This site doesn’t recognize my Rakuten login
Booked hotel thru email because it doesn’t recognize my Rakuten sign in for some reason. Very glitchy app.

Can not select date
Please fix select date feature
LOTS of room for improvement:
6 Cons: (1) discount vouchers could not be applied during booking so booked without them instead (2) no way to contact property directly for requests after booking (3) don’t recall seeing an option for additional requests during booking process (4) no way to extend reservation only option to shorten (5) no live agent function on app (it’s hidden somewhere in the website which took awhile to find; it’s in one of the not so obvious “contact us” links - travel faq through the app which takes you to website > hamburger menu on top left > inquiries > live chat) (6) can’t copy and paste long reservation number from app to website - entering my details for live chat kept showing error “only alphabetic characters allowed” and finally figured no spaces are permitted even tho my first name has a space

Poorly titled app
It’s very rude of you to not explain in the title of your app that you are just for Japan!
Terrible mobile app
This is a terrible mobile app and for most, you’re better off just printing off a physical hard copy or save a digital copy on your phone. Not sure why, but this app keeps logging me out automatically and requires me to manually re-sign in every few days which is incredibly frustrating. What is worse is that there is no option to save an offline copy which would be a no-brainer for a booking app. Or at least give us an option to save the booking to our Apple wallet or something.
Overpriced
Beware, Their prices are way higher than prices you can find anywhere. Use this App for basic information but don’t use it to reserve hotels.
