- App resets timer if you close it.
Love it
Simple yet effective. Nice clean UI, I do wish the timer would still work when the app is closed but it’s free, so I can’t complain :)
Doesn’t stay on / bug?
I really want to like this app. It’s simple. I like the color. But whenever I start it on my phone or on my watch it doesn’t keep running. When go back to check it it still says “25 minutes start”
It’s great!
Great minimalist design. Could be better if it had an option to vibrate upon completion
After the recent update app has become trash
After the recent update i have lost all my progress of years and now everything requires money lost all the purpose of being a simple app
Free App but has bug.
The app is cleanly designed and most importantly it free with no ads and appreciate the developer effort. One thing I have observed is that when the screen is On, the timer works perfectly. However as soon as the screen shuts off the time count stops updating. The 25 mins didn’t notify even after 30 mins. Only when I picked up my phone it ringed with the notification.
Excellent everything I wanted in a pomodoro app
Provides focus to allow you to add what needs to be done. Simple process of starting app and minimizing distractions. Displays item you are focusing on. Well designed and intuitive to use
Give us an outside timer
Effectively employs the Pomodoro method but completely fails to work outside of the app, notably when the phone is off.
So quiet that it’s nearly useless
I would love this if it weren’t for the alarm which is a very brief tone that sounds so much like nearly all other phone notifications. I honestly don’t know when the timer goes off.
Notification on completion of work/break does not come most times
Notification on completion of work/break session does not come most times. When I open the then it suddenly makes sound and tells the session is complete. It feels as if the app does not work in background.
Very helpful!
I’ve been struggling with focusing on difficult programming tasks. Using this app has greatly helped! I’ve made way more progress on my tasks just getting in the mindset of 25 minutes at a time. I also like that the notification noise turns off any music playing in my Spotify app, so if I’m working with music the silence signifies to me I need to take my break or when my break ends and it goes silent it’s time to start working again. Thank you for making this free!

T h Eg👍🏼. R e t m
Enkel och bra
Den enda nackdelen är för diskreta notiser om appen inte är framme.
Dark theme is not there
Give option of dark theme it will make it more soothing for our eyes for it will also be less draining for the battery
Won’t work in background at least in iPad OS 14.7
The app has a clean and minimalist look to it. However, the app won’t run for me in back ground. If you set a timer for 25mins and leave it in side bar, even after 30mins it won’t send you a notification. This is despite the app having access to background app refresh. I love the app for its simple yet elegant design but finding it hard to integrate into my work flow due to lack of background functioning.
I think this is the best!
Has all the features I need and I like their approach. Works good and is free!
Very useful
Could use a “reset to default” button and maybe a little “tips” section reminding users of the pomodoro ratio Great app though. The chime is a nice sound too, not intrusive or jarring.
Tasks with similar names are not created but rest is marvelous
When I put tasks with similar names, the tasks are not created. I perhaps found a bug, I’m not sure. Sometimes the app crashes. The rest of the app is amazing 😉... I downloaded it around two weeks ago and I highly recommend this app.😊 When I reached 500 pomodoros the total number became 0 again. Please check that.
Love the app
First time to write a review for an app! Like the simple design and the colour is purple which really matches my phone case :)
Simple and Effective
I love the default completion tone. The simple focus on FOCUS is great. I can work and listen to podcasts. I wish the Complete audio tone would not interrupt audio. In other apps you are notified without audio interruption.
Need lot of improvement
App need lot of stability improvements, specially for apple watch.
It’s fantastic!
I love how clean the interface is. I appreciate how I can pin one solitary task to focus on and how easy it is to change the length of my sessions. I also like you can make feature requests right in the app!
Great app
Could have saved tasks entered frequently so it can suggest them instead of typing the same thing out everyday
great app
One of the best apps out there for free, since there isn’t a need to pay for extra features. there are some bugs though, like creating tasks can be glitchy sometimes. Restarting the app will fix it temporarily. I can live with it, so I’m giving 5 stars for the sake this app being free
Request for including Background sounds
Please include option for background sounds such as forest rain, ocean waves, forest birds, evening wind etc. These sounds will help to increase focus and wil pleasant feeling.
Pure Pomodoro
So NOT distracting! Fuels amazing focus! So intuitive yo set up with easy menu and Tools to change settings! I can’t believe how much I can get done in less than 25 minutes or how long a five minute break lasts. THANKS!
nice
app is good but there's an issue with pause/resume function i paused the timer when i was left with 38 mins and resumed it after 22 mins and it showed 16 mins which with i was left which means it was never paused please fix it
Seems perfect
Does exactly what I need to do - no fancy paid upgrades or other doodads trying to take my attention. Thanks Mr. Pawanpreet Singh!
Neat little app
Love the minimalism. Gets the job done and keeps me focus. Only downside is that I wish the app didn’t reset my timer everytime I closed. Also a different notification sound from the default one would be a good alert differentiator. From a fellow iOS dev, I like your app dude
