Bought numerous items from the store and online. High quality is always their #1 priority!
App sucks!
I can’t even get my password changed. The app stinks, and I have no idea where my order is being shipped to because I placed the order without asking for a shipping address
Wreaths
When ordering these wreaths do not rely on the estimated delivery date. Once you have them in your cart and you go to check out, because the wreaths are sent by the vendor, they will arrive two weeks after the estimated date in most cases. Very deceiving.
Good store, Unreliable App
App continues to freeze upon every use. Crashes mid-shopping. Keyboard appears for search & will not disappear after & app freezes. Makes shopping impossible if searching for more than one specific item.
Changing password
Tried over and over again to sign in my account even forgot password was used to no avail. Last time I order from WS

Had to set up a new account
Love the products but super frustrating that I had to start a new account with a new email I already had an account when I tried to login with my email. It said my email wasn’t valid. I requested to set up a new email three times but never received the email to them proceed with that.
Good but some issues
After adding items to cart - there’s no visible option to delete items from cart - only save for later.
Using rewards points
Please make it easier to use your rewards points during checkout. The copy and paste function does not work. You are always sending me emails to use my rewards points and know the exact amount so why can’t you automatically add them to check out with a button to click if you want to use them or not?

Love how anytime you use rewards shipping rates skyrocket.
Great Selection
I love William Sonoma, they have a great selection, I purchased the green pan's and Breville cream & gold collection-they are beautiful

Unable to see any shipping fees or select delivery to the store? Site forces me to complete transaction before showing the full amount?
Recipe Box
I have written a review before about a problem I continuously had and thankfully, it was fixed. However, after using the app and collecting a number of recipes in the app in the Recipe Box my complaint is this. If I am having to pay a yearly fee with new recipes being added, I want the capability to collect more than 30 recipes per folder. And I would like the ability to be able to have more than the “allotted “ number of folders. If you are going to limit this the way you have, I can just print the recipes off of the website and cancel the app. Pleas work on this.
Unimpressed
I have a registry with WS and to say I’ve been unimpressed has been an understatement. I’m early on in the registry process but about the only thing they can do is send gifts. It’s like a glorified wishlist. I haven’t received any notes from loved ones, thought I signed up for notifications I’ve received none. There are multitude of errors on the registry (ex: error duplicate products showing on the registry as unavailable) that NO customer service rep can help with. Better yet, an online customer service rep couldn’t even FIND my registry which I was flabbergasted by. Having worked in customer service, run a bridal registry department, worked in luxury ecommerce I am absolutely significantly underwhelmed with this process. I mean if amazons your competitor, I’d catch up.

I Love shopping at William Sonoma they always have what I need and when they don’t that always let me know when they have that item in stock or a different product similar. And they are always super helpful!
Search Engine Poor
When I search a specific term the results are not as exact as what I would expect. I wanted just “Nespresso” machines…. I got them mixed with all sorts of garbage.
Back ordered trend
I don’t understand why so many things are back ordered online but available in store. So when I go to the store I am told “sorry that is the last one left and we don’t sell the last one on the shelf”. What? Guest you don’t want to sell your merchandise.
Need More Power
The shopping was only ok since the site kept hanging and had delayed performance. I would have bought more if it was not so painful to shop through the app.

When we first moved back to the U.S., I found Williams Sonoma bags hidden throughout my kitchen cabinets in our new home. My husband had secretly bought me my favorites: a new Pro KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Breville sear & press grill, the works! Our Boise shop even knew him by first name! Now I go there to admire and shop or peruse online. Everyone at our shop is so friendly and helpful. It’s one of my happy places! I have to mention NYC shop’s wall of colorful KitchenAids; it’s a thing of beauty!! Yep, I’m a little obsessed; W&S is the place to go for quality, variety, and inspiration!
Privacy issue?
Installing this app seems to allow unrequested and unwanted text advertising from Williams Sonoma. Uninstalling the app and unwanted ninja ads stopped.
Website billing disaster
Transfer of old to new billîng is a horrible mess. Does not work and when it does is a disaster. Cannot make purchase, have to phone.

Fine, here’s your 1 star review. (You don’t honor account deletions.)
Over 4 months ago, I initiated an account deletion through this app that has not yet been fulfilled. Repeated attempts only indicate that I’ll receive an email once the deletion is complete. It, of course, is never complete. This is unconscionable. This is a simple action to take, but one that they apparently are refusing to do. So I’ve taken two small steps to strip them of their power over my data. 1.) I anonymized my personal data. 2.) I’m leaving this negative review as a warning to all privacy-minded people to steer clear of this organization.
Love WS but the app needs work.
I keep trying to shop the app but Everytime I click on at item I get an error screen that it cannot load. I’ve updated the app several times and no even updated today and get the same message. So it makes the app useless. I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same result. I might as well skip the app and shop on a regular web browser.

Fix your app WS!!!
I love Williams Sonoma, but your app sucks. CONSTANTLY crashing. Can’t add to cart, closing itself, weird restrictions or actions when you try even looking at an item. You guys need to fix this ASAP. You’re way too expensive to be having a constantly buggy app.

Repeatedly resets personalized products
First, this app is on the struggle bus: it’s slow, it freezes up, and I got the wheel of death as many times. I was trying to order some “Best Selling Williams Sonoma Classic Aprons”—the ones that they sell year round. I wanted to order 4 personalized aprons. I had to enter the personalization every time I ventured from my cart, or I had to get out from a frozen screen or the wheel of death, which got old—fast. When I went to check out, 3 of the 4 aprons were on backorder; which there wasn’t much I could do about that. I finally said “nope. Too expensive of an apron for this much effort.” I deleted the app and will shop at Sur la Tablé from now on. They are cheaper anyway.
