An sich schönes Spiel
Ich konnte nur die erste Episode Spielen… jetzt geht nicht weiter und finde das sehr schade. Bin dadurch gezwungen das Spiel zu löschen.

Not letting me do stage 2: handy man
It keeps saying -1/12 and the level screen is just a picture, it is not letting me do the quests. I’ve even deleted my account and the app and restarted but still is doing it

Die App ist eigentlich gut und ich hätte auch gerne weiter gespielt, allerdings kann ich die 2. Episode nicht starten. Somit kann ich nicht mehr weiter spielen.

ตกแต่งห้องได้แค่ Episode เดียว Episodeที่ 2 กดเข้าไปตกแต่งไม่ได้ เล่นไปจนด่าน 100 ก็ยังตกแต่งไม่ได้ ลบโหลดใหม่ก็เหมือนเดิม ลบบัญชีทิ้งเริ่มใหม่ก็เหมือนเดิม อยากตกแต่งห้องค่ะ🥹
Stuck in bug
It’s sad, I really enjoy the game actually. But I can’t progress. I can’t play the levels but I can’t make any of the customization options. After beating the first episode, progress is stuck at -1/12 for episode 2 and I’ve tried the standard troubleshooting to fix it with nothing to work. Unfortunately, the design element is often what draws me to these match-3 games so I can’t personally look past this bug

I’m stuck on level 1301 , it’s been updated and it’s not letting me play the levels now, can you tell me why this is ? I’m on episode 16 and it says progress -1/10 but not letting me play it?

App broke?
I love this game, however i’m stuck at episode 11. I completed the market but it’s showing as incomplete and says “-1/9” for the episode progress i’ve tried force closing it and reopening but it won’t change! i can play the levels but can’t use the stars earned to progress :( i don’t want to delete and reinstall in case i lose all my progress! help!!

Title says it all. No additional story or progress to be made. Same thing over and over. Luxury League gets you no where. Has become horribly boring
データ削除ができない
リセットしてレベル1からやろうとして削除しようとして削除という単語をいくら入力しても単語が違いますと出て来てしまい、リセットできません。削除という言葉を入力して下さいと書いてあるのにその通りに入力すれば単語が違いますと出て来るのはどういう事なのか全く理解できません。早急にお願いします。
ユーザー削除出来ない
グラフィックが綺麗で楽しいものの、途中から日本語でなく英語になってしまったりストーリー等分からないまま進みます。模様替えなども可愛くて楽しめるかと思います。 類似のアプリも多いのでアンストしようとしたところ、ユーザー削除がエラーで出来ず運営に問い合わせました。お返事自体は日本語で通じ、迅速に頂けたものの「現在完全に削除するオプションはありません。申し訳ありません」とのこと。ならば何故ユーザー削除の項目が作ってあるんだろう？？動作確認してからリリースするものではないですか？ 全体として日本語での対応はまだまだ途中なのかもしれませんね。といえ･･･プライバシー的にも個人情報削除出来ないのはすっきりしないので早い修正を願います。
Impossible level!
Oh how I wish I could give this excellent game five stars, but alas like so many before it you developers think it’s fun to put in I possible levels for some unknown reason. Which, unless you have money galore to throw at the game, or the luck of the gods you will never in a million years beat. I’m stuck on one such level, 89, in a game I so far have been really enjoying, but now look like I’ll be deleting as I can get no further. If you must insist in putting in these ridiculous impossible level at least give us some chance of beating them, right now even with bonuses this level is pretty much impossible. Way too much to do with way to few moves, which even for a super hard level is crazy. So, sad as it is 8 can either carry on replaying this one level over and over again for pretty much ever, or, with great regret for another potentially great game ruined by its developers delete it. It’s a no brainier really, game deleted thanks to it’s crazy developers!

Love the game, really good fun, good storyline etc - but how can I complete level 495 with no boosters in only ten moves? Is it possible or do I need to delete the game and start afresh?

Eigentlich würde ich dem Spiel 5 Sterne geben aber seit 3 Tagen spiele ich Levels erweitere mit Sternen und sobald ich aus dem Spiel rausgehe ist alles weg und ich fange wieder bei dem letzten Stand wo ich vorher war an. Das ist mir jetzt schon in den 3 Tagen bestimmt 4x passiert. Ich habe extra Screenshot gemacht und an den Support geschickt aber von da kommt keine Reaktion. Booster, Sterne und Level bleiben verschwunden. Und ich bin bei Level 361 eigentlich müsste ich dadurch schon wesentlich weiter sein. Wenn das geändert wird dann gebe ich sehr gerne die 5 Sterne weil es macht eigentlich Spaß das Spiel nur im Moment so garnicht.

I really love playing this game, but twice in the last week all my progress has been lost when I’ve tried to link my account to Facebook. I’ve contacted customer service and have had no resolution to this issue.

Das ist das erste Spiel, dass ich liebe und richtig gerne spiele. Es macht so viel Spaß und süchtig. Schade, dass die Story auf englisch ist aber egal. Ich liebe es trotzdem. 😃
Unhelpful support and glitching
The episode reset constantly and all your progress is lost. I contacted customer support and all they said is that they already know this happens and “regret” my gameplay “wasn’t smoother”. No apology, no remedy. Deleting the app immediately, not worth your time if your gameplay isn’t worth it to the team.

Glitch
Game keeps glitching and sending me back to the start of the episode, but still at further levels, and the stars are not given back to me. Starting to really annoy me now.
