Very good system - works perfectly.
Pointless
As far as paying for trips, this app is pretty useless. They ought to make it much simpler so that you can just pay with your phone each trip. In New York City, the subway tracks your card, so the first 12 trips in any week are paid and any trips after that within the seven day period are free. that would be an easy fix to make here with simplify things a lot. And it would not require the administration of extra cards.

Gros soucis récurrents dans l’affichage des horaires. Comparé à l’apps "où est mon bus", développée par un particulier, quelle différence dans la fiabilité.

La fonction itinéraire ne fonctionne pas. Je suis obligé d’aller sur le site. Pour le paiement, c’est au top.

Die App ist an sich ganz gut, aber es stört, dass man ohne Account keine Tickets kaufen kann und dass die App in vielen Menüs auf Französisch ist, obwohl die Sprache auf englisch gestellt ist. Andere Sprachen wären auch gut.

Jour 1 de rentrée (01/09) tram D Départ théorique Cantinole 10h30 Départ réel : + 15 min (+50% temps de trajet ) Pas d’avis de perturbation, pas d’info sur l’appli Juste comme ça. Et débrouillez vous avec ça. Bilan : 10 min de retard au boulot pour le Jour 1 . Sans préavis :-(

App does not work on cellular
The app does not work while on cellular. Loading it will stop at 60%. If it is loaded while on wi-fi, all the features stop working when switching to cellular. All other applications work fine on cellular and cellular is enabled for the application. It basically makes the application useless.

Quid des vélos ?
Pour les transports publics, l’application n’apporte pas grand chose par rapport à Google Maps. J’ai téléchargé l’appli parce que je pensais pouvoir facilement emprunter un vélo V3 et trouver les stations, mais rien de ceci n’est possible.

Recommend App for RWC Travel Does Not Work
Same issue as reported elsewhere. This is the recommend app to use public transport in Bordeaux and handy for this weekends Rugby World Cup games. Well designed, simple registration form to create an account. Then, a message appears saying ‘email address already exists.’ I haven’t been to Bordeaux for years and certain I’ve never registered for an account. Anyway tried password reset. No response. Thinking account registration is linked to Fr domains? Pretty useless for visitors arriving from outside France.
Constructive Criticism
It seems either unclear , or not possible to pin the ride that i want to take , i had to constantly reroute to see if il going the right direction. Also a better explanation of the validation and re-validation system , and tickets buying , for how long , or how far. Seem to be unclear. Had to ask chatgbt for help. So has space for improvement.

Impossible to create a new account
For any email address, the app says an account already exists. Requesting a new password doesn’t work. Utterly useless. Contacted them but received no reply.

A switch to English would be great, as well as the direct booking of the tickets in the same app. As I understand I need the Witick App for that at the moment.
Easy peasy
Simple to use. Had no problem with the app. Buying tickets through the app was fairly straightforward, and timings were accurate. The transport system in Bordeaux is excellent and the app made getting around easy.

nous étions ravis de la transition de Witick à l'application officielle TBM ce mois-ci. cependant, l'application TBM n'est pas fiable et ne s'ouvre pas à des moments cruciaux ; ça raccroche à 60%. Witick s'ouvrait toujours. nous espérons que vous pourrez résoudre ce problème ! nous achetons des billets papier en attendant.
