Please improve your app. It feel like it takes forever to log in. Many complaint from users, yet still no action. Sigh..

It said ‘We have sent you an email which contain the password’ but it never appeared. I have checked spam box too.
Unreliable app
Cannot login. After reset password, there is no way to input the confirmation code after that. A star is just a condition to post this

Cant login with app
Using the same email and password, I am able to log in through the website but not the app. The website interface on mobile is not user-friendly, which makes it inconvenient to access documents and receipts. I was hoping to use the app for a smoother experience, but I noticed the last update was 8 months ago. It gives the impression that the app is no longer being maintained.
The Worst Apps
Even logging in is difficult. It’s frustrating. Every time it says the password is wrong. Do something before people start canceling their policy
