Great App and easy to use
No problems using this product; does not need a huge amount of logic or intelligence to put to good effect in conjunction with the easily accessible route maps. In Cork for a weekend and the App is a quick and easy way to identify specific bus stops and purchase the right ticket. The bus stop details are helpfully shown at the location and the .pdf maps from the bus operators’s websites are brilliant for advance planning. The websites also provide very clearly the name of the operator which can be found by the handy ‘search’ function in the App. Tourist from London and not affiliated in anyway with the App, developers or transport companies. Five stars; fab bit of kit!
Can’t log in at all
Won’t let me log in at all anymore, just kicks me out, don’t ever get this app if you actually want to go somewhere
Disconnection problems
The app is lovely but that disconnection problem is annoying. I even lost access to an old account because of that. I’m no programmer, but I’m sure that it is something well within your power to fix, I believe in you !!
Lack of routes and services
I would love to see more routes make it on to the app. Popular limerick routes eg. The 304A which serves Ul and 2 hospitals in the city is not on the app. It’s really handy if you don’t have cash but it’s difficult if your routes not on the app.

BROKEN!!!
This app is broken. Whenever I try to buy a ticket it says “error loading the ticket”. Some people may use this app to get to and from work, sort it out!!!!
Review
I’ve had the app for about a year now, it worked fine for a while, but now that I use a different bus company (I’ve used that new company for a few months), it sometimes denies my payment for 2+ weeks. I don’t know if it is an internet issue, but would be strange as it is the only app to not work properly. Appart from that, it works fine when it works. But that is still a problem if you don’t have cash.
Slow and robs your money
Incredibly slow, logs you out randomly even just after buying a ticket as your waiting for a bus. Then your tickets won’t load and you get an error and your ticket disappears but you still have to pay for it. Most of the time the app doesn’t load or let you buy tickets and there hasn’t been one update since I downloaded this useless app. Dev team aren’t too bright I think
Very confusing for user and driver
The drivers on local link don't seem to know about the app so I'm not confident to use it all the time. Not clear how to buy a return ticket. Is it the two journey one? Because it looks like that's two tickets on the same journey.
Doesn’t work half the time
Logs you out and doesn’t load for you to be able to purchase a ticket half the time. Only when it feels like it does it work and it’s always at the most inconvenient times. P.o.s app

TFI Go is an absolute nightmare of an app. Clunky, frustrating and unnecessarily complicated, it somehow manages to make something as simple as buying a public transport ticket feel like a major chore. For an app that’s supposed to make travelling easier, it does the exact opposite. A complete pain to use and god forbid you have children cos they will need their own app. Mental!
Most user unfriendly app ever
Opened account, bought pack of 10 journeys for my daughter (I pity any other person trying to navigate that part) but even we log in with my details she can’t use them because it’s a different device??? Surely that’s what user name and password is for - logging on from any device?
Terrible
Won’t load my tickets, keep buying new ones wasting my money, tried deleting the app, logging out and in, no fix, this is a joke let me just have my leap card on my phone????
ticket actived it is blanks
When you trying to use the ticket it is not showing, it is totally blank page. I spend at least 3 tickets already and it is not working. Can you please fix that ?

I bought a 2 journey ticket tried to activate the ticket I kept getting a message saying unknown error the tickets disappeared from the app when they finally reappeared both journeys had been activated instead of just one
