Awesome easy to use app!
Never heard from my financial advisor
My account was acquired years ago and not once have I heard from the advisor that took over my account. I think it’s time to look into other options
little usefulness
I have been a MassMutual client for years, always with the hope that eventually they would get their online offerings to work. But they continue to offer the worst online interface in the financial sector. Currently trying to enroll in paperless, but you can’t display the entirety of the consent form and therefore can’t enroll.
App
Needs improvement, had to repeat inputting a new bank account before it confirmed as saved.
Easy to Use
I just downloaded the app and found it intuitive and easy to use. I did not have to search for anything, it was all at my fingertips!
Connection issues
It looks like it would be a nice app. Except for the fact that safari is unable to complete its connection to my account due to too many redirects thus rendering the app useless.
Timing out
The app continually times out and crashes, preventing logging in or paying bills.
Landscape mode
App has been available for years yet doesn’t support landscape mode on iPad which is ludicrous. Please bring it forward to the current standard of being able to flip and format in portrait or landscape mode so those who use iPads with keyboards and for other reasons, don’t have to login via a web browser.

Broken
I tried logging in today to pay Bill that should’ve paid automatically and the app has my bank account info, but does not acknowledge that I have any insurance even though I have two policies. They have no after hours support so I have to wait three days to call someone to make a payment that I should’ve been able to do on this app.
Oreination problem
The oreintation of the app does not adjust to wide/ landsca[pe view (for iPads.) Makes it difficult to enter data.

Stupid Loop
When trying to get into the app to pay my large bill, I got stuck in a recaptcha loop that was never ending. Very annoying

Just updated 3/19/26 IPhone app will not let you get beyond user id and password error but same work on windows computer fix this
Not useful
Not only am I unable to execute any transactions on the app but logging in is like a 3 step process. Can’t wait for my annuity to mature so I can get away from this backwards company.

A beautiful user friendly app
Horrible system
I downloaded this app for the first time because I have an event coming up, and despite knowing my email and password, the app insists it’s the wrong username or password. Fix your broken system that can’t even let users in.
Gives me practically no information
I would think I could at least see “Your premium bill has been sent” or “Your last premium was received [date] and there t bill will be sent [date]” I only have one LTC policy, and it does tell me the daily benefit. Maybe it’s better for other policy types.

Can’t get app to work
I keep trying to sign in and it keeps saying system error . Call if it persists. If I wanted to call I would do that instead of trying to use the app .

I love how easy it is to make payments on the app. Major props to the dev team for all the work they put into this app
Unable to see Capital Vantage balance
The app is poorly designed as it fails to display the balance of the Capital Vantage Annuity. Nobody at MassMutual is able to fix the issue. Nobody understands why this error happens. After more than 8 calls the issue persists. I give up. Looking now how to transfer all my accounts to another institution.
