An sich gut aber seit Tagen Fehlermeldung
An sich funktioniert die App stabil, aber seit Freitag wird beim Postfach eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, dass die Funktion zur Zeit nicht verfügbar sei, man solle es später nochmal probieren.
NFC payments stopped working.
Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich es versucht und es hat funktioniert, aber nach einiger Zeit funktioniert es nicht mehr, der Fehler sagt NFC-Zahlungen aktivieren, aber sie sind bereits aktiviert.

Praktisch jedes zweite Mal wenn ich was überweisen will läuft die App nicht. Immer ein Fehler. Nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig.

Sehr ärgerlich, dass man Abbuchungen nicht sofort sieht. Man muss einen Tag warten, und wenn man am Wochenende bezahlt, sieht man die Abbuchungen sogar erst am Montag. Sehr ungünstig.
Etwas komplizierte App
Ich finde es kompliziert mit der zweiten, der Secure-App. Aber die aktuelle Version ist besser als die letzte. Die Banking-Apps in der Schweiz funktionieren einfacher und sind leichter zu bedienen.

Aplikacja mogłaby być lepiej skonstruowana. Nie widać transakcji z weekendu. Nie można spłacać karty kredytowej w ratach. 200 eu mam zamrożone jako zastaw kredytu od 2018 roku i nie mogę go przelać na swoje konto a kredyt został dawno spłacony

The app is very user friendly. The only issue I have, I am unable to transfer a specific amount that is not an exact Euro amount. If I need to pay €57,20, I have to send €58 because it won’t allow me to enter €57,20. when I enter 5720, it enters it as €5.720.

Ich wünschte, diese App hätte eine andere Sprache als Option. Englisch ist meine Muttersprache und es wäre schön, eine Übersetzung zu haben. Ich wette, ukrainische, syrische und ähnliche Flüchtlinge würden die App in einer Sprache schätzen, die sie auch verstehen können.

Не вчасно оновлюється рахунок що не є зручно Не зрозуміло чому не можна переслати зі своєї кредитної картки на свою картку iban, завжди додаток вимагає підтвердження входу паролем хоча я надав доступ до Face ID тобто один раз програма може запросити пароль або іншим разом після підтвердження Face ID знову запросити підтвердження паролем, не зручно що не можна добавити картки до Apple Pay

Nach jedem Update funktioniert es nicht mehr richtig, immer mit einem Passwortfehler. Sie müssen erneut zur Bank gehen, damit es funktioniert

High quality app with clear overview and simple functionality. Has one glitch with the number entry where you can’t type in the cents properly, potentially due to multi language keyboard on the phone. You can’t select comma and you can’t type the full value and habit add the comma to the last two digits like in other apps.
Cannot change pin
I ordered new pin. After I open keyboard on iPhone, application reloads page and close keyboard. So I cannot login. Previously everything worked fine. Please, solve this bug. Thank you.
