Me and my wife love all the product they serve specially the branzino, really good quality for a reasonable price.
Delivery has become horrible
I’ve used them for ten years I think. They were perfect. In the last month delivery in LA has become ridiculous. They must have tried to cut costs on that front. I mean my places are huge, high end buildings in LA, with concierge and package rooms, and the last two guys haven’t been able to find them, when all the previous people were absolutely perfect. And I can’t figure out how to cancel my order and just have DoorDash deliver from the local supermarket, which is as good. Absolutely no support for orders… It’s just a waste of time.
Empaques defectuosos
Varios de sus empaques resellables no se pueden abrir correctamente, esto hace que el guardado de la carne ya no sea óptimo. Ejemplo la carne molida de res y la picaña abkes el empaque como puedes y ya no se puede usar el resellado

Can’t login
I login and then the app immediately logs me out and I login again and I’m immediately logged out. I swear this app has never been any good. I don’t know why I even have it on my phone.
No updates on order status
There are no updates on order status available once place and the last time my order didn’t show up and took five days of credit. No notice if a driver is not available for delivery.

I have tried to cancel this membership muktiple times, in their app it doesn’t give you the option, and the links they have for membership stuff send yiu to a site where yiu cancancel
Menu is difficult to read after the latest update
Hey WildFork developers! This latest update made the menu extremely difficult to read because it is too transparent. Is there a way to turn this transparent effect off, or at least tone it down? Thank you.

Can’t order in app.
Every time I try ordering delivery I get error 400. I have no problem on a web browser. If I can’t order through the app there’s no purpose. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it doesn’t help.

Duke is happy
I can’t say enough good things about Wild Fork. I always buy marrow bones for my black German Shepherd, Duke, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. Every single night he waits excitedly for his bone like it’s the highlight of his entire day. The delivery is incredibly efficient — my orders usually arrive the very next day. The driver always sends a text when the order is on the way and another once it has arrived, which makes everything so easy and stress-free. The quality of the marrow bones, goat cubes, beef heart, and all the other meats and organs I purchase for my dog is outstanding. Everything looks fresh, clean, and high quality. As someone who cares deeply about what my dog eats, finding a company like this has been such a relief. Duke gives Wild Fork two paws up 🖤🖤🖤🐾🐾🐾

I visited my sister in Encinitas CA, I by chance stopped in to Wild Fork. We ate delicious, healthy meals from Wild Fork daily after my awesome find! And 19 days later when I returned home to Idaho, I had left my sister will a freezer full of Wild Fork meals, meats, seafood, veggies, side dishes and desserts. Do you ship to Idaho? Please come to Boise or Meridian Idaho soon! 👍
Disappointing
So far of all the product I have tried, the ham and the kosher ribeye. All other have been a disappointment (gamely or bad taste)
