Login with singpass. Show me empty history doc and visit. I just went to the clinic last weekπ
Is it a bug?
After multiple iOS update, the app isnt working. I cant seem to register for the e consultation.
Unable to retrieve info from Singpass
I opened the app and it ask to retrieve info from Singpass. However after i gave consent, the app returns the message: βFailed to sync with Myinfo. Reason: Invalid Access Key or Secret Keyβ

Video call started on time Person administering the test was friendly Although we had different appointment timings as a family, we were allowed to do it sequentially at the same time slots Whole process for 4 of us was efficient and so convenient Highly recommended !

Lots of bugs
Although the booking and consultation went well, the app have numerous bugs such as unable to view history consultation and I couldnβt even view or download my MC. I donβt even know how much was charged, only after I see my credit card transactions. Please fix it.

Easy to use App. Customer service and response of the entire team of the doctor and Call Center personnel were superb! Please keep it up.
Worst experience ever
Teleconsult the doctor for my infant. But the medicine never arrive. They couldnβt collect payment even though I have added credit card. They said they couldnβt see my credit card. They still ask me to reach out to their IT team like itβs my fault. While settling their admin issues, they delay critical medical care for my infant which is unacceptable.

Downloaded and filled up particulars detail but it cannot capture my attempts to upload my photo of identification via camera or gallery. Really useless then.

Fantastic experience! Although I was rather nervous to receive the link 15mins before the schedule timing. But all documents are easy to understand. Fun part with the e-check in to do clinic. The person named Danish (hopefully I got it correctly), he is friendly and patience to explain and guide me along. Whole process is done within 20mins. Best thing is my result is very negative. Received my MOH sms almost immediately and notarized cert will be after 1 hour. Great!!!
