Info keep missing and app is like not trustable
I register and purchase some supplements than i dont receive any invoices via email. Also i dont see any history of my medication that i purchased and keep asking me to login but after login like cant view much details as well. How come apple cant verify this app ?

Horrible Clunky app. Searching for outlet to self collect doesn’t work unless you’re within a certain KM radius from your current location.
Error Occurred After the App Upgrade
It keeps showing throwing error message saying that the IC number entered is incorrect though I have entered the right one. It was working fine until the new version was released.

SLOW In first 24hours
I recommend whoever install this apps, you need to wait 24hours atleast to let the apps load your information. Open the apps after 24hours, you will get your information synchronised. In the meanwhile, you can go to the nearby BIG pharmacy and return back home when i waiting the apps to loading… 😂😂

Unable to link old registration
Stupid app. Forcing users to re register, but cannot proceed because saying invalid email. Which is the OLD email that was working fine. Developers fix this bug!!
Scam consultation and unprofessional doctor
A complete scam and money-grabbing trap! They charge you a consultation fee under the guise of an "online consultation," only for the doctor to read from a generic script and tell you they can't do anything. The moment money changes hands, they immediately pass the buck to a "specialised team" to make you waste more time and money. The app is a bureaucratic joke designed to extract cash from users while providing zero actual service. Absolute waste of time and money. No wonder this garbage app is sitting at a miserable 3.4 rating. Avoid at all costs

Since Saturday did not received any OTP. Until today Monday, unable to access the app because have error messages pop up.

Not recommended to purchase in apps
No back option once selecting product. No product details and need to sign in and register again before check out to collect point. What is the purpose of login the apps when I have to sign in again before check out?
