Great Customer Support
The app wasn’t working quite correctly with my phone. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful in trouble shooting my phone settings and teaching me how to use the options within the app. It was a great experience and makes me feel good about purchasing this app!
The haptics are way too weak to be usable

Too weak
Not ideal for music practice. I turned the haptics to strong in settings and I can still barely feel this metronome unless I’m touching the watch with my other hand.
Flaw in Programming
So I love this idea of this app. And the price is worth it. HOWEVER, there is a flaw in the programming that throws the beat off at certain points. It appeared to be to be semi random. It could be a snag in execution of the program on the iphone 16 pro. I sure hope they fix it.

Try before you buy
Bought this app due to an extremely limited time offer. Wish I would’ve tried it first. The vibrations are so weak that you can barely feel it as you play. Tightened my watch as much as I could stand and it made no real difference. I know my watch can definitely vibrate stronger than with this app. Not sure why they don’t add an intensity setting. Unless I’m missing it somewhere

Not great for guitarists
This may be good for some applications, but I was looking to use it while playing guitar, and it doesn’t vibrate enough to feel it while playing. I guess I’ll have to cave and get the Soundbrenner.
Really close to 5✨
I use this as a nerve regulator, particularly in the car, where I’m the least comfortable, and I’m extremely grateful for it. Gives me a steady and consistent rhythm to focus my breathing on. ***EDIT*** Thanks for getting back with me so quickly. Really great customer service. 5✨
Um. Where’s the metronome?
One Star. I just spent money on this. Instant regret. It does not function at all. What was promised was a strong haptic metronome that would pulse through my Apple watch. What I have is nothing. This does not pulse. This does not even keep time. I turned it to 60 bpm. It flashed, a kind of albeit cool light show - once. No pulse. No haptic response. Am out 10$ and underwhelmed. This is not a functioning metronome. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: Developer has reached out, a pro move. I can only recommend that if anyone has issues with the app, reach out to the devs.
Cheaper than haptik wearables on the market
Love the app. Wish it had the ability for time signatures, tuner, and beat subdivisions. Watch haptics are a bit stronger than other watch apps.
Ain’t much haptics happening here.
I like the visual on the phone… and that’s about it. First and foremost, I purchased it for the watch haptics which are abysmal. I play drums and need a strong vibration to feel the beat while my hands are working. You can hardly feel it when at rest. It seriously needs to have the option of increasing intensity of the haptics. They should also add set list and time signatures. Then it’d be a great app.
Wish pulse strength could be adjusted
Works as stated, but pulse is weak - when playing an instrument it is difficult to feel….
Problem resolved
Had a problem with haptik turning off when rotating wrist. Contacted helpline and resolved in no time at all.
Asks to re-login every day
It used to work ok for some time. But after I bought a paid version, the app tends to get really buggy - it asks to re-login to Apple account almost every day. And then gets buggy with synchronizing between phone and the watch. Don’t waste your time and money.

Microphone function
The microphone function is useless. The quality is the same as the Voice messages app and clips the frequency so much it sounds crappie. Plus if you disconnect the microphone then the watch haptic stops when you turn your wrist. Refund please.
Decent
Pretty simple to use but my battery on my watch is old and this isn’t working with the screen off. If there’s a setting I haven’t found it yet. Fixing it would move to 5 *’s

This app is great! I can actually feel the beat on my wrist as I am playing guitar and record from my watch!
Can’t figure it out
Can’t change the tempo. Stuck on 60. Insists on the microphone on. Appears to be a free subscription (installed from iWatch) but it wants a quarterly subscription. If I can’t get the demo to work properly, I’m certainly not going to sign up for a subscription .
No nonsense metronome for the Apple Watch
This is the metronome app that I have been looking for. It seems to be the only one that I have found that works with the Apple Watch in hands-down mode. While I wouldn’t mind a few extra features such as time signatures with down beat indicators, for the price this app can’t be beat.
Getting worse and worse.
It’s been slowly getting worse, and now doesn’t even keep good time. Waste of money.
Not so well on the watch
There is a serious need for an app like this. It works great on my iPhone. Although it does work on my watch it doesn’t provide enough of a vibration to be of any use. I play guitar and when I play, I cannot feel the beat coming from my watch. Since operation on my watch was my main reason for purchasing this app, as of the writing of this review, it is no use to me. My 3 star rating is based on the fact that it doesn’t work sufficiently to be of use on my watch.
What I Needed
I just bought the full access upgrade. This is phenomenal. I’ve needed this in my guitar practice. Feeling the beat and listening to the beat is superior to just listening. Thanks!
Deceptive
If you want to sell a $10 metronome app, then do that. But as is, this is a free app that can do 60bpm with every other function of a metronome behind the pay wall.
Works on the Apple Watch
First of all, let me say that to me this is an Apple Watch app, not an iPhone app, and the 4 stars rating reflects that. As a Watch app, it does what it says: it is the only app that keeps giving the beat even when the watch face goes off. You need to allow microphone access for it to work. You can modify the tempo on the watch even if you don’t pay for the full version. As for the haptic feedback, it is not the strongest but it works up to about 200 BPM on the watch. Higher then that it will skip some beats. Now for the iPhone app, there is no way to justify the price tag for the full version. There are way better metronome apps that you can get for that kind of money. In order to justify the upgrade price, the app should at least have settings for time signatures, number of beats per measure, and a different first beat. This different first beat is important as this is where a musician is most likely to resynchronize with the tempo. Hopefully the developer will improve this app by adding those features. Bonus points if these features are also added to the watch app.
Selecting Tempo is a PAIN!
Love the ideal of using my watch and being able to sync with others. The only complaint I have is the difficulty of selecting the tempo I want. Currently you can only change the tempo by sliding your finger up and down. It would nice if we could type the tempo we want in. I have a known tempo and it would be easier (not mention faster) to just type it in and go.
Use for live shows
I’d love to use this app as a drummer for live shows where I can cross check tempos before starting songs. An option to build set lists where songs are matched to certain tempos would be a massive win for this app especially if it’s integrated into the Apple Watch app. I use this app during rehearsals and it works well for tempo check ins + recording. Look forward to seeing where this app goes next!

This is the best app for a metronome It work really good but I think It can have harder pulses.
Needs Stronger Haptic and Better Watch Controls
I just purchased it, but now I’m seeing the limitations. The haptic feedback on the watch is weak and it doesn’t get stronger when set the Prominent in Settings.app > Sounds and Haptics. Also there is no way to set the tempo directly on the watch, except by tapping. Numeric input is essential. You can set the tempo numerically or by touch increments on the phone and that will translate, but the whole reason for an app like this is to not have to go to the phone to do that kind of stuff. I also have to restore my purchase every time I open the app.
Nice for BPM
Great app for keeping BPM. Work great on the watch. I would mainly use it to keep a cadence while working out. Would get a 5 stars if I could use the metronome while playing music in the background. Haptic feedback to keep the cadence up, my music to motivate.
Beat not strong enough on the watch
As others have said, this type of app is needed for a lot of applications. But the beats on the watch are not strong enough. Unfortunate.

Great app, works well. Would be better if it would still work without needing the microphone constantly. I have it on in the background, but because it uses the microphone (even when in normal operation, not using Shazam), other apps and background noise levels are not able to access the microphone

A waste of time and money.
I purchased the full app for $10 a few days ago. Now it no longer is available to me. When I try to use it I only get the option to upgrade to the full app - which I just purchased. There is a button to restore the app which requires an Apple sign-in. The sign-in never completes. So I am out $10 bucks with no app access. By the way, the app is limited, has no instructions, and has no way to turn it off.

Not good for guitar
Love the idea, but it’s too soft on the watch to follow it while playing guitar.
Sync off/low haptic intensity
Cool idea for an app was really hoping this would work out useful but it’s nothing more than a bit of a novelty. As a teacher and professional musician it would be great to be able to use this in rooms where others are playing without having any sound! Was hoping that with a paid app that I would see improved sync with the phone. The phone starts tapping as soon as you turn the watch on but it’s completely out of sync. Not a great issue for a Metronome! Also, with any amount of movement from playing (guitar/piano) the haptics become harder to notice. Even as a professional musician who uses metronomes for practise all the time I just wasn’t feeling enough wrist intensity while playing to keep the feel. Would be great to be able to increase the intensity of the haptics.

When I used it on my watch and my hand went back yes my watch fell asleep but the metronome did not stop, even if I went back super far it still did not turn of. So I don’t know why you think this app is so bad, especially if you play tournament golf like me and you can’t have the sound on this is great for a time like that. And also if your watch falls asleep when you go back and it stops playing that probably means your watch needs an update/upgrade, or you just need a new watch. P.S this app is amazing thank you for it.👍✅
Review
The screen display is fine on this app, but there are several shortcomings if you are looking for a practical metronome. The pulse, on the phone or the watch, is wa too feeble to feel unless you have your fingers on it, which of course you can’t do while playing. This may be more related to the intensity of the pulse achievable in the watch and phone rather than the app, but it is not useful in any event. Also, unless I have not found the setting, there is no sound, which is a normal part of any metronome. Finally I find the controls of starting, stopping and changing frequency cumbersome compared to other apps. In my opinion wish I would not have paid the money for this, but some people may have a more favorable opinion.
Great for practice
This is great for practice, but would really love to use it with recording It would be so great if it supported Ableton Link, to sync tempo with live sessions and play along with a haptic pulse. Thanks
Difficult to set precisely
In a controlled environment (both hands on the phone and carefully moving my thumb to adjust tempo) I cannot consistently land on the tempo I want. And there’s no way to adjust other than by sliding up and down. There’s no way I’ll be able to set the tempo on the fly during a performance.
Need to change lower limit
I’m looking for a metronome to count ten-20bpm. Other than that app looks good
It works great
I’m a new player and trying to play to a click. This app is perfect. The app on the I watch allows me to learn the tempo without an audible distraction. This really is amazing.
Not helpful
I just need a haptic metronome on my phone. For this to work you have give it access to your microphone and let it record you all day. There is no way to stop it from recording 23 hour sessions, even when you are not using the app except to deny access to your microphone. But if you do that the metronome doesn’t work at all. It also runs down the watch battery and so I have to recharge my phone multiple times per day. Why would a metronome need to record anything?
Good...could be Great
This works really nicely and personally I prefer a vibration metronome to a sound one as I find I can drown out a sound one easily just by playing my instrument. This is pretty cool then but I’d like to see time signatures come to this as an option instead of just a steady beat.
Watch app gets lost
The watch app sometimes needs to find the beat again. If you’re really depending on the watch to provide a click this is a problem. The haptic feedback is also weak.
Great idea but watch app isn’t working
I like the idea but the ‘tap’ button doesn’t work on my watch; It often disconnects when I rotate the face away (I have a series 5 with the always on screen); and I can’t change the tempo on the watch either. At the moment it requires me to use the iOS app to set the tempo which renders it much, much less useful (I want to look at tabs on my phone while I’m playing guitar).
