5 stars
This app is really helpful. I hope they can update this for global teacher and can access lesson tab with accurate incentives display. Also, we can receive notifications for sub class like AC. Real-time notifications
Device Detection Reminder
Network - Passed Speaker - Passed Microphone - Not Working You made this app to let teacher gets penalty. Not recommended. 👎👎👎
what do you mean by (check foil token?) I can’t login .. ty
What dobyou mean by ( check foil token?) I can’t login and it says that.
Notifications
I don't see any notifications from this app. I had a booking for March 26 but I didn't receive any notifications like few years ago where I get to see notifs of the students who booked me and even promotion. I hope they will fix this asap! ☺️
APP FEATURE
The app is very helpful when you are away with your work station however, some information that is reflecting in the MyPage such as Favorites and Feedbacks is not reflecting on the app. It says also that you will get a notification if you have new reservations or cancelled classes but receive none. I hope this will be fixed.
very useful
thank you for bringing this back in the app store! it's very useful for us teachers! ☺️
Notifications
This app doesn’t show any notifications. Push notifications feature can be a really great help every time
For improvements
This is actually a really helpful application for 51talk teachers. We can open/close slots, check booked classes, see favorites and feedback. I just hope that there will be notifications for every feedback, favorite, booked classes and cancelled classes to make it more helpful for us teachers.
CAN'T VIEW THE PAYMENT
I hope the payment issue can be fixed. Before, when I didn’t receive any incentives, I had no problem viewing my payment in the app. But after I got incentives, I could no longer see my payment because it is no longer visible.
Payment No reflect
payment hnd nag rereflect abd hnd ma change ang date sa payment
Very good
You can conveniently modify your schedule using the app. Recently can already teach in app using your mobile phone available for both PDF/H5 lessons. You can conveniently see your payment, favorite info, and many more. This is very useful!😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Cannot get in to the classroom.
Network is okay but says (null) failed. Cannot get in to the classroom.
Notification
Please allow the App to notify teacher of real-time cancellations with sound (already set up on phone but doesn’t work). Please also allow to see number of lessons students already had with teachers.
Bad update
Bad update i cant fix my schedule thru the app
OTP Problem
It says it does sent your OTP when signing in but you'll receive nothing . If using the password it doesn't work either. Please look into it. Thank you
Great tool for Teachers
It is a great app with the new features. A suggestion though, it would be much more awesome if you could add notification and sounds for positive feedbacks, newly booked classes and favorites. It will be a great way to encourage teachers to do better. 😄
device detection
even if you have 50mbps speed, your device can’t be detected by the system
Suggestion
I hope we can close and open our slots through this app. I think it would be a big help for all of the teachers using ios, like me.
UPDATE
If play store’s UPDATE is available Why can’t it be in IOS? Always late as usual 😭
Fix The Payment Viewing
I expected much for the new updated but it seems they forgot to fix the Payment Section. It can not be viewed! Why?
This app is good
I am looking forward to this app for a long tim e, it’s good. I can see the lesson time, get lesson reminder, I can view articles.
51Talk app review
I loved this app before, accessible to teachers and can easily teach (except H5 lessons) and view the materials beforehand, but they changed its notifications, repititive announcements about peak hours keep on popping almost every hour every day. I need proper notifications again about bookings and cancellations by students, not about peak hours reminder!
Total Number of classes!
Please add that feature.
Cannot Enter Classroom
I hope you can fixed this problem to some teacher who cannot access the "enter classroom" button. It will be a huge help for us especially in an emergency situation. I also send this concern to the technical helpdesk of 51Talk. Please take immediate action for this. Thank you!
Abnormal Function
Since November 24, 2021, the notifications for booked and canceled classes are not reflecting. Those notifications are the most important function of this app and make this app useful to all 51talk teachers who use this app. We don't need a repeated notification to plot schedules anymore because we already did. It’s annoying and being irrelevant already. We need the notifications of who booked and canceled our class schedules. If this is a technical issue or some kind of glitch with the system, please fix this immediately. We need this app as being reliable. Thank you for understanding. We’ll wait for your immediate response.
...
It would be nice if we could see other features in this app just like: Lesson Fee Summary, Booking trainings and maybe Lesson History to make our memos on our phone.
H5
Is it just me or the app can’t really conduct classes if it is H5 material? I hope you can fix this because this will be useless since most of the classes now are H5 material. Thank you
Annoying unnecessary notifications
No notifications for cancelled class and sudden classes. I got penalty because of the mo notif. We're receiving useless notifications of promoting open slots.
Evaluated Lesson
I hope I can see the students feedback whether bad or good.
Does not support my area
Does not support my area
Update for ios
Hope we could download new app with feeback/complaints..
not supported I in my area
It says it's not supported in my area
Problem
I usually see my reminder and that’s the most important thing for me but not this time. it seems like theres a problem with the app all the time. tsk3 not reliable app. please fix it
Doesn’t work in my country
I just wish I could use this app.
Sync on apple watch
Can you please make any improvement like syncing or linking this app with apple watch? Hope it has the alarm and notification 1hr before the booked lessons.
