Inaccurate inventory
You buy something and then they call you to say sorry we didn’t have it ! Very bad user experience
Slow
It takes 30 - 40 seconds for every click to load…
Improvements

App
The App is too slow
Very good experience
The app is very good but the interface is slow and takes time to load. Nothing else to complain about.
Champagne price beer taste!
Limited but nice collection but for literally double or more the price you can buy else where.
Expensive
It isn’t the best. You can download the app brands for less and u can get a ralp Lauren shirt for 50 dhs. This app is very overvalued and doesn’t have many brands.
Can't load the app
Tried several times but can't open the app😂😂😂😂even when I tried to restore it from the App Store and it just doesn't help
Super Delayed order
It said 1 day delivery within dubai but it is the third day before it is shipped out and until now didn’t received it. Customer service who called me due to out of stock doesnt reply to me anymore. Im so disappointed for this.
Must have app
Great selection of products and amazing customer experience, getting Share points is a great plus. Highly recommend
Worst Buying Experience
Extremely disappointed with That. I ordered an item that was listed as ‘available’ only to find out it was out of stock after making the purchase. While they promised same-day delivery, but after days of waiting and no updates, I had to reach out to them myself and cancel my order and get the refund. I received no follow-up or explanation. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a luxury store, especially when stores like Level Shoes consistently provide top-notch service and reliable delivery.
Great luxury experience
Amazing assortment different and unique, great customer journey, easy to navigate and such diversified categories
Pathetically Slow
Never seen an App this slow!
Great Brand
The app is really great and user friendly. The brand has great products and very easy to navigate. Cheers !!!
Poor app
Doesnt work properly too slow promoting fake Hello15 promo code thats not being accepted when you check out
Great Products and brands
Love the product selections and number of categories. Really on trend with different price ranges
Too slow
It takes very long time to download which makes the shopping experience boring
Amazing products
This is very different that any fashion app I have seen!! The range of products available is so unique! And using the app to shop is very seamless and easy!
Filtering doesn’t work
Filtering doesn’t work. Search gives weird results. Very annoying as it is difficult to find what u need.
Great app!
App looks amazing and the UIA is good. Looking forward for much more interesting changes and discounts.
The most expensive items I’ve ever seen
If you like to throw away your money for a plastic slippers with 270aed or a t-shirt with 330 aed use this application Some Items has double price comparing to exact same item with same brand in the actual store
