I Should’ve Listened to the Reviews 😂
I read all the reviews saying this app was basically useless for foreign visitors, but I decided to be optimistic. That was my first mistake. 😂 I first tried purchasing tickets through the official website using multiple credit cards from multiple banks. Nothing worked. So, thinking the app might work better, I actually downloaded it specifically to try purchasing my tickets there. Spoiler alert: it did not. The app wouldn’t even let me change the quantity of tickets I wanted to purchase. At one point I was so committed to making this work that I said, “Fine, I’ll buy ONE ticket at a time.” Still declined. 😂 I have rarely worked this hard to give someone my money. If an international tourist is trying to purchase tickets to visit Türkiye’s museums, accepting international credit cards and allowing us to select the number of tickets feels like a pretty reasonable starting point. One star for consistency, though, the bad reviews were completely accurate.

Bu sistemin hayata geçirilmesi muhteşem düşünce ancak hem üye olmak hem bilgi güncellemesi yapmak bildiğin işkence. Bilgileri girmek bu kadar zor olmamalı. Sürekli sorun yaşanıyor. Daha pratik bir hale gelmeli. Bazı bilgileri almanız size ne fayda sağlayacak. Benim doğum tarihimin gün ve ayı ile ne işiniz var? Bu bilgi eksik olsa ne olacak. Sonra sistem hacklenir aldığınız bu bilgiler alakasız kişilerin eline geçecek biraz basit ve az bilgi alın.

Bazı müzelerin bazı oda yada yerlerine müzekart olmasına rağmen çok yüksek fiyat istenmesini kınıyorum aybı müze içerisinde bir bölüme girmek için neden ücret talebi oluyor yere batan sarnıcına giriş müzekart ile olurken şerefiye sarnıcı için neden 350 tl gibi bir ücret ödemek zorunda kalıyoruz

14.07.2026 tarihinde ziyaret ettiğim Mersin Cennet mağarasında yürüme yollarına yapılan platformlarda kırıklar ve bozulmalar var. Ayrıca tuvaletler çok kötü durumda.

Bugün Side Antik kentinde geçmişten devraldığımız geleceğe devredeceğimiz bu güzel örenyerlerini gördükçe ülkemden ve temsilcilerinden gurur duydum. Sadece tek rahatsız olduğum birşey vardı side antik kenti gibi bir yerde turistlere dil bilmeyen sadece 30 euros 50euros demesini öğrenmiş taksicilerin Türk turizmine bir hançer gibi yara vermesi beni çok derinden üzdü
Sürekli şifre sorunu
İki defa kullanmak istedim 1 saat şifre Mail işleri ile uğraştım.
Soyadı değişikliği ile ilgili hata
Mevcut bir üyeliğim vardı ancak kartın süresi dolmuştu, şu anda evlilik nedeniyle soyadım değiştiği için yeni kart satın alamıyorum hata veriyor. Üyeliğimi silip tekrardan sıfırdan oluşturdum bu şekilde alabildim. Bunu düzeltebilirseniz iyi olur.

Scanner broken, couldn’t use audio guide
Didn’t work after paying for an audio guide with the Galata tower. Couldn’t scan the QR code. Just kept getting error messages. Scanner on camera worked with other apps/QR codes so definitely an app problem.

Occasion manquée
Cet audioguide est une perte de temps. Utilisé à Goreme et Pamukkale, il ne sert à rien. A Goreme, wifi instable donc pas possible de l’utiliser partout. Des pastilles vocales courtes et totalement vides d’informations. A Pamukkale, on vous offres des oreillettes Bluetooth tellement nulles qu’elles vont aller à la poubelle et épuiser les ressources de la planète. Quand aux commentaires ils sont lus par une voix numérique qui trouve le moyen de dire « avenue Jesus Christ ». Bref, ça aurait dû être une super innovation, mais c’est lamentable. Surtout quand on fait payer une telle somme pour les entrées.
Herşey daha kolay
Satın alması çok kolay. Müzekart ile gittiğiniz yerlerin gün ve saatlerine kadar görebiliyorsunuz. Fiziki karttan daha iyi bu özellik. Eski pasif kartlarınız olsa dahi görebiliyorsunuz. Umarım bu özellik hep kalır eski kartlarda. Ayrıca önerim; beğendiğimiz müzeleri ve şehirleri de favoriler olarak ekleyebilirsek çok daha güzel olur. Favoriler bölümüden gideceğimiz müzeleri çok daha kolay bir şekilde görebiliriz.

The head set or the ear pods for translation
I had really bad experience with your app I couldn’t listen to any of the audios except one after that everything stopped working. I tried many times the internet is only 3G nothing wants to load. I looked at the status than i left the museum really sad bc i didn’t learn anything ☹️

Hem kayıt olması , hem karekod daha kolay olsun. Biraz karmaşık. Herkes teknoloji yi iyi kullanamıyor. Hiç bilmeyenler bile kolayca kullanmalı.

No wifi to download with. Even if you get the app downloaded the application says “no data found!”
Unsuitable for non Residents of Turkey
Tried to,register for it to use it. Asked me for my TKN and my Turkish Phone number. I don’t have a Turkish phone number. And I don’t know what a TKN is, so I probably don’t have one

There are no internet available on Topkapi Palace, where you need this app. There is some “free WiFi”but it doesn’t work either. It is impossible to download the app without WiFi. Even when you able to download it in the hotel you cannot user because it require Turkish phone and TKN. Absolutely terrible experience
