The most pay to win game i have ever played, what little gameplay it has is unoriginal, repetitive, unrewarding and boring. There is no reason to play this game unless you have unlimited money and time and desperately want to feel like you have won at something.

Game is fun but it would be nice if there was more limited banners and they updated more often with new characters
The first game was better
Seeing all the changes are gust worse all the stuff they took out of the game were all the fun bit like watching like punch the meteor I love the game play loop of the first game I got so excited wen I got a rare character now none of the characters are rare you have to get special skin version of the character to be rare and it make them power I lied it wen the stronger the character in the anime the rare like terrible tornado was rare in the first game because she was power powerful in the anime button now she one of the most common character and she’s weaker you have to get a special event version of her to be rare and strong

When I played it for the first time I looked at how many characters there were to earn so I am trying to become a pro player but so far I am only at level 10 but still great game hope you keep it up

Pay to win and boring
This game has been designed to get you to pay at every point along the way and the gameplay itself isn’t even that satisfying. A real shame that a better game hasn’t been made out of an amazing manga / anime.

One punch man the strongest was one of my favorite games of all time then it got banned from America. I came to this game hoping it would be like that but you don’t even fight most things it’s mostly auto and no skill. When will they release the old game back?

Low-Effort Updates
The game is great. Really great. I love this game, and everything’s been great…until now. The updates feel too repetitive and the quality of the character and graphics are decreasing. I miss the old days when the updates were consistent and were good.

Boring & Generic Turn-based combat
Looks nothing like the ad. Reviews here are fake. Game is boring and you’ll find that out within 3 seconds of opening the app. Save yourself the trouble. Someone thought it would be a great idea to make a boring game, with the same gameplay we’ve seen since video games were invented, base it off a popular anime to get interest, and put in a pay option to make money. *Claps*

I’ve recently had trouble downloading new version updates which has led to missed prizes on timed events. Its a small issue that has added up to some big losses.
The game is a disease
Just want to start by saying this game is extremely fun to play. I played this game for 3+ years almost every single day. But that brings me to the bad part.. 3+ years everyday and $2.5k just to come out as an “average” player. You used to be able to get away with grinding a few tedious events to get good characters and gear but now they expect you to spend $150-500+ each time a new character comes out (because thats how much it cost), and if you dont do this you fall behind.. FAST. And this becomes really bad when the best characters and their gear (im talking about Old World) cost so much money. After the decision to stop playing the game i almost felt a weight off my shoulders as it was becoming almost like a chore to get daily task in. A game should be mindless fun. Not costly grinding. My advice, just play something else.
I am disappointed
I played for months and became one of the strongest people in my server. a few months without logging in and all my progress is gone and the game doesn’t even have memory of my account.

Long time player having recent problems
I played this game for 3-4 years and it’s not hard to get why. Many powerful heroes to grow stronger, many ways to earn free diamonds so I don’t have to spend money, many fun events that are really rewarding but there are some problems like when I try to upgrade my gear the game disconnects and speaking of disconnect I have been having problems trying to connect to the server even though my internet connection is fine I hope you respond

There is no strategy involved in this game. It’s all luck, you just need to deploy your characters and hope best. And also, it’s a gacha game, so players should be able to replay the old levels, otherwise how are you going to level up?
Fun but very pay to win
I reinstalled the game after not playing for about two years and I came back to seeing all the top characters are almost impossible to get without spending money. Besides that I have a lot of fun with the game.

Way too complicated
At the beginning of the game it was fun and simple. But the amount of things you MUST consider from literally the second day of playing the game is ridiculous. It's just simply ridiculous. Most of the pc games doesn't require so much investing of my time just to stay afloat. I changed my rating from 5 to 1 purely based on the fact that there are so many fight mechanics you need to keep on your mind it's unplayable.

Experience going down after years of running
I have been with this game since the first game was no longer supported. During the last few years, there were accumulated changes which i hardly can say is welcoming. At the beginning, the game is a idle relaxing game. You don’t need to invest too much time into it. Overtime, they cranked up the grinding and putting more thing to force you to spend time on it. _ the bot system: this thing is completely irrelevant to 90% of your game. It is an entire new set of characters that didn’t connect at all to the in-game characters. You can’t even use the bots to fight the characters. They merely added it in to make you grind more and buy more micro transactions for a weekly event in the guild. Without this bot system, your gameplay is unchanged. _ road to become strong: at first we were allowed to play it once every 2 days. Now this feature reset everyday but the reward is barely half or should i say 1/3 of what it used to be. Recently they also push up the difficulties too. I used to be barely able to clear Hell difficulty but now can’t even pass the last 3 fights without extreme luck and spending revives. _ friendship summon: each day u can gift your friends “friendship point” and they will in turn gift u back. Each friend can gift u 1 point. For every 10 points u can use friendship recruit to get more characters. Friendship recruit is the worst kind of recruit u get in game. U normally get green characters which is use to recycle to get points that can be used to trade for items (the exchange rate is terrible, 1600 for something useful and u only have 20 point per green recycle). Blue characters are a little better but u don’t use them, they are significantly weaker than “purple characters” have lower level cap, less abilities , lower stats… In this game u only use purple characters and even with the other premium recruits it would be quite hard to get a purple characters (1 every 100 recruits is the normal odd). Friendship recruit is even worse than that. U may spend 300 friendship recruits to get even 1 purple, they normally give you green and sometimes blue. Yet you get even less friendship points now. We used to have no cap on how many friendship points we can receive per day as long as your friends gift u. We are now restricted to only 20 per day. _ no combat skip: u may ask why we want to skip the combat. I will tell u. Because we can’t do anything in combat. Combat in road to hero 1 at least gave u some kind of strategy and by controlling your characters more effectively u may turn the tide. In this 2nd game, the tactical value is diminished to almost zero. You now can only choose to either let characters auto-use their skills or manually wait till their skill ready and use it. Most of the tedious combats which restrict u from even manually activate the skill don’t allow u to skip them. U literally spends minutes watching the screen till the fight is finished. I have suggested in the past to either allow us to skip combat or have an option to x10 combat speed but they have been silent since. U are playing PvE, what can skipping combat harm? Till this moment, i only have those complaints and i hope it doesn’t get worse but the chance is slim. To all those who wants to download, consider if this game worth your time or not before doing so.

Don’t get me wrong the game is incredibly fun and I love playing it however the pay to win in this game is just ridiculous. You are basically capped in all the tournaments especially the global online tournament where it is basically impossible to get to get past Grandmaster without spend a lot of money. Getting a complete type character is basically impossible without spending money.

BUG NEEDS FIXING!
The game is great overall but a few minor freezes and bugs need to me fixed! Such as in the online tournament the online tournament points for me does not change even after winning multiple matches. I am stuck at 1528 and cannot claim the quest rewards as a result. Please fix this bug! Other wise game is great!
What a shame..
Really enjoyed everything in this game at first. Later I found the drop chances are absurd but that wouldn’t be such a huge issue if I didn’t keep getting stuck on the story mode. I’m lvl 34 and now the only way I can level my hero’s is by mostly doing patrols and road to be strong. This is ridiculous because the majority of resources to lvl up in story but you can’t because you’re not strong enough. So you have to log in a couple times a day just to collect the patrol rewards and RTBS, then save up EXP and strength crystals for a couple of days and then you can level up characters and gear, and if you’re lucky you can actually progress in the game for another couple levels before it repeats at the next boss. It’s an absolute shame because you’ll be cruising through the game for your first 30 levels then you hit a wall and the games is a chore and not enjoyable by that point. If drops chances for elite and higher units were better and the difficulty wall wasn’t there I’d keep playing and not uninstall.
Decent but currently broken
I really enjoyed the one punch man manga and show, and this game was really rewarding to fans and is overall a fun game. I don’t really like how much some IAPs are shoved down your throat but if you can look past that, you will have a good time. Currently though my game is broken, I can’t get past the first white screen with the logos of the companies. I can’t find the support page anywhere and it’s quite frustrating. Hopefully a patch will be out soon because I do enjoy this game.
