NOT real time
Hi Developers, Your app in not real time as you have stated. Most transaction are updated a day or even a two later sometimes! This is really bad. * though you say you can open accounts such as ‘salary’ ‘Entertainmant’, there is no such way to do it in iOS. Please make the app more user friendly and intuitive. * the fonts in iPhone XR is too small. Please make them bigger. * had to did deep to enable the biometric unlock feature. Thanks
Poor design and performance
We cannot even rename the accounts as per our needs. I have removed the app and reinstalled install again, but does not work. Com bank does not pay that much attention for bugs and improvements. Same with combank app, not user friendly!
ePassbook Not Working
The app is generally ok for checking the balance but the ePassbook option has been stuck on “Processing ePassbook” every time I try to open it. Hopefully this can be fixed in the next update.

Displays the datea bank clears the transaction
The major issue is with the e-Passbook is It displays the dates based on when the bank clears the transaction, not when I made the payment. For example, if I make a card payment today and it is realized the next day, the e-Passbook shows the next day's date. When I try to balance my accounts, this causes a mess. The passbook exists for us to track our transactions, not for banking officers to track when funds are released on their end. I have mentioned this poor system design regarding the passbook app before, but the issue remains
Select data to Filter is more difficult!
To the developer team, I'm using iPhone 6s with 14.6 update. So, I tried to filter my transactions through the "from-to" search section. There isn't trouble with selecting dates. but, it doesn't appear any select button to choose the particular date that I wanted. Anyway, I have quietly exited from the app then reopened then use the search bar filter my previous transaction. So, I think this feedback really helps to you for fixing this bug then released a great update on future day. Thanks!

OTP and Receipt Issue
OTP is not appearing near the keypad to insert them instantly and have to navigate so much to view the receipt of a transfer. Please check BML mobile app so much fast and user friendly. Kindly make it par with BML app at least for OTP and receipt matters to make your app more user friendly.

I have to open/close the app 2 to 3 times to load all the accounts.

The sign out option not working after login into the system. The problem is same after close the application and restart.Fix this mandatory issue.

There is no keyboard down when touched the return button.So i can not view and enter other register details on that fields.
E Passbook Notifications are Delayed
Even though we can see a transaction from the app on time,when the app is closed we are getting a notification 6 hours delayed why is that? Please fix..Other than that all good.

A couple of months ago, the app displayed the credit card and transactions, but for the past few months, it has stopped showing them.

I hope the devolving team sees this. This app used to be super useful and not anymore. Every time I open the app to check my account balance it just keeps on turning in circles or refreshing without giving my bank balance. Running on the latest iOS and the latest version of the EPassbook app itself. I hope you guys integrate this to the ComBank digital app like HNB has done. Super useful and easy. Cheers.
