Option
Not bad time killer :)
Way behind the times.
Moving is too slow, attacking is too slow, the tutorial is way too slow. Why this game is still in the App Store is beyond me? This game looks 8bit.
done with it
I started play, again after a long break. When the game works, it’s enjoyable. But it is still very buggy. And you know when the game freezes, right? When I am winning. Never freezes when I am doing poorly. But, I get cheated out of more than 50% of my wins cause the game freezes. Give. That there has not been an update in a year, the developer probably doesn’t care anymore. But save yourself the time and money, don’t download this game. Play something else.
Faction options
I believe it would be great if instead of having different champions from different factions you could choose your faction and get different units.
New and enjoyable game
I like the variety of missions and the leveling is not to fast.
Bring back warhammer quest 2
This does not even compare to it
Great game, but text is TINY
Sure wish I could read the information for weapons, armor pickups etc, it’s nearly impossible to read - why do SO many developers fail this simple concept? Phones do not equal PC gaming monitors!!!
Not as good as the original
My old, original version of Warhammer Quest stopped working, so I tried this one. The world exploration is gone, the heroes are random and giftbox-oriented now, the missions are too short and ads abound everywhere. I wish I could get my old Warhammer back. For what it is, it has decent graphics and activities and seems well laid out, but if you liked the original you will not enjoy this one.
Pretty good
Not the same as the original Warhammer Quest but pretty ok.
Amazing
Great turn based game with loads of content daily challenges and even pvp!? This app rocks
Game lost all progress
It duplicated on my phone when I uninstalled and reinstalled I lost all progress. I’m not reinvesting the time to get back to where I was
Great game with silly monetization
I love Warhammer, Age of Sigmar in particular, and it’s hard to find AoS video games. I’m happy to say that this game lets you both experience an out of print board game and enjoy the Warhammer vibes. However the pricing is bizarre. I love a free game and I’m happy to support with little transactions here and there, as well as the usual “watch an ad for a freebie” thing. However, if you want to get a specific character (for me it’s the greenskins) you either have to grind hard or pay through the nose. Like, it’s $20 just to buy a character outright and dodge the gacha portal thing. So I am enjoying the actual game and will continue to enjoy it with my starter characters, I just wish there was a way for me to get a Grot or an orruk without having to pay the same amount as an actual Warhammer model would be.
WH quest2 I can’t buy dlc and character
Can you help me 战锤2游戏已下架:The game has been removed from the shelves.
This is not the Warhammer Quest you remember
I searched for the original Warhammer Quest and this came up in its place. This version of the game was always f2p from launch and was never designed as a buy and play game. It’s a 😢 reminder of how far the App Store has fallen for “core” gamers.
Fun
It’s a fun game
Grind Heavy - Crashes Frequently in Multiplayer
There’s a lot of grinding involved to get enough character tokens to unlock character level limits needed to beat the game. Or spend a stupid amount of money paying to unlock those level caps. Part of the grind is neigh endless multiplayer PvP (or I suspect Player vs. Bot) battels that freeze and crash frequently when you so much as tap on certain opponents characters to target them. Still annoyingly fun and I really love the artwork. Shame it’s such money till.
По началу норм
Игра на арене подбирает соперников, на голову выше вашего. Не работает функция за просмотр рекламы , ресурсы…
Disappointed
They took what was an excellent game in Warhammer Quest and WH Quest 2 and slapped some pay to win on it. After a few days of playing you’ve got no chance of progressing without astronomical grinding or astronomical money. It’s still similar to the original two so still fun to play, just don’t expect to make any real progress without dropping some real cash.
Crude Combat Resolution…
Higher level combat is waste of time… tweak the probability tables so odds are adjusted against player. Lazy design decisions or maybe “just release it” mentality. But it looks good, right….?
Fun game
Pretty fun and easy to get into real quick
Wish to play this game...
But cannot even pass the first tutorial mission, due to bug. It freezes.
Durchgezockt
BullS
When u watch adds for extra bonus game kicks u out…don’t watch adds u are giving em money for adds while u don’t get nothing in return
Crashing
Please fix the constant crashing
Good game
Honestly, the game I think is pretty good. There’s pros and cons to this game: Pros: -there’s a lot of heroes you can form a team with. Each can be customized for different playstyle with Boons. -Most of things in the game can be farmed and just by doing daily missions. -Dev is pretty generous with stones so you can pretty much summon once a week if you do all your dailies. Cons: -Too many heroes to get. You’ll sometimes summon dupes and you can sell it back for XP, but should be sell back for portion of stones. -Maybe it’s just my RNG is bad but I bought the $99 pack and summoned 20x the 4* and up only. Did not get a single 5* even though based on the possibility chart, I should have gotten on average 2. -Monster AI are the same and once you learn the mechanic of it, it’s easy to abuse. However, you eventually hit a wall where you simply cannot kill them and they one shot you. This is speaking from having six 4* at maxed level 40 with level 42 epic weapons and equipped with 4 epic boons. At some point, the dailies is impossible to do because you’re hitting them for 53k per shot but they hit you for 89k. You can’t abuse the AI because eventually they spawn faster than you can kill, which leads to unable to complete any dailies for rewards. This is where you absolutely NEED 5* but it’s RNG to get one. -No guarantee 5* summons. Every once a while, you get a day where you can summon guaranteed 4* and up for 350 stones. I specifically saved stones for this day. There should also be a day you can summon a 5* for 500 or even 700 stones. I spent $99 on a mobile game for 7000 stones, which is 20 summons on 4* and up days and didn’t get a 5*, when the chance is 15%. -No PvP. All PvE. There’s some daily challenges where you fight 2v2 or 3v3 against other hero’s, but it’s still AI. This game has potential to be PvP and even real-time. With the different boons available, you’ll never know if you’ll run into say a Raptor with 4 range extend boon, or a raptor with 4 crit chance boon and it oneshot you. Overall, the game is good to pass time. It “fun” and exciting for just a bit but you hit a wall and you have to spend a lot to “try” and get over it but even spending $99 on a pack doesn’t guarantee you will get it. I would 100% not spend any money on it though is my advice. My feedback to dev: please add a special day summon of 5*. 4* and up day is 350 stones/summon. 5* can be 700 or something. Also, the game now will not load. When I open the app, the loading get stuck at 80% and doesn’t move. Tried to reinstall and it works but when I load the account, it get stuck.
Beyond frustrated
I am furious that none of the heroes and campaigns I purchased on the previous version can be transferred over to the new one. Absolutely disgusting and I’ll never spend another dime on this freaking game.
Fun game, too many ads
Great warhammer turn based game. Only issue is all the bonus chests and rewards requires watching ads, so in an hour easy to watch 20 ads (or even more). Would happily pay up to $20 for the ability to bypass all ads like many other games have.
Warhammer fantasy battle
Simplistic and very dull for a turn based strategy. Every now and then the game crashes and you have to exit out loosing all progress. I was hoping for something more than this, dont waste your time
Frustrating, design bugs
Love the core gameplay but the interface is truly terrible. How do you change party members? Nothing intuitive works. Also, why on earth are there so many quests early on that are technically impossible to complete. Making a glaive a requirement for mission completion but then giving you no way of getting a glaive is either just really poor design or a bug.
Unique
It has a different flavor than other games I have played. A good game for anyone who wants an alternative to hack and slash rpg’s. I like how it utilizes the different units without taking away from the feel of role play.

Enjoyable and accessible but...
Fun to play and doesn't require a huge time commitment. That said it crashes a LOT on my older iPad. Not sure why there is so much instability. One day it runs great, next day constant crashes. Hope it gets a bug fix as it is hard to advance when you never knowmif the game is going to clean or not.
Intro way to long
Too many missions of tap here do this. Hey developers. I want play your game not a an interactive real time event after waiting for this to download. I’ll keep going, maybe, but why do they always do this.
Constantly Crashes
I loved Warhammer on iOS. Was amazing. Saw this version had a new update and I was excited to try it out. Spent a few $$ to get going on a good summons. Well worth it. The game is awesome! However, it constantly crashes. Apparently the new update is not completely ready to go. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro, so not lacking in specs, and playing on WiFi so not lacking in bandwidth. I’ll give a 5 star as soon as it’s fixed enough for me to actually play. 😋
Good game but latest update causes ads to freeze up
Latest update: Very frustrating that ads freeze up when you try & close them which causes you to lose rewards! The updates have added more content and characters which is great and the game looks beautiful but they still haven’t fixed duplicate characters when summoning. I wouldn’t mind it it was limited to 2–3 duplicates, but I have summoned the same characters 4+ times. I would rather pay cash for new characters A lot of grinding required. I wish there was a way of cashing in extra lower level champions towards gold and summoning stones so you can use them to purchase more summoning stones for a chance for better weapons and/or Champions Update: This is a good game that could become a great game with a little tweaking. I loved the previous Warhammer Quest and Warhammer Quest 2 games, and played both it through with all the characters, including the premium characters you paid extra for. This is a different type of game than those two. Gaining new characters require collecting enough summoning stones, which are very slow to gain without spending money. The premium characters cost more to summon (250 stones vs 100 stones for a normal summons) The advantages of the “Epic Summon” are that the characters can increase their levels further and have additional “boons” or perks which can be used to strengthen and customize your character further. My issues are that even when you obtain enough summoning stones, the summoning seems random and you get duplicate characters. You can scrap/sell back unwanted characters (for experience points that you use to advance your characters) and items (for gold). The problem is that you don’t get much experience points for scrapping a duplicate or unwanted character. I wish you could scrap champions for either, a portion of their summoning stones you spent or experience points (and more than the measly amounts you currently can get) I also wish the game would NOT allow duplicate character classes until you have obtain one of each class. Those two changes would greatly improve the game IMHO.
Worse with every update
They really do make this game worse with every update. They just keep nerfing the champions and make everything more and more expensive.
Ok
I really like the game and it is fun but my game has started to crash when I am one hit away from winning so please fix that but other than that it is a fun game.
Too grindy, levels seemingly not random… it’s just not there, and seems like a cash grab
Perhaps like many others, I got this because I enjoyed Warhammer Quest I and (to a lesser extent) II. Had they pretty much copied what was there, this would have been at least as good. Instead, in seemingly all the ways that were changed, mistakes were made. You start with two champs, get a free basic third, and you can scrape together enough summoning currency to get a (good) fourth. You’d better like what you get, though, because you’re stuck with those champs for a long time. After ten hours, I don’t have enough to summon even a basic fifth summon, and it seems like the only way to get more is to pay money. They talk about the “Friday quest” to get more, but there isn’t summoning currency doled out, and it’s only once a week, at that. You can’t even rename your champs. Why? That seems like something very simple that I could do as far back as Quest I. Why take that mechanic away? Each champ gets one item and at least one “boon,” which are bonuses like +1% accuracy. That’s what passes for an inventory. Better champs get more boons, but still only one item. The better the champ, the more boons, so here again, you need to summon more. You can use gold to get more items and boons, but nothing that helps the broken summon mechanic. XP progression, at least seems good, if nothing else. The levels are almost painfully repetitive. Most of the time, you’ll be in a single corridor of two types: thin, and really thin. There’s a gauntlet board that is the same every time. There’s one roughly rectangular board. That’s all. There no fog of war- you see the whole thing from go. It seems like there’s little randomization; I already feel like I’ve seen it all. Other games that rely on “drawing” champs give you frequent draws with relatively low rates for the best summons, and options if you get repeats. They also rely on a large pool of champs to give options to players who may or may not like the champs that they get. As others have mentioned, there’s none of that here. You can “sell” a champ you don’t like, but you don’t get summoning tokens back: the grind starts again. This is the kind of game that I should love, and in countless other iterations, I do. Instead, it seems like a failed experiment and a cash grab. Right now: stay away. There’s things they can do to improve this, but they need to do more. A lot more.
Let down by AI and grinding
This looks and plays sleek. However you very quickly become XP constrained especially if you get a new character. Around 10 xp per chest when you need 300 for a single heroes next level is tiresome. The AI is also dumb, will willingly stand in flames or fight a summoned monster instead of targeting a hero themselves. Regularly win just by summoning a skeleton each turn so the mobs never advance and my ranged heroes wear them down
Simple dungeon-crawler
It does everything well, and the graphics are excellent.
Last update was a “free to play” turn for the worse
This game has been good, with good updates. This last update introduced a new $75 way to upgrade your character and took away the decent opportunity to roll for the 5 star character you need to finish the game. There is a new system that is supposed to let you trade old characters for a new upgrade currency but I have traded several and gotten nothing Give this a miss until they fix it
Great game but...
Great game, and it seems to be very easy to earn additional champions without the need to spend real money. My only issue is you can get duplicate champions from summons with no way of trading these back? That means you have duplicate champions on your roster with little difference other than a few stats. Why is there no way to get rid of these? I would rather get rid of them and get nothing back, but it is frustrating to see a duplicate especially when I only have 5 champions and the odds of getting a duplicate must have been very low. Hope this gets fixed otherwise great game!
Crashes often, making you restart fights
The first time it happened I was motivated to keep trying because it seems like a fun game. Eventually, after maybe 5 crashes, I was able to complete the battle. Now it’s happened again and it has crashed 3 times. I’m done for now.
Hard to progress
Really nice game, but very difficult to progress even when paying for it. For example, I paid for 2 packages and still finding it very tough to progress as one package just give me the same hero with higher lvl cap. No experience or gold to level it up with...
You are a good person
Is good
No Reviews?
I posted TWO reviews. Once to give a decent review, but with issues. The second was to correct my first one. I have received no feedback on either. Understandable, however... I cannot find either of my reviews on your list of reviews. I choose to look through ALL reviews, and even sorted by stars so I could look exactly in the number I gave. I cannot find mine. Further, I cannot find any 1* reviews younger than 2 years (I made screenshots just in case, never know). So, this further backs my claims that the developers of this game are gaming the system to make money. I suggest the company responds, and also stops hiding ‘bad press’. If you did it, own up to it. If you hide it, that’s criminal.
A bit repetitive, not great value from the store
I would prefer to see new fun, interesting quests, possibly with puzzles and stories as in app purchases, as opposed to materials you need to level up or farm for weeks to obtain. Speaking of store, the option ‘no more adds, just give me extra chests instead for only $x would be rather welcome too.
Doesn’t Live Up to Warhammer Quest
Original WQ had an RPG feel and felt rooted in the world of Warhammer Fantasy, had a lot of character. This knock off pales in comparison. Missions are repetitive, lack character and flavor, and missions themselves tend to be significantly shorter than the 30 second ads you are made to watch to ensure full rewards. Leveling system is boring, weapons are repetitive and don’t stand out. Nothing exciting about mechanics or gameplay. Do not recommend unless you for some reason wanted your original WQ game to feel like a pay to win (is not a pay to win, but has that same grindy “hope they get addicted and spend lots of cash” vibe).
Won’t connect to server
The game was good, but since the major update to add the Dead of Night expansion the game won’t connect to server – so is now unplayable. Edit: Deleted and reinstalled and will connect again now.
