No ways to contact actual support. Always Bot is dead end. No reply to emails. Horde battle timings are unfair it should start at the same time for all hordes.

Account Recovery
I was regular game of khans user some can say addicted Then came a saturation point where i uninstalled or switched devices or something and i can’t recover my account. I had so much progress in the game all i remember is the emails i had used for that account and now there is no option for signing in. I tried using tech support which is in game but no response and help.. and the most annoying annoying part is that i need to play tutorial everytime i try to log in hoping i get to login back into my account. If someone from game of khans or a dev is reading this please help me recover my account

It will bring many things ingame which you will tend to feel to spent money on, always take care of your pocket tho, vips are much much much costlier in INDIA & other AISAN counties, feels like a gold digger sometimes, hope they introduce something more strategic and competitive that doesn’t require money being a differentiating factor always!

Game only for people with a lot of money
The game used to be very interesting earlier filled with many different kinds of events bit now the number of events in the game are limited and they keep on rotating every week. Also the game was mainly centred towards the people who spent good money on the game which is the same situation now as well but now the game is becoming more and more irrelevant for the players who do not wish to spend money. It’s not about how well you can strategise your gameplay but it’s mostly how much you can pay to win. And the game has created some loopholes which allows players to win an unfair advantage. I really liked the game earlier but i think i’m done with it.

I play this game in iPhone Now I wanted to transfer all my data to my iPad But there is no option for that😡😡

蒼き狼みたいな、とまでいかないまでも歴史シミュレーションっぽいものを期待したらがっかり。 どこをどう攻めるかと考える余地はまったくなく、ただ一本道のステージ攻略。 戦い方も、驚くほどプレイヤーのやることがなく、戦略も戦術も皆無。ただ画面を見るだけ。 今時、萌ゲーでももう少しゲーム要素があると思う。 そして一定ステージおきに必ず「今の戦力より少し強い敵」が出るようになっていて、そこで課金アイテムを使うかしばらく停滞するかの二択を強いられる。 内政（？）的要素はやることがいっぱいあって忙しいが、どれもただタップするだけで考える要素はほとんどない。 ゲームとして面白くないという点にさえ目を瞑れば、この時代の歴史が好きな人が雰囲気を味わうぐらいならいいかもしれない。

遊戲中的任務應該以參與者共同完成為目標，但設計為解任而相互叫囂。實在不妥。為升等花錢是小～若結怨就非常不值。

This game is basically doing the same things everyday, very boring and repetitive + you will never be better than someone who starts playing before you or someone who pays money… dont waste your time. Complete waste of money and time

Cyberbullying rampant
I find that this game is good for making friends but also easily become a target of cyberbullying which 1 plus year of playing, I still see no rectification this area, especially that of feast seat. Takes 10 diamonds to steal someone’s seat yet one have to spend 50 diamonds to get only 1 feast shield a day that last only 30 mins out of 3 hours feast. What kind of balance is this? If you are not fond of being bullied/targeted by some players, then try other games until developers make it a point to stop players from targeting the same player more than one time a day or make it highly costly to do so..

Game is good but my only suggestion is if the feast and arena are divided in levels as many old players are way on the top while new players can’t actually compete them.

When i saw that ad a spark of light approached most games like these are trash so the fact that it has so many cut Scenes is cringe.... but very few to no ads so developers it would be a amazing game if you removed some of the cut scenes I just can’t believe that people aren’t saying great job for few ads ok bye! Also if you send a message back don’t call me khan please by the way this is a idea when you pick your character the instead of the head you can add other stuff e.g. clothes trust me I know how to code players like that kind of stuff ok for real bye! ✋🏻

Very bad and unfair match up for horde battle with high difference in power level
I think the Dev can make horde battle more fair by implementing for all hordes to be able to steal influence from opponent horde’s war camp(without path requirements and not defendable) that have occupied certain amount of L1&L2 fort. Limitation on amount to steal and marching time would be ideal, extra steal chance would require diamonds. With that, everyone could have their fair bit of chance to win in the battle.
Cross server horde battle
Will appreciate the human check when the system do matching for horde battle. One season of horde battle is one month, please do not match new server(green uniform) with old server(red uniform) where they are at least 3 months ahead of us and so overpowered.

Couldn’t even finish the starting scenes
This game is really making me mad. I downloaded this game today and looking at the reviews I thought it would be awesome but now I regret it. Every time I start the game and play the starting scenarios it automatically stops working and shows a black screen and exits it. The Graphics are not bad it’s good but I can’t even play the game. Please help me what to do in this situation.
