I’ve been playing dice merge for years. It’s so addictive!
“Ads Not Available”
Repeated issue causing inability to play due to notifications stating that “ads not available” or that I need to “check my internet connection” when there is no problem with my internet connection for any other game or function on my device. At this time I have not been able to play the July 30 game since about 5 AM on the 30th. As of this moment on August 1 at 2:45 PM, I still cannot. I can “give up” the game at the point I need to hit the “continue” button the 1st time it comes up in the game. When I try to “continue,” the “no ads available” pops up and I can’t continue the game. At that point the only way to continue playing is to “give up” and lose any progress I’ve made to be able to start the July 30 game all over again. Then the problem happens again, and again…. I WAS able to play the July 31 and August 1 games with no problem. This is very frustrating and I don’t know how to fix it. I’m considering deleting the game even though I’ve been playing it daily for years.
Not able to retrieve ads
This has been an ongoing issue since last September for me. According to a previous review regarding this issue it is being addressed. Since it has not been corrected yet I’m going to delete the game and move on. So frustrating!!

I really love this game but whenever I purchase a booster pack, it freezes and the you can’t continue with the game. Please fix this issue, I’ve had this issue for the past two weeks now.

UPDATE—Don’t Purchase Boosters—The app is having issues
UPDATE Friday, June 30, 2023 I changed my rating to 5 because of how customer support rectified this issue. I was compensated with more boosters than I had purchased, and given boosters, I didn’t purchase. I hope the purchasing of boosters gets fixed, because I don’t want to have to contact customer support every time. If you decide to purchase boosters, just be aware you may not get them. Thursday, 6-29-2023 I purchased the large WILD TILE BUNDLE, $6.99 plus sales tax. I did not receive my purchase! I reported this through the app, & have to wait 24 hours for a response. There was NO PROBLEM taking my money immediately!
This game will piss you off
Don’t get this game most of the time you were watching commercials and not getting a free tile. I’m deleting my game.

Not only it has unreasonable tons of Ads , but also Awful website design. Force players to get out if the App, and re-enter the App each time to resume the game.

The game is quite fun. The ads are insanely intrusive. The fact that you refuse to consider offering a paid version tells me all I need to know about your company.
Love the game but hate the ads
I don’t mined some ads but get very annoyed when they go on forever and or are impossible to get out of because they freeze. Please fix ! Iam a fan of your games but this one is turning me off,

Good game but too many ads
I was reading some reviews and heard that this game has a lot of ads. And I have played some of your other games and they have a lot of ads too. But one time I felt that it was silly that I pressed the “watch ad” button and I didn’t have to watch an ad.

I love this game because I can merge and buy but it is hard to find where to buy that there is no button I think.

Love the concept, but..
The ads. I’m happy to watch ads for rewards or to get another move etc but the amount of ads between rounds etc is quite frustrating. Also having issues with an ad becoming stuck and I have to close the app completely and reopen, happening slightly less frequently than the ads themselves. The game itself is wonderful, it’s challenging yet relaxing at the same time. Looking forward to see what might happen with it in the future 😊

I like the game but every 30 seconds I’m getting an ad to continue my game. Too many interruptions to actually feel any momentum in satisfaction of clearing some of the board. I deleted it.

Great game - strategic thinking and a reasonable amount of luck. Quite addictive! Lots of ads though Sometimes crashes after an ad, so you have close and open again. On balance, although the game itself is fun, I’m deleting it.

Excruciatingly Long & Frequent Ads
I really, really like this game but can only play for short periods of time because the 30 to 35 second long frequent commercials not only kill the fun but drive you crazy. Very frustrating. Made worse because it’s a really good game you want to play. I get the developer wants to make money but there should be a balance in order to keep players engaged. This game does not have that balance.

Yet another updated review
I love this game, & while I’m grateful for all of the help from support, I’m tired of having to fight for every booster bundle I purchase. Again today, for at least the 3rd time this year my game screen froze while making a purchase. Again my money was taken but no boosters appeared. I play several games by Mobilityware & daily it’s a developer I seek out when I’m looking for a new game, but enough is enough. I’m deleting this game. Enjoy my money. Good riddance.
Good game but ...
Ads are a necessary evil for us players but bad ads, ads that freeze and you need to click out of the screen to get rid, are killing this game! Chances are high that your player won’t go back in to continue!
Frustrating and Disappointing
Some games are relatively straightforward to win whilst others are virtually impossible to win. This is both frustrating and disappointing. I don’t find the Help Centre much help at all. Overall very disappointed with the game but I will persevere especially if the Help Centre improves … even all the nicknames I choose have already been chosen. What is wrong with this game?

Forcing me to pay…
I’ve been playing for awhile and loved it but suddenly they are saying there are no ads available to watch so the only thing to do is pay money. All week long I’ve been getting this message so they’re trying to force me to pay money and not letting me watch ads to move forward, so I’m stuck since I’m on low income…. I want you to fix this!

Too Many Lengthy Ads
The game would be much better except the need for multiple ads and the length of ads. Some are over 60 seconds from start to finish. Most games if you get a text mid game, you tap to take the message, then you’re allowed an immediate return without watching another ad. The speed of play is drastically slower than necessary due to the requirements of ads. To another comment on the daily challenges… Agreed some are quite easy while others are quite impossible without buying or watching an ad to purchase a support token (Wild, Undo, or Bust). Those ads can be 40 to PLUS 60 seconds). The other major issue is you need to move through so many games in order to get ONE token. You have no opportunity to build tokens for when the tough games come. So again, sit through more ads. I uninstalled the game due to the frustration of ads and slow play.
No Ad closure, hard kill on app
I like the game. I even understand why Ads. But just like another app by this developer, Ads play and then there’s no mechanism to close them and return to game. Lazy, poor habit by programmers will drive away users!
