Great programming!
I’m an experienced weightlifter with decades of training. I’ve been using this app for the past two years and have achieved new PRs even at 50. Great programming!

Can’t even finish a workout without this app crashing and it cost 30+ a month and doesn’t even work properly.
One thing though-
I do wish that there were more specifics to the illustrations and examples of what the workouts are supposed to do and target. I had to google how to hit these workouts more effectively because the app wasn’t as thorough in its explanation
Good concept but janky execution
Warmups keep resetting, maxes don’t carry over into working sets, and app lags several seconds after launch.
What is with all the junk volume?
Now don't get me wrong, I love this app, but it tends to not listen to me when I say every week "hey, really don't like doing 11-13 extra accessories on top of these heavy sets of my mains" yet I still get 11-13 sets of accessories most of which I have to switch out. Anyways, just wish this app was a bit more intensity over volume focused is all.
Best app ever.
Better than pornhub even.
No help
The program has one or two set up for you then you need to pick from a range of work outs. I was doing that to begin with so what’s the point of paying for it. SCAM
Great product, poor price
I love everything about Juggernaut. It keeps you on track with a solid plan and has a timer to make sure you get the necessary rest between reps. I just wish the price point wasn’t so high. Had to find a different app because $35 just wasn’t working for me.
Bench only program
Had used the app once before, decided to come back to it for the bench-only program, but every time I try to get the program, it starts to create the program and crashes the app.
No Updates for months 😐
We're all paying a whole lot of money every month while there haven't been any updates for 4 months...
Great app if you’re into this sort of thing ;)
I used this app a few years ago with great results. Slipped out of it, buried myself in work, and came back to it. Offers videos for every lift or exercise. You enter your rate of perceived exertion, reps in reserve, and it will help calculate your weights you should use. Also asks about different body areas being sore, sleep, nutrition, to curtail or dial back. It’s helpful to have a little bit of weightlifting experience but not necessary to have ever competed or anything. Love the app. Glad to be back with it
Exactly what I don't need.
I tell the App I do low bar squats, it has me doing high bar squats on first day. There's a bunch of random goofball lifts that straight people don't do. I will stick to my own program.
Amazing but
I’ve been using Juggernaut since 2020/2021. I really love the program but it gets a little frustrating when I need to change my meet day date, only by pushing it back by a few weeks or a month and having to change the meet date without completely resetting the entire program like clearing out my previously workouts I’ve already completed during that training block.
More time cussing than exercising
I spent more time waiting for the app to load than I spent exercising.
Issues with choosing times
It seems the rolling sliders to select a date for birthday and program start date are broken and just ping back to default, also most of the dates are blacked out so I can’t actually get past the initial registration process. From the initial impression of how in depth it is I’m impressed though, just want to get past this issue
Numerous PR’s
I’ve had this app for a little over a year and a half done several training cycles with it and have PR every single time in my three main lift. The app is simple to use effective the videos and instructional methods are excellent the ability to choose different workouts based on time energy, an injury or just personal preference is also excellent. This app is top-tier 10 out of 10.
YOU HAVE TO PAY
Had no idea I had to pay just to have a workout plan until after I had signed in gave it my information.
Amazing
App is amazing and is probably one of the best work out apps as far as progression and programming I just wish they had more dumbbell or home work out options. Heavily geared towards gym equipment only. But still an amazing app!
Disappointed — need a free trial
Disappointing. I wish there was a free 7 day trial. After initially getting it, I realized immediately it wasn’t what I wanted. I reached out to their customer support for a refund but they weren’t able to. Out $35. I can see the app’s merit for those who are into competitive lifting, hence the reason I’m not giving it 1 star. Cool how it adjusts to your progress. It’s simply not what I need though and was a pain to learn how to use. Gave up after using it a couple of times.
Price
Probably a very well designed and structured app but Whey to expensive for a normal Athlet.
Effective
Very effective to help build muscle and strength. Currently using it for the 4th time to prep for a powerlifting meet because I know how effective and efficient it is. Takes all the guess work out of your programming as long as you roughly know what you’re doing in the gym. Interface is easy to use with tons of variability to fit what you need for your program. Overall highly recommend!
Injury rehab recommendations are worse than worthless, they’re negligent
Why does it ask you if you are rehabing an injury or if your muscle groups are fatigued if the app prescribes you to squat every session anyway? The hardest part of the upper body days are the squats at the beginning.
Add exercises
Add pendulum squat
Weak workouts and terrible Ui
Doesn’t save every workout and PREVENTS YOU FROM CONTINUING. I had to go back and record 5 workouts from memory bc it did not save. On top of that the workouts recommended are a joke. If you’re a real lifter don’t waste your money
Like the programming
Like the AI learning and programming and hoping this will help break some Plateaus
Cost more then most gyms
$35 a month is way to expensive for this. And it’s super shady that you can’t even try a trial before being forced to give them money.
Good App and Useful
I feel like maybe they could make the interface more user friendly. But when you get used to it, it’s a solid tool to lift with.
Poor polish
The app is weirdly buggy and broken. So if I workout every other day, and I start the program on Friday, the program will start me on “Day 3”, and skip other previous two days. Why, why am i not starting on day 1 of the program? Am i supposed to ignore it and continue? I trust that it will be a good program but for the amount that is charged, why is it so poor and unpolished?
This is the future of powerlifting.
This app is ahead of its time. I trained using the app for my first powerlifting meet and man I had unbelievable all time PRs on the platform, I was genuinely shocked at how strong I got.
Bait
You fill out a whole survey to only be charged a fee. No trial.
Great programming, but doesn’t adjust well to time limits on workouts
The programming is great, and it allows me to hit all of the target muscle groups I want to hit. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t adjust well to hour long workouts, and expects the workout to be around 1.5-2 hrs to complete. Also, if I only workout 4 days a week, it just crams a 5 day workout week into 4 days, then I really don’t have the time to finish it. It’s like getting a to do list that you never get done and it doesn’t make me feel like I accomplished my goal. Besides that, great stuff.
To much volume
The sets and reps in the hypertrophy phase are ridiculously high. On some days it will have me to go through 48sets!! In one session. Even though I rate the workouts as being very hard it still keeps adding sets and reps. I have a plan on doing 3month but if the reps and set scheme keeps to be this insane for the strength block then I’m out. I’m 5weeks in and the first week are are a preparatory week that are so easy that you feel you have not worked out so it goes from 0-100 in no time
Great app
I’m making great progress with it
Low life business practices
I sincerely hate how this app tries to sucker you into paying $35 a month for extremely basic program customizations.
Great App just a few missing things
Great encyclopedia of lifts, easy to use. However workouts can take an excessive amount of time (1.5 -2 hours without warmups) with no away to adjust for time available. In addition, you can’t seem to adjust bar weight for speciality bars or add the availability of 55 pound plates. Kind of limits the functionality of the plate calculator. Otherwise happy with it.
Mark
Downloaded the App and was expecting there be a cost for the service. But £31 a month. That’s actually more than I pay for my gym membership Uninstalling….
Juggernaut Ai review
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app/program. Well worth the money in my opinion. The dude at my gym who squats like 600lbs recommended this app and I ended up loving it. I’m an intermediate level lifter and have been lifting for a while. I have decent strength and size but have had a hard time breaking past certain numbers on my lift, and partly bc I never really followed a structured program and partly bc I’m a firefighter with a weird sleep schedule as well as many intense/physically demanding hobbies like wrestling/judo/BJJ and there aren’t really programs that cater to my unique situation. But this app/program is different. Love that it’s very customized to me and my needs, my level of recovery, how my body is feeling, and my feedback. It’s like having the most knowledgeable coach ever who knows my situation and is working to give me the best program. And not to mention, it is a FRACTION of the cost of hiring a legit coach who would probably still struggle to create such an in depth and extremely adaptable program catered to me. If you’re on the fence, just do it. A powerlifting coach can cost you hundreds a month and won’t give you this level of personalization. This is well worth the $35 a month.
Free trial …
Getting thouroughly frustrated- I enacted the 2 week free trial online, set up my account put my card in and paid/confirmed future payment. I downloaded the app and filled all the data in to start training. Now it’s trying to make me pay again and won’t let me past the pay now phase/redden purchase. Clicking redeem purchase says no active subscription but on line is says I have an active subscription. What can yall do to fix this issue??? Very frustrating
Best Strength Training App
This is by far, the best strength training app available😃!
It’s... meh
Not a bad app... but they sure make it hard to cancel the subscription. And for 40 bucks a month I’m not sure it’s worth all they are charging for it. It had some useful exercises but once you have a routine dialed in it’s a bit redundant.
Love it
Love the app and how it asks about if different muscles are tired or injured as well as sleep the night before and adjust your workout. I would like to see Apple Watch supported so you would need to keep phone on your person during workouts.
Bad experience
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was an exception. Typically, I either use a subscription or cancel if it doesn’t meet my needs, and I’ve always been able to receive refunds when requested in a timely manner. So when I saw this app offering a two-week free trial, I felt confident giving it a shot. Unfortunately, this time was different. I downloaded the app in the morning, hoping it would help coach me for an upcoming cycling event. While the app seemed well-designed and geared toward a specific niche, I quickly realized it wasn’t what I was looking for. Within a day, I canceled the subscription and uninstalled the app. Initially, the charge was pending on my credit card, which made sense since I thought it was part of the free trial process. However, several days later, I noticed the charge had been finalized, and my subscription was set to end on October 7th, despite my cancellation. I figured it was a simple mistake, so I reported the issue to Apple and requested a refund. A couple of days later, my request was denied with a generic response: “Your purchase doesn’t meet the conditions for a refund.” Confused, I appealed, explaining the situation in detail. The response came back the same, but this time they said the decision was final. What frustrates me most is the lack of transparency. Apple provided no clear explanation of what “conditions” I supposedly didn’t meet. How can I avoid this issue in the future if I don’t know what went wrong? This experience has seriously made me rethink using the App Store. In the future, I’ll likely sign up for services directly with merchants to have more control and better customer service if any issues arise.
Almost perfect
The only missing feature I wish was included is the option to choose natty or not before starting your program. The app seems to preemptively assume you are on gear and can recover from much more volume (8x10@ 70% in week one) than what you would reasonably expect. It takes a bit of self manipulating to get right by repeatedly telling it no, but after that it’s smooth sailing.
