My shubarks have turned into open letters! I can’t even interact with them. Please fix them!🙏🙏 Edit: As I was looking at all my creatures, I noticed that the slowcito was also not loading in. 😱

I payed for a pack and it has taken money from bank but not given the goods and diamonds to me

Poor customer support.
I love this game but customer support is taking a long time to resolve the issue of my missing event creature/eggs and missing premium lands. These are items I paid for and I would rather have them than have to request a refund through Apple. I also realized that the in game coins I spent upgrading my storage was wasted too. The coins have been spent but my storage space has been reset to the starting amount. Hopefully they’ll resolve this issue promptly so I can get back to enjoying the game.

I had a few things stored and but some reason the storage hut isn’t interactive anymore. I feel robbed. I want just delete it.
Very fun and great designs
App was very fun and has great designs, the music tool is a bit finicky but works nonetheless. The time it takes to get very high level creatures is a bit excessive, but the creatures are worth it. The actual music for this game is very nostalgic for me and is well thought out.

I can’t because you guys have decided that the players don’t need to play the players can download the game and then you guys can play the game for the players. what’s the point in you wanting your players to download the game to play it if you’re just gonna play it for us and tell us how to do every single step what is the point please stop playing the game for us and just let the players play the game

This app is absolutely amazing. I mean the events are just fantastic. The nostalgia just adds. I’ve played this game a lot in the past. This is an amazing game!

Latest version is not working properly cannot put life trees together but everything else can be can even move forgotten statues
Love it, just some recent bugs
Been playing this game for years and have had literally no issues, but recently for the “birthday bash” sidequest there have been two bugs. One has been fixed- the flowers in the sidequest wouldn’t move or merge but that was the only item that was affected and it was fine on the main level. But now there’s no “fish in bag” item to progress and reveal more land. There’s also no way to break open the statue that is there- it says to harvest coin leaves but there aren’t any available in the sidequest.
Boring
It takes forever to accomplish anything in this game. The instructions are null and void!! I lord playing it but not know what I am doing and there's no instructions I deleted the game.
Not playing well
I was playing it’s wouldn’t let me merge anything and I spent money on this game. I deleted then reinstalled it and it made start all over again

Disappointed
After the update from today, my game completely crashed. Restarted from the very beginning. I’ve had it for years and spent money just to restart. No way to contact anyone other than leave a review.

Please read before getting
Omg I love this game so much! It’s addicting. I love the little animal designs they are so creative! However one thing I would change is probably adding more diamond opportunities, and maybe more room in storage, or less chests and bags bc it takes up most of my space. Another thing I would add is more things that you can spend using gold instead of pearls and diamonds because I think we can all agree that not everyone has a reasonable amount of diamonds. But, overall, I understand that everyone who made this game worked very hard on it as you can see, and I’m very grateful for that but one small change you can make is probably adding more diamonds other than that, everything‘s amazing!!!!❤️😊 thank you!!!!!!!
No way to contact-ads don’t give out
There is no way to contact this company if there are problems. Watching ads for boosts don’t work anymore. You have to exit the game and don’t get the boost.
Wonder?
Was fun until the recent update. Everything now just shows envelopes. Can’t even play the game, and it is a weekend before Christmas and I was going to relax and enjoy it. I will come back in a couple of days and check if it is fixed.

Unable to reach out to customer support ever
Never able to reach out to customer support with anything. The birthday event happening right now I’m not even able to merge the trees of life they literally will not move at all

Problems with Diamond Pass
Sorry if my English is bad but I need help and I know I should’ve contacted you but I didn’t know what to do… I made a purchase on January 18 for the pass and I never got it, used my card for this and the transaction shows I bought it and I looked through my purchase history on Apple account and it never shows. 😕 I went ahead to check all my other games to see if I made a purchase but I never bought anything other than Diamond Pass 😭 my Game ID is 1098053

What happened?
I’ve been idly playing this game for years. I’ve loved it. But for months every time I open the game it crashes after about 2 minutes and loses any progress. I thought there’d be an update soon to correct it. I don’t know if I uninstall and re install if I’ll lose all progress. So bummed
A game with great potential. Just one thing..
Overall, the game is really good. I find it both relaxing and exciting at the same time, perfect for chilling out in the evening. Just one thing. There’s a huge cycle- creatures wake up, make Hope of Life, merge it and/or use it all up, creatures go back, watch ads. I think the wait time for the tree hollow is way too long since you either binge ads, spend money to get eggs or leave for 10 minutes. It’s not so beginner-friendly..

Event broken
Trying to play this weekend’s event and I can’t move forward. I’m missing a fish in a bag to merge and get the cup to then get the bottle. I usually love these events and I’m disappointed I can’t continue. I tried doing the Contact Us and submitting a bug ticket but it doesn’t seem to be sending.
Maddux merge
Alametos merge the prices are kind of good and I think I don’t like about it is you have to spend real money just to get like 500 coins and stuff like that and I just kinda it’s not I just don’t like it but everything else is good I like everything but the only thing I love that kind of worries me is when your fingers that you built you have to spend your stuff and like can you turn a part

App itself is enjoyable however the frequent crashes in game (which loses 10-20 of your time) couples with the crashes on load make this unplayable if you have a phone more than 2 years old. App isn’t even that intensive, sort it out devs!!!
Time filler
I like this game enough to spend money on gems , but I have two gripes 1 summoning new islands the time doesn’t move forward as it should , ok it takes three hours but sometimes I check and time hasn’t moved on at all. That’s annoying truth be told. My other gripe is your special events , not enough time and it takes too long to obtain life essences . One also has to spend a lot of gems to obtain creatures and such which is basically a cheap tacky money grabber .

Game errors and no way to report it
I use to like the game yet today I can’t get it to load properly and even the help support button isn’t working. I’m very upset after putting so much time into the game to not be able to get help with this issue
Getting annoyed
How many times do I have to rate this game to stop getting asked to rate it?! I like the game, I play the game daily, and I’ve now rated FOUR times. Enough already.
Crashes
The game is great, but it crashes regularly. You lose your progress and need to start over. Cannot use the store or buy eggs without it crashing. The game starts and crashes before it opens. So discouraging!

Great game, but issues after recent update
This game is great, however since the new update was released, there are now a lot of issues with the game. The game pauses and takes a bit to load when the loading bar is at 50%. Once the game opens, all of the graphics (coin leaves, trees, oysters, etc) have turned into message envelopes and cannot be interacted with. I run the game across two devices, and I have tried installing and reinstalling the game, but the reinstall did not correct the issue.

I used to play this game and I loved it but I just re installed the game and I had 100,000 of everything but I had no islands and my screen froze
This is good game
This game is very fun and also takes my mind of my screaming sister. Besides all the good stuff there is a bit of a problem. When you complete an island it takes SO LONG to load. Pls fix this so I can give a higher rate. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Please add levels cause I’m so bored 😑 when my creatures are sleeping 💤 and I have nothing to do while they are sleeping 💤 and in the preview it shows levels but there aren’t any!!!
