Mobile deposit is missing the words that need to be written to process the mobile deposit
When I called in to report it, it didn’t seem like the person that answered really cared or would report. In the past, the system has been very picky as to exactly what words are written and without the app to display the words, I think deposits will be rejected.

There needs to be a better reader for the electronic mobile deposits.
The app needs work
The app makes you click on each transaction to see what it was because they clog up the description with the time and other numbers so you can’t actually see the business you made the purchase from without opening up each individual transaction. Super weird. And they also don’t post purchases immediately they put them as pending for a few days.

New format
The new format is not as efficient. Print is small & font thin. Can’t easily see all accounts. NOT an improvement.

Not a fan of this app for Bill pay like SENB bank so much better the way their bill pay was set up

Love the app for online banking. Easy and has all the options I need. If which is seldom I go into bank, I find my branch has exceptionally helpful and friendly employees.
Hills didn’t do this
They’v made it so the updates outgrow people phones…I can’t use the app anymore because my phone no longer supports it…for that reason I’m having to go elsewhere.

As usual with this bank, they managed to find a crappy app. And, as usual, I’m sure they’ll change it AGAIN, as soon as we all get it loaded & we’ll have to start All over AGAIN! Can’t change my phone #~just like the last crappy app~the edit page doesn’t work Can’t log out Why can’t we have an app that we can put a ✅ next to items as we reconcile our statements. Dreading signing in for the next statement, either I won’t be able to (like ALL CBI’s previous apps) or they’ll make me create, yet another, password, pic or #

Changed the way to log in... that worked for awhile, but now that’s disappeared and I can’t log in with either thing!!
