Phoenix Classroom
I like this app because it helps teachers provide students with presentations and information but it is a bit confusing. Other than that it’s a really good app.
Need enhancing
It would be easier if we can scroll the pictures uploaded like Facebook or class dojo to see all the pictures not open each picture at a time Also parents needs to message the teacher from the application So it is very important to chat not only leave comments
Multiple kids logon problem on Phone
I want to report an issue that i am facing for a long time. I have logged in the pheonix classroom with my elder daughter credentials on my pheonix app on my phone but I am unable to sign out and log in for my younger daughter. It always opens my eleer daughter account. This is very inconvinient.

App freezes and not always intuative
I find app freezes when tapping on icons and newsletters so I have to tap multiple times. Location of some information is not intuitive and also not all info is up to date or reflects reality e.g. pupil attendance. No way to raise issue with record except by contacting school directly and then changes not always reflected.
Minor issues
Whenever I get in the app it tells me to sign in AGAIN,overall the app itself is good
Just like that

Classroom
Very good application
Slow and buggy
Performance is slow and app is buggy and annoying esp for the assignment tab - assignments are sometimes jumbled up, completed assignment still appears in new, in progress or overdue tabs!! It’s so hard to track! Please fix!!
Dear developers,
I really love the effort you put in the app but there are minor problems that occur when I’m using it. First of all, when I open an attachment file in the assignments, it takes way to much time to load. Second of all, when I’m joining an online meeting it always shows a red bar on the side of the screen saying “we’ve ran into a problem, please contact an administrator”. Lastly, most of the emails and newsletters that are sent to my classmates don’t reach me on the mobile app which makes me miss various amounts of events and assignments. Until you fix these problems I’ll be sticking with the web browser version on my laptop. Regards, Malak
