce buying the daily bonus
The third level you get to a chest. Pay $3.99. Included in one lightening bolt thing. Problem bb is keep goi g to the side nd and you win a second lightening bold thingy but wind up with only 1. I stopped goi g beyond the first two.
Good but….
It’s a fun game if you like word games. You figure out the words and then get to decorate. But then it go to where you had to solve 2, then 3 before doing one small thing. Then it went back to 1 and good. But not it’s a lot of talking, find all the words, talk, find all the words, talk, repeat, repeat, repeat…. That gets boring.
