$300+ Lost to Malfunctions - Company Won't Respond Even After Apple Investigation
I spent over $300 on this app and experienced repeated technical malfunctions that I documented on video - spins freezing mid-game, incorrect payouts, connection errors that consumed purchased credits. I tried contacting Ruby Seven Studios 15+ times through every support channel. Zero responses. I escalated to Apple's Executive Office. They investigated my complaint, validated it was legitimate, refunded $200, and gave Ruby Seven 14 days to respond or fix the issues. Ruby Seven's response? Complete silence. They ignored Apple's deadline. I then sent them a certified demand letter giving them 72 additional hours. Still nothing. This isn't about gambling losses - it's about paying real money for a broken product and getting completely ghosted when you try to resolve technical issues. I have evidence: • Video proof of malfunctions • $300+ in transaction records • Apple Executive Office correspondence • Proof of 15+ ignored support attempts • Certified mail delivery confirmations If you spend money on this app and have problems, you will be ignored. Ruby Seven Studios provides ZERO customer support. I've filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, California Attorney General, and the Tribal Gaming Commission. I'm also pursuing small claims court. I've filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, California Attorney General, and the Tribal Gaming Commission. I'm also pursuing small claims court. Save your money. This company takes it and disappears when you need help.
Fun time
Lots of slots
Rewards are a joke
Slots work just fine, but other comparable slot apps, like Playstudios (MGM Casinos) give you prizes that can be purchased with coins. For example, buy1 get1 free buffets, hotel rooms, food discounts or free items, and table game match play. This app only offers 5% back in real slot dollars for every $100 you spend in the app. Worthless! Don’t waste your time and money.
New app review
What a disappointment, for years I had the old app snd it was great, now it took me less than a day to decide to delegate it. What a major disappointment and mistake
Great. Game

Junk slots are what this is
Game are no fun whatsoever the few I just played after checking it and Dudley squat as far as a bonus goes I've played others way better than this waste of time would give zero stars if possible

Slots
I have been with Fantasy Springs Casino for many many years and I play the slots on my Facebook and I love it and have such a great time with it
Lame and b.s
Si like every freakin casino app it’s suppose to fun where you not worried about loosing money but every single one of these app makes you more and more addicted to the games and makes it so you loose fast the. They offer you chips for money. The whole point is for you not to freaks. Spend but they have made it so you do have to spend to play. So it still wants to make money over you playing for fun. That’s just lame b.s straight up!!
