I purchased coins for 149.99, after taxes $159.74, and The coins didn’t come through. I want a refund for the $159.74 because it charged my credit card and I didn’t receive my purchase !! Love the game hate the MAX bet being default!
I have played for 10+ years and have made real friends from the clubs. The graphics are some of the best. However, I hate the max bet default because if you can accidentally hit the spin button on a touch screen while you get on or switch rooms, you can lose a huuuge amount of bank. Either put it on the low side or somewhere in the middle. If I lose again because of the default setting, I am done with all my accounts. I’m tired of spending real money and losing it in seconds. This is an easy fix.

I have needed one silver puzzle piece to complete and have gone through over 100 silver tickets and still haven’t completed my puzzle. never have hit a jackpot and have gone from 10 billion chips to 2 billion in no time. Huuuge Concerns
I am disappointed with the rigged games, lottery, and events. I have spun thousands of gold and silver tickets only to receive a few puzzle pieces for 1000 tickets. I am also disappointed with the unprofessional customer service responses that do not honor the Huuuge policies as detailed in previous communications with Huuuge customer service representatives. I do like the games and the graphics. I wish I could say more positive things about Huuuge / Billionaire.

Issues
I can’t play it anymore. I enjoyed it until it stopped working. Now when I open it, the guy says unwrap your gift, throws it up, and it never comes down for me to click on it. It stays frozen. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. Nothing changes. I left 3 stars in hopes that it gets fixed otherwise I’ll just delete it for good. I would have put 5 stars

the bottom three buttons do not work in the profile section

I gave one star because this is the best slot platform on the App Store, but others make a great second. I gave one star for graphics and platform stability. I have played this game for over 10 years. I am a VIP player who is very saddened by the way the game has been restructured. I wish they cared more, well at all about the average player, but they only want money… like everyone else. The tricky part is to keep customers happy. Once you get to a high level they will break you. I have never seen any player who was able to play and not go broke. I can spin hundreds of times and never break even. After playing this game for a long while I realized that it’s nothing more than a money grab. It’s good for the first 300 levels and then it doesn’t matter which slot you play or how much money you’ve added to your account it just keeps on taking. It’s to the point where I will be deleting it as it’s not even fun to play anymore.

The Club Conquest Tournament needs improvement. i’ve been in this tournament twice and won twice because nobody else is playing due to the reward winnings are in the billion dollar range and I assume most players think it’s not worth the effort to participate with such low winnings. This used to be exciting to play with other clubs but now not so fun since nobody else plays. There is no challenge 🙄

Hello I’ve been playing huge for many years and spent a lot of money! I’m now at level 1560 and just seen that the reward to get to 1570 is massively decreased to17b from 33b and no gold lottery tickets. Why is this? There doesn’t seem much point playing now as it’s getting harder to win anything and now the reward which was a decent motivator to carry on is so hard there is no point playing anymore which is such a shame as I love playing. Working in Apps myself I understand that making money is key but keeping people that use your app using it will drive revenue. Not sure you will even be interested in this but having invested so many years in this game it now seems wasted hopefully you take advice and consider improvements of what was a great game

Issues with a generally good game
Worst complaint is the cost of trading high star charm you need but when I go to trade section I get 2 tokens plus a charm I already have 🤷♂️ so a five star charm is 2200 tokens but I get 2 tokens per trade 🙈 I think this needs to be seriously addressed as I spend a fair bit on this as normally always the 99 packs of special offer 89 packs but unless there’s a special offer on with tokens multiplied 2200 tokens is over £1000 which is just ridiculous as for cost of packs that up to each person what they spend not the developers but even if you got 20-30 tokens when u trade then it wouldn’t feel quite as bad and u shouldn’t have to buy packs for charms that are unavailable any other way as buying chips is expensive enough surely you could make it a bit more achievable with the charms and look at trading in general Otherwise a happy customer who spends a fair bit just feel trading is bad
