Inaccurate
Inaccurate details after making a booking. It is certainly not the first time I have visited the clinic. If you get this kind of information wrong, what else might you get wrong? Not impressed.

Feedback
I asked for a Telehealth Appt and it's booked me a face-to-face appointment. Each time I use the app, it tells me I should come 15 mins early as it's my first appointment there. I've been attending this practice for years. I'm also concerned I will then be charged a higher fee for a first appointment? Can someone call me please to address the above issues. Thank you

Thank you for this app. As a long time client of your practice and a frequent user this year due to 2 fractures I have found it very convenient and easy to use. Also, grateful thanks to the reception staff, nurses and to my very patient and knowledgeable GP, Dr Chami DAYAJEEWA. Together you have all made it possible for me to progress my healing and given me great comfort.

By and large a good app and easy to use. I like the ease of selecting and making appointments. I can cencel appointments easily enough, but a few times I have wanted to change an appointment, and can't do that as far as I can see. I like the option to see a map and clinic details. I do like being able to add appointments to my calendar and do like receiving reminders. Overall, pretty good ;-D

First visit!?!?!
This is NOT my first visit !!! 8mo ago you replied that you were listening to my feedback, but EVERY time I book it comes up as first visit. FOR GOODNESS SAKE fix the app. This is NOT - underline NOT - my first visit, nor theforst time I have reviewed the app.
Options for booking specific appt
There must be quite a few people needing to book the 75 age check for driving compatibility or diabetic wellness sign off. Would be good to have that option available to choose. Otherwise does one book 1 item appt or two items. One dr might speed through the online form and complete the task in 15’ while another might need 3/4 hr.
Barely average
Its not user friendly. In that it does not list your doctor appointments all as one thing, but by location of clinic that day. which is stupid. you should be able to pick your appointment, then be told its at this location.
Some work needed
Makes booking an appointment easier for those of us who can’t get to the phone during work hours. However, the new function, request a repeat prescription bit, just does not work, it just defaults you to making an appointment.

Appointments scheduled in advance of a week
Questions about current health and exposure etc to COVID are important but not relevant to an appointment scheduled for more than a week in advance. There is a need to reprogram to cover this aspect.

No daylight savings time in Queensland I don’t live in Sydney

The Ochre app is extremely convenient . So easy to make an appointment at home where you have your calendar handy . You can easily see the times that are available . A couple of clicks and your in business. Suits me , definitely five stars .

I went to my go today to discuss trying new Wegovy weight loss medication as Ozempic has not worked for me. All go was concerned about in addition not to have heard about Wegovy and then telling me it is really untested is that maybe I should go to an endocrinologist or a dietitian. And who is going to have to pay for this? What’s the gp seems to have overlooked is my history and that obesity is a disease. When I suggested maybe a referral to weight loss surgeon go advised my bmi of 35 would exclude me. Go suggested that I have a mental health consult. Seriously! Gp has obviously never had a weight problem and has no understanding or empathy.

Not enough options
When I book an appointment the only options I have is to see a doctor. I need a Therapeutic phlebotomy which requires me to book a doctor and a treatment room. This option isn’t available in the app so I guess I’m going to have to call the doctors and wait while the Covid spiel goes on and on even though it does say in the spiel you can do this on the app.

Very easy and quick to find a ‘non urgent’ appointment with our GP. Not easy to arrange an appointment in a hurry with our GP at this clinic.
Clunky
Calendar entry never gets it right. Always tells me I'm a first time user of the App. Asks me whether I have Covid symptoms when my appointment is still a month off.
Doesn’t remember me
I have been seeing the same doctor for at least ten years. Every time I make an appointment I click on existing patient. Every time I get the confirmation of appointment it tells me that since I’m a new patient I should arrive early to confirm my details. What gives?

I find the Ochre App really good, but l find it frustrating not being able to cancel appointments on the app. I hope you are able to rectify that. Thank you Roy Jeffries

You have to register a CC so they can take payment before you can book. Love sitting on the phone hearing how "easy it is to book in the app". :angry:

As a total newbie,I find the site confusing for making an appointment. While I eventually succeeded, there were several steps that were not clear to me as to whether the site had accepted the information that I posted. I really don't know if I filled in the questions correctly. I did the best I could and I do have a time booked that has come to my calendar of Appointments.

If only they would answer their phones it would be a nice place but I’ve waited up to 25 minutes for my call to be answered only for the call to cut out and I have to start again. It’s quicker for me to drive there and get an appointment, which was impossible for me to do after having a shoulder replacement. And to get a Dr to write out a script too me because my Dr was on holidays, it took 2 weeks, I was out of tablets and suffered badly because Anne the receptionist knew best. In the end the Pharmacist went up stairs and got the script for me, so very grateful that a pharmacist looks after me better than the Drs Surgery that couldn’t take 5 minutes to write out a very important document. I’m now looking for a Dr that cares about their patients as this isn’t the first this time this has happened when the receptionist knew best and a pharmacist helped me out. 👎🥵😭

Exceptional
I have found the Ochre medical centre to be excellent. I have never had a late appointment or had to wait any length of time at this centre. The Ochre Health app allows you to book times that suit you and also had a special function where they can call you back for necessary appointments. The app is dry user friendly.
