Fehlende Kopfhörer
Es fehlen unendlich viele Kopfhörer, selbst die für +30€ obwohl viele China Hersteller die Einstellung über App haben. Ich selbst benutze die TAT1209 seitdem sie rauskamen und die es fehlt noch immer. Bevor ihr euch Philips Kopfhörer bestellt schaut ob sie in der App hinterlegt sind ansonsten lasst es!!!!
Kopfhörer schalten ab, bei Aktivierung der Lichteffekte
Leider scheint das Signal nicht richtig zu funktionieren, da die Kopfhörer immer abschalten wenn versucht wird, die Lichteffekte auszuprobieren dann wird die Verbindung unterbrochen. Schade ansonsten sind die Kopfhörer klar passen gut klang gut App ist auch prima. Wäre schön, wenn man das Problem beheben könnte.
No multi device support
connectivity is always a hassle if you have multiple devices, eg an iPad an iPhone. I have two headphones, the app doesn’t understand that I have 2 headphones. I shows one profile only, and both headphones are shown in same profile, it just depending which one is connected.
Disconnects often
The app is annoying bc I need to connect to it every time after I turned off the headphones. I would expect the app to do this automatically. After being in airplane mode I have to even restart my phone for the app to recognize the headphones. I love the preset work or sleep flow sounds. But also there is a mistake: two settings with different names play the exact same sound! So it feels as if the app has a good and solid idea, but it needs a couple more rounds of improvements. Which is a bit embarrassing for a company name like Philips. However, the headphones themselves (TAH 6509) are amazing - it’s a shame the app doesn’t reach the same level of quality.

Voice Control kann man nicht dauerhaft deaktivieren
Eigentlich möchte ich nur Musik hören in 99 von 100 Fällen. In 30 von 100 Fällen kommt eine smarte Funktion dazwischen. Nervig ist insbesondere Voice Control. Gerne mal ein paar Kunden anrufen am Wochenende im Supermarkt, warum denn auch nicht? Man kann das in der App ausschalten, nur wird das nicht gespeichert und dann ruft die Funktion gerne Leute an, weil sie herumsampelt und einen Namen zu erkennen glaubt. Und das übersteuert leider auch die Sprachsteuerung in iOS, sodass man das Voice Control auch da nicht ausschalten kann. Ich habe mehrere Kopfhörer mit meinem Telefon verbunden und manchmal verbinden sich beide. Wenn ich aus dem Haus gehe, dann schalten sich die Philips ab, obwohl die gerade genutzt werden und nur die Verbindung zu den anderen verloren ist. Die Kopfhörer sind an sich gut. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Developer ihre eigenen Produkte nutzen müssen. Eat your own dog food.

An sich gut, hat aber tatsächlich Schwächen
Sicher zu schlecht bewertet, Die App ist an sich gut. Als Fidelio L3 Nutzer (Bombengute-Kopfhörer) musste ich die App runterschmeißen, da die Kopfhörersteuerung (touch-Funktionen) nachhaltig gestört werden durch die (verbundene) App. Die Störung bleibt auch nach Deaktiveren der Touch Schnittstelle IN der App, d.h ich musste die App trennen, die Kopfhörer mit Power-aus neu starten zum Wiederherstellen der nativen Kopfhörer Funktionen. Irgendetwas stimmt da nicht.
TAT 3509-Bug 12 promax IOS 26
The app fails to connect to Philips TAT3509 on iOS 26. The earphones are properly paired and connected via Bluetooth (audio works fine), but the app shows "Not connected" and keeps loading indefinitely. This appears to be an iOS 26 compatibility issue. Please update the app to support iOS 26. Many users are affected and cannot access EQ and ANC settings.

Findet Kopfhörer nicht.
Ich würde wirklich gerne das Playtime Limit im Kopfhörer meines Kindes deaktivieren, weil das nun wirklich einfach meine Entscheidung ist, wie lange das Kind die Kopfhörer am Tag nutzt. Das geht aber roh wohl nur mit dieser App, die sich aber nicht mit den Kopfhörern verbindet. Irgendwie unpraktisch, um sachlich zu bleiben.

Ich weiß gar nicht warum so gemeckert wird, die App macht alles was Sie machen soll. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App, keine Probleme, und schnelle Installation und Kopplung der Kopfhörer.
Kopfhörer Einstellungen
Egal was man verändert in der App, Lautstärkebegrenzung etc. funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht. Nicht zu gebrauchen
Funktioniert
Funktioniert wie beschrieben. Einige nette Anpassungsmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich des ANC. Firmewareupdate der Kopfhörer hat ohne Probleme geklappt und auch alle Funktionen sind über die App einstellbar.

Die App muss ein Depp Programmiert haben. Funktionalität ist Glückssache, nicht intuitiv.
