Sir WWJJR
For, My Families
This game is pathetic and wins nothing ever
Hundreds of spins zero wins I get a bonus and one zero on that too. I can’t see how anyone would buy any coins from this game. I will share my experience with others.
No jackpots
Buy and buy and buy and nothing in return don’t bother here go elsewhere
Lou
Why can’t I ever win and I have not been updated in years I’m getting where I really don’t like this game I play every single day and I just can’t win
Looking at leaving
I’ve played this game for many years (more than 10 years) and lately (like 12 months) I’ve been disheartened. For example today I received my daily rewards and won probably 120 credit out of over 4000. Disgraceful. The game this has happened the most is that recently add cat one. In general it’s the worst game for giving winnings but I still go back hoping it’d change. This app I’ve been with from when I got my iPhones and I’m serious looking at giving it away. Dont always cater for those who put money into the app.
Thanking
I’m 92 years old and poorly My grandkid gave me the sell phone and IPad didn’t have money’s card Thankfully you gave me a lot AD coins to play
O stars
Now there’s a commercial for a game and you are promised free coins if you watch the video BUT there is no free coins and you can’t get rid of the commercial if you click on it unless you reboot the game site. So every time you collect your daily coins you also get the commercial that it takes an act of god to get rid of!And when you finally do get rid of that commercial another one starts in 5 minutes also all black hats again when there is double cards but surprise surprise no cards or coins for black hats! Seems like the developers are only interested in making sure you don’t win anything!PS new update does this update make it easier to win if not I’m not interested.Update still double cards but all black again.I am done trying.Again double hats got all black worth nothing!
Loser
I love this game but I can’t continue to buy every week give us losers a jackpot maybe once a month
I’m going to dump this game
It’s a shame. It used to be fun Not so much anymore 👎
Very few wins?
I have been playing your slots for years and have found in the past year they have been really stingy with any wins. I am homebound and in the past have truly enjoyed playing but now have to frequently buy credits which are quite pricy and will most likely have to find other alternatives as the money I’m spending is adding up too quickly. Please loosen things up so people can continue to play at your site.
Love this game
So exciting
mehhh!!!
obviously rigged lately!!! can not get any big hands anymore on video poker!!! not even enjoyable that used to! they need to change that!!!
purchase
what happened, i can,t purchase my redeemed money, what is apple doing it aint fair, i cant use it., i will not play anymore if i cant purchase.
Fun games, but don’t start buying chips.
I played for years on this app without spending money. Once I started buying, I started losing even more! Games are fun, but don’t purchase anything because you won’t win.
Win rate.?..
Worst I have ever seen no longer worth it . The resent change made will loose many customers starting with me I will delete you and never spend another dollar this is crapat its worst.
Game
I like games easy to play love it

Unless you want to pay don’t waste your download . Games not fun anymore

Several times I have been charged for the games that I have not received even though I’m not even accessing them. I am being charged. Be careful and watch your iPhone app purchases.

Duc junk
This is the worst paying game I have ever played, only way to win is not play, and definitely do not purchase, cause they they really rip you off.
Fun App

BAD
The Ads lie I’ve been playing for a long time and I rarely win when I do it’s nothing big…. You want us to spend Money on coins.. This use to be my favorite.. Not Anymore.

I love your auto spin feature! But how do I earn PayPal money?
Another fake 5 star game
This game is a waste of time, u spend the first 8 minutes doing nothing just watching stupid how tos and rules and very long download times. Hard pass!!!
The Only One I Play
This is the only casino game that I play, I love the games but lately things have started to slip. There used to be a weekly chip boost dependent on your level but it now seems to have slipped back to every two or three weeks and the little extra boosts seem a bit harder to attain. I have questioned the weekly booster through the Q&A centre but have received no reply after a month. I'll keep playing but that may change in the future.
Sad
I have been playing for at least five years. Yesterday I was logged out by your game and had to sign in again. It signed me into a new site and I lost over 500,000,000 points.
Less free chips and less wins = boring!
I’ve been happily playing DoubleU for a long time now, and it’s always been one of the best slots game if not the best overall game I use. Unfortunately, to coincide with recent hard times and price hikes, Double U have decided to offer less free chips per day, on top of which, they’ve turned the dial down on the amount of wins or winnings you get using said free chips. I’m not daft, I understand they run their App to make money, but, how can you possibly get into a game long enough to spend real money if they aren’t offering some sort of excitement or longevity to make you want to play more? Surely that’s the whole point, isn’t it? Some of the bad parts: The new ‘Helios wheel’ should have been a good idea, but again, the money took over. The amount of spins you have to achieve to claim it is huge, then annoyingly resetting if you don’t get them in a short time limit is totally pointless and frustrating, especially ‘as mentioned before’ if you aren’t given enough wins to get the spins anyway! The ‘Daily Bonus’ is capped at 500,000, regardless of how long you’ve been logging in for. If you look at the majority of other similar Apps, they offer a wide variety of daily bonuses which increase exponentially the longer you log in each day, as they should, it keeps people coming back, it’s a no brainer. Finally! The new game as of June 2024 ‘Poseidon’, it’s duff! Absolutely no thought has gone in to game play or originality to differ from their other recent games. It’s so boring, I’m not sure how it got past the team who have the final say, maybe it was the bosses relation ???? Onwards: I really think the management need to look at their current team and have a bit of a shake up. The graphics are getting better but the games are getting repetitive and mundane. On the plus side, I love how you can collect all free chips at once now and the games are quicker to move on when you get smaller wins. Please please please, look at the daily login prizes and the way they are implemented. And get someone with some good ideas to create a good game! Still login everyday to chill for a bit, hence the 3 stars, but it’s becoming more and more of a frustration then a chill. Cheers DoubleU GM
Double u Casino
Love the games and the bonuses
Not worth it
Played for 10+ years!.. the old owners gave better payouts! I was up to $473B!.. Yes Billions!…These past two years with the new regime suck!!
UK player
Any other players from UK who has bought chips and is getting charged in £ when actually buying in $ try and get your money or refund in extra chip!!!! It’s a scam …the help page is useless…
Haven’t been able to connect for 2 days now on my phone
It’s hard enough to win any chips. Been playing this for years.
Trouble opening app
Have been using this app for a few years and enjoy it however, of late have +++ trouble opening it. Goes to 95% then stops. Have had to restart ++ times. What’s going on
App
Can’t load problems…keeps say try again later…HELP
Waste of Time
This site has excellent games but wins are to far and in between to play because once you get to bonus games you win very little and those winning are lost so fast it makes your head spin. I lost 61 million coins in about 15 minutes without betting the max. I 100% do not recommend to anyone.

Would love to support this more financially. Scared to put out funds. ❤️❤️👋👌

Your slots are so tight it is ridiculous! Just spun 200 times on Hip Hop Hogs and got nothing but lost 10 million coins. What a scam!

Status Sapphire (lost)
After a number of years being a member, I was surprised to find that I have been reverted as a new member,I have lost my Sapphire Status as well as my other benefits.Been sending emails as well contact tickets, but no one has bothered to contact me , I hope someone takes an interest and resolve my problem Thanks
Getting greedy
Spent money on this and you don’t get to play very long even on minimal bets. You used to get way more coins for the money but now the owners of this game are just greedy now. It used to be a way better game and you actually got play the bonus frequently. The graphics are good but it gets very boring when you just lose all your money in a few minutes. Don’t load this game!
