Bring more items into the game
Being new to the game, it is really hard to get items to decorate rooms. Without the arcade already being hard enough to earn tickets, there’s No Easter or st Patrick’s diy doors to buy items but yet we have like 4-5 Halloween doors. I don’t have a lot of items and the cute ones cost that people do have that aren’t n stores cost 1000 bc from people, that is just crazy. To spend over $100 on a game for a item it’s too much… i love the idea of the game but this is getting to be hard to be free to play and enjoy the game without new item updates & take aways.
Lazy Dev
They add new items but the dev is too lazy to make sure they aren’t glitched. It’s becoming sloppier and sloppier.
Nostalgic game
A bit confusing. I already design my pet but when i try connect to my email to save account the pet turn to different settings. But i still can re-design it on the shop. Overall this game is good but the gameplay like when i have to visit the store, it's quite hard to move the pet.

The furniture I purchased is missing
I spent three recharge coins to buy a front door furniture item, but it never showed up in my inventory after purchase. The coins were deducted from my account though. I don’t know how to contact customer service to file a complaint, so I hope you can fix this bug
New Levels Please
I have played for 6 months and is going to reach level 40 soon.. please have new levels update.. loving this game hope to get new levels soon
SCAM DONT DOWNLOAD DONT LET KIDS PLAY
So boring with nothing much to do, many glitches, you pay for treats then the game glitches and you lose them or you lose the items you bought with those treats. They update the game to add more items to buy but won’t fix glitches. They don’t answer for customer service but claim they would on social media. On their social medias they openly admit to there being a disappearing items in room glitch but their “solution” to that is to make the user restart the entire room. Even then there are items I still haven’t gotten back and they won’t respond to messages to fix this. They 100% use this game as a money grab and do not care about the player base. Can’t believe I wasted money on this game.
Remove Items In Globes!!
Im still kind of new to the game and accidentally put my monster bunny mount in the globe of the chopsticks mount while redocorating!!! Apparently we cant remove the items in the globes 😭😭😭 and the mounts are already hard to get!! If i knew we could put items in the globe of the mount, I would’ve put a prettier one like a flower or something 😭😭😭😭😭

Full of missing items/bugs
The game is always missing items that are advertised and players can get by paying with real money. It’s extremely infuriating spending your money and energy on a set, only to then not receive it compete. The game is also filled with bugs which makes it hard to enjoy. Some clothing items can’t be worn, accessories looking wonky when equipped, items suddenly disappearing, game crashing and closing, etc. The Devs have been made aware of all of these problems and refuse to do anything about it. Players either get ignored or are made empty promises.

At first when I found this game I was very excited since it was visibly reminiscent of Pet Society. However, as a game itself it’s not good. It’s filled with bugs that the developers continuously neglect to fix or update. The newest 3D map update is seemingly one of the worst and finally compelled me to write a review. The developers have no regard whatsoever for what the players want. They continuously ignore what the player base themselves prefer and ask for. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars is because it reminds me of Pet Society. Other than that, the game is becoming more and more unplayable with every update, if there ever are even updates. Arcade is supposed to change every 2-3 months and yet it’s been nearly 8 and still the same. Not to mention countless items from bundles are missing, endless glitches and bugs are encountered in every aspect, and now the gameplay is inviting players to become more and more hostile towards each other. Devs don’t care and sometimes even promote this behavior. Do better.

Nothing in this game works well! Daily tasks are not achievable, my pet’s look constantly changes, the ui is a mess. I loved pet society so much. This is NOT pet society.
Love this Game but
Wish there was abit more détails added like the pets actually sleeping on the bed, getting to water the trees etc, taking care of the pet, also the fish collection too after u sell the fish the collective Book says they’re gone meaning u have to catch the fish again in order to be in ur collection, sorta would like if it would be there even after I sell the fish so I can see which ones i need to collect after. it gets Boring after time, although still a great game like the original Game pet society. Wish there were more détails in the Game that’s all

Was so excited
I was so excited to download this game because it reminded me of a game that me and my mom would bond over when I was a kid. When I downloaded it, I made my pet look as similar to my old one as possible. It prompted me to make an account and when I did it brought me to a house with no instructions and a character that I did not create. I am so sad. I was so excited to share this game with my mom again so we could make our houses and characters once more.

the game has some technical issues- e.g., i can't visit some friends. but it is quite fun. would love it even more if new furniture/clothes are released from time to time! i can't put things on some furniture like the stone table and chair set from the Chinese New Year theme, would be great if you can make that happen.
My Character
I customized my character but when the cut scene for flying in the plane hit it was reverted back to the original body design 😔 thought deleting my account would fix this but instead it happened twice, so now I’m stuck in limbo with a white cat as my pet. Rip.
Good game, but the glitches
I enjoy the game, especially playing dress up with my pet, which is why I’m disappointed that there is no was to have her wear the blue dress from Woodland excavation. I’ve dug it up twice, but both times when I take it out of the trunk to put it on my pet, it just permanently sticks itself to the wall on a hanger. I have to empty the entire room to get it off the wall. It’s too bad, because it’s a cute dress and there are cute accessories and a wig to wear with it…just wish my pet could wear it.
Honestly great game but but I have a suggestion
I love this game just started but when you change your avatar at the start at the game it won’t look the exact same as you created it before the game, but I was able to change it when I went to the stylist. I have a suggestion if you could make a option to do your fishing automatically it takes a long time to fish

Just recently you added chinese new year in DIY as “new arrival” but those are recycled decorations. Saw it all the way back then when I checked today, it was moved to the front.

Was excited to play, custom avatar crashing ruined experience
I used to play the original Pet Society when I was little and dreamed of playing it again. I was so excited to find this app, however, whenever I customize a character and then make an account, the avatar defaults back to the default character. This ruined my experience, because I’ve redownloaded the app and tried making three different accounts to bypass this glitch. Please look into it and fix it. I beg of you.
Can’t visit friends
I’m using my ipad to play but the app never allows me to visit my friends’ rooms. the page is always stuck on the loading page.

i have never left a review before, but this app just gave me SUCH nostalgia. its genuinely so fun and it reminds me a lot of the old game. also to all of the people saying you can’t log in, you just gotta wait a bit and keep retrying!! it’s because so many people are trying to join, it took me like 30 minutes to get in earlier.

Honestly I’ve been playing PS using an offline server maker for a while but it barely worked. This is an amazing alternative to that nostalgia trip!
Love the game but I can’t add friends..
When I try to send a friend invite, it says “Sending invites is temporarily disabled”. My profile also doesn’t load for me or others, so no one can click me. I think it has to do with me signing up / logging in with my Apple ID. I don’t want to make a new account because of my progress already :( Please fix this problem for those who sign in with Apple.

I would have given it five stars but the avatar I created at the beginning page is different when I logged on to my Facebook account. It does not look the same as the one I created with the eyes,nose, ears, or mouth. Not sure if this is a glitch but please fix it!

You can’t do the free customize
Installed and immediately customized my pet. Connect my account and when it went to the house beginning sort. A different pet showed up. I tried delete the account and everything. Won’t let me get the pet I customize back or even let me customize the pet. Just give me the starting one…… UPDATE 8/6: you have to make an email account to save it. But then no option to then connect it to Apple or Facebook. If possible 0stars.
Nice but some suggestions
I love this game so much, but I NEED the option to leave a message to my pet pals, not just gifts but messages so I can talk to them and also if I visit someone’s house we should interact with eachother in real time, not just on parties :(
Just started and a shame
Sad I just downloaded this game and the pet customizing screen has been full of glitches from the start. The head disappears and the different options are blank so I can’t create my pet at all! I exited and opened until it stopped glitching only for it to default to a different combo when it takes you to the pet’s home. So sad, I hope this gets fixed. It’s not my devices issue either, it’s a 9th gen ipad and the software is currently updated.
