The best Customer Service ever
So today I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony Woodards! For some reason, I wasn’t able to pay my policy because of some technical difficulties that were going on with GoAuto. I got to the point that my policy ended up getting canceled because of it. I called today and spoke with a woman. She placed me on a brief hold and ended up hanging up on me. But that was a blessing in disguise because I got Anthony qthis time. Anthony discussed multiple solutions that we could do to get my policy going again. He did everything in his power to make sure I got my insurance policy back. The call ended up being an hour and 22 minutes. And after I received my insurance documents and signed my paperwork, he stayed on the phone to make sure I was able to get Into the app and set up my auto pay. People like Anthony are the reasons that people stay with certain companies. Because it’s more than just getting insurance it’s the feeling of security and knowing they’re gonna guide you and make sure everything is done right. So thank you again, Anthony you really made my day.

I’ve been trying to contact somebody to make a question about my policy but nobody answered, I tried to call several times and to different numbers but the same results.

Straight up, you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest insurance I found for me and my wife. Yes the customer service suxxxx!!! The app is only good for making payments. That’s it. If you have issues with paying on time then your gonna have a problem because you so t be able to get ahold of anyone. I haven’t had the need to talk to anyone so it’s no issue for me. I make my payment without autopay every month and never had an issue. If you want better customer service than stop looking for the cheapest insurance. Go to the bigger companies.

What I’m gonna say is it’s legal and cheap idk what else to say the app not great but I give 5 stars cause if your wanting cheap insurance here you go cheapest one I’ve ever found so if your like me and you like saving money here you go…
App is horrible
Only thing app does for me is take monthly payments. When comes time renew I always have call in and hold for 1 hr get someone to help with renewal. Customer service reps are nice though but process is so long.
The company is the problem not the app
Although there are app bugs, the biggest problem is needing assistance and sitting on hold for 30-40 mins at a time. I never get a response when I try to send a message and chat is never available. The site and the app doesn’t work either

2 hours on hold
Can’t view ID cards
Every time I click on view ID cards I just get a little loading symbol. It’s been like that the whole year I’ve had this car insurance company you have to call them physically and get them to email you a copy of your ID cards

I was so happy to see an update and, but after trying to process a payment the following screen is not centered for me to continue to see it through. Frustrating to say the least.

App needs a update the version runs slow and when you login it still shows when you need to renew your insurance

Charging xtra 7 dollars for the process fee is insane . The app has problems when you try to renew your quote . They need to lower the cost for process fee when doing payments online . It’s a rip off and totally a scam of your money . Such a shame !!!

This app lags entirely too much. You guys need to do something you can’t do anything in this app never provides information always airs please fix

this app always have something wrong with it and sometimes it won’t even load. i’ve had to pay late payment fees on my car insurance due to the app not being accessible for days.
Pick up your call
I can’t renew my policy and they are not picking their call, I have been on the phone for more than 3 hours now, no response
You get what you pay for!
This insurance is one of the cheapest but it’s the worst you’ll ever get and I’ll tell you why. 1. The automatic payment set up doesn’t work 2. The app doesn’t show you a history of your payments 3. There’s no way to look at your statements 4 When you pay , you won’t get your receipts if you accidentally close the page before sending to your email 5. Speaking to a representative takes forever because no one answers the phone and waiting time can take forever!
