Very confusing and doesn’t function well
This app is super complicated and does not function well. Also charged me way more than expected for bike rental. Do no recommend, but there is no other option for public bike rental in San Sebastián.
Doesn’t work right
Awful experience with the app, it’s really confusing and frustrating.
Difficult app to use
This app is not user friendly
Meh
Can’t even sign up, can’t even get the date of birth right
Terrible system
Doesn’t allow you to create an account online, only in person at a booth. What a terrible use of a system for any tourists. Do better.
Mala
App complicada.
