Even when I turn display remains on from settings, it doesn’t. It goes back to off by itself.

Does not work anymore with iPhone 11 app crashes
It worked at first and now every time it tries to synchronize it crashes the app can you please fix that issue because l’ve tried everything on my end! I have the P11 plus smart band
App crashing
Right now my app keeps crashing every time I open the app. When the data is synching its crashes. I’m not sure what to do because I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I had the same result if the app still crushing. It’s an amazing app and product but, I’m super disappointed that it’s not working currently.

HealthWear is life saver for me! It notified me when my Heart Rate was over 100-175! Immediately went to Hospital! I use it every day and check my vitals! Watch is very durable in Weight Room and in Ocean! Thank you for making a difference in my life!
Update firmware
The app will not allow me to update the firmware. The R1E 696c show connection to my phone but it keeps saying it is not connected.
Works mostly
Latest update solved some of the last problems. Works mostly. But there really should be a way to calibrate the blood sugar algorithm with a finger stick in real time. Showing blood sugar as 90 when it’s nearly 200 is a huge discrepancy.
Health
I’m a 10 year old that saved up for this watch. I have an ET210 ECG smartwatch and I loved it. It gave me everything that I needed. It was awesome. Suddenly, the touchscreen stopped working. The watch turned on but the touchscreen would not work. I am heartbroken. I tried everything in the app to fix it but nothing worked. Can someone help me?

I have tried other smart watches. The features work just as well on this one as any other, however the push notifications are better on this watch or app. I am looking for an updated watch using this app or one with superior push notifications as this one and has call or speech features? Any out there ?

As good as hardware good
Application by itself pretty good - flexible- depending on what exactly hardware used with. I would recommend for english language consult topic translator or AI e.g. Chat GPG to avoid confusion. For example PRESSURE - the one expressed as single number like 30, shall read 'stress/recovery score' or 'vascular score' or level ...
EKG???
I’ve only been able to get the EKG to work twice. I’m doing it the exact same way every time, but it just will not work. And that was the whole reason I needed the watch. Can anyone Tell me if they have had the same issue.
Nice features
I bought this because it tracks B/P, I am not sure how accurate it is, but it gives a range. The other features are good, I do own another brand and they are pretty much compatible. The charging is pretty good and last as they say, I get at least 10 days before I need to charge. It is also nice that there is no subscription cost. Great price…love it now we need different colors.
I’m impressed
New, have had the watch a few days. I’ve tried others in the past but they were not quality. I’m not quite sure about the blood pressure readings yet. My cuff seems a bit higher at times, but it could be how I place the cuff. Tighter gets higher readings. I’m wondering what’ is the technology that lets you read all the blood work, and sleep? Seems pretty amazing to me. Very accurate readings. I’m really impressed. If you’re not getting correct readings it might be because you haven’t set up the watch properly.
Syncing
I have a white screen that don’t go away when syncing STILL Still having the same white screen the won’t go away until I close app and immediately reopen. 07/25/26

Man muss sich mit Uhr und App beschäftigen, um zu wissen wie sie tickt😁So mies wie weiter unten beschrieben ist sie nicht. Der Support reagiert in akzeptabler Zeit und die Antworten sind passend. Thema Blutdruckmessung, hier haben einige überhaupt keine Ahnung. Messungen im Abstand von 15 min sind völliger Blödsinn, Vergleichsmessungen mit Oberarmmanschette passen nur bedingt zur Handgelenkmessung. Die schnelle optische Messung ist ungenau, wie bekannt. Abends in Ruhe gemessen stimmen die Werte. Was mir fehlt ist der Export der Messdaten im csv oder txt Format, das wäre mein Wunsch
Stopped working
Pretty impressive, nice quality watch, but at this point, it is just a watch. Issues began when it started resetting the clock face every time I recharged it. Now, it isn’t collecting any data at all.
Some Features Don’t Work
Fortunately I still have a Fitbit but I kinda wanted to switch to this ring exclusively. I can’t because it does not record my sleep nor does it record my steps. I really like all the other features but it makes me wonder how accurate that info is. I mean if it can’t tell when I’m asleep, how can it tell my blood sugar or oxygen levels? I really hope they do something to fix the app so it’s more accurate.

Synchronization fail
This App is not working! I set it up several times and deleted several times. Initially it seems to set up fine, pairing is working with the watch, BUT when it connects to the watch and after it synchronizes, the App automatically shuts down or gives you a blank page! There is NOBODY to contact, nobody helps you! It’s USELESS !
2 weeks use impressed
So far seems very accurate glucose and blood pressure and other readings, step tracking does not match and seems off does not get certain steps like short walks stay at zero and could be improved overall very happy
Stop working
Application support web site all on Chinese. How to ask question? I have 2 rings connected to 2 different iPhones each. Start getting Synchronization failed. One ring was working a month and then start refusing to sync, Second our if box giving that message. And no way I can contact developer in English…

Current beta testing version is very impressive and improved. On par with my Wear Os watch with identical numbers FINALLY! BP measurements fluctuate between a +/- 3-5 count from home BP kit. Still no dark mode or screen lock/unlock makes my actual rating a 3.5 Much thanks. *************************** Giving it a 3 star for no dark mode and notifications for health popping up and disappearing before you can access the data. Metrics however see close to on point thus far. *Almost identical to my WearOS watch regarding metrics. *************************** *Update: Last update removed ability to change watch faces. Smart ring
The ring itself is beautiful and fits wonderfully and is comfortable, but I’m struggling with getting the app to work for me, it won’t read my sleep and it won’t read any of my measurements it did before but out of nowhere just stopped and will only count my steps. I’m getting quite frustrated and starting to wonder if maybe purchasing the more expensive ring would’ve been a little more worth it instead of trying to save my money. Seems like I got what I paid for..

Not at all accurate with steps - off by more than 3k. How can I trust other measurements? It has been one week. I will probably return the item soon. It doesn’t matter if the ring is cute if the measurements are all wrong!

I checked all features to test glucose, blood pressure, and other functions the results are not accurate. Because it gives all results normal but the actual results are higher.
App needs work for English users
i’ve had the pulse ring for about two weeks now and in general I’m pleased with the product. The app itself, however, when it has errors defaults to Chinese language. And really needs to be better and helping you do functions like ECG monitoring. Nonetheless, having spent $200 for the ring and finally finding the software under this name although it’s listed in the English manual is having an aurora ring name, allowed me to benefit from the functions it does monitor. I still have concerns that this is a Chinese hacking device, but I wear it anyway.

Wenn man die Gesundheitlichen Einstellungen kalibriert hat, stimmen die Messwerte ziemlich genau, wobei Blutzucker, Blutfett und Urinwert errechnet werden. Die Synchronisation mit der App klappt einigermassen, allerdings nervt die Falschmeldung, das die Synchronisation fehlgeschlagen sei, obwohl dies definitiv nicht der Fall ist. Also : App-Update, bitte schnellstmöglich!
Ring is great, but not sure about app
Not sure if measurements are correct on the ring but app is not reporting it correctly. Only had it one day so far.

Not consistent and died
The glucose readings were never consistent with my glucose monitor or CGM. The readings usually were not even close. One day the ring stopped communicating with the app. I charged it for over 24 hours, removed and reinstalled the app, but it never came back. The ring is not worth the price

Does anyone know how to get in contact with this company? My watch dial fell off and I’m trying to get a replacement watch but every time I use the help on the app and send it merely disappears a reset itself. I had high expectations for this watch, but it was a disappointment.
Rating my watch RoHS
I bought this watch to see if I can stop using the Free Libre 3 Plus device for my blood glucose monitoring. It has neither the accuracy nor the trend I sought. Also in terms of my exercise measurements, my Apple iPhone and watch tells me different mileage measurement than the RoHS. I believe the Apple.

I like the watch but not the way it displays things like my glucose. It’s in A1C instead of the reg #’s I’m use to 121, 145, 119 etc. Also, in military time & can’t change it. Things like this not to my taste.
