Was hard for an old timer who won’t fuss with computers but it didn’t take long for this to become a much used tool. I never thought I would say that about anything digital. Signed: A horses analog!

Runs too slow. Balance is never accurately updated
Too much bloat
This newest update isn’t very helpful. I feel there is too much bloat on the main screen. It was so much easier to see all of your accounts right as you open the app. Now you have to click “view all accounts” and then it will take you to a different page. I know you can favorite them but you can’t see more than 10. For someone who has more than 10 it is very frustrating to have to keep clicking back and forth. Please change it back to how it was before!

Sometimes it’s just hard to navigate the app, I feel like it could be more polished. Works fine though.

Nice and simple. I would like: (1) Ability to login with 2-factor authentication using a text message instead of having to choose between phone call or email.
Camera quality in Mobile check deposit
Idk why but my camera quality significantly degrades when I try to do a mobile deposit. Half the time it is so terrible that it won’t accept my picture. My camera quality isn’t bad outside of the app, so I know it’s an app issue. Please fix this!!! I don’t live near the credit union so I rely on mobile deposit a lot!
Ascentra App
I use this app on a daily basis to keep track of my balance on each of my accounts. I do appreciate the ease of use of the app, it gives me comfort.
Could be more refined
The app seems thrown together and it’s like you just made an app, just to have it. It’s not fun to use. Its old design isn’t pleasant while using it and it doesn’t run smooth. It would also be nice to have a digital debit card separate from your regular one. Something that changes card numbers. Just as a backup for unforeseen situations.

I think it’s ridiculous you have to have a certain type of phone and update to access the new app. I can no longer access my account via app because my phone does not support it.

I feel like it needs to give you the option to know your cc amount due somewhere most credit card apps I use show it with easier access. Other than that it’s great!
