Face-ID doesn‘t work
Unfortunately, since the last update, it's no longer possible to unlock the passport using Face ID. The Face ID verification no longer takes place, or rather, it freezes – at least on the iPhone 17 Pro.

Nur geeignet für total „digitalisierte Menschen“
4 Wochen vor der Einreise ist zu kurz. Ich brauche immer Hilfe. Wenn ich die Seychellen für sechs Wochen verlasse (z.B. Thailand) und wieder zurück komme brauche ich wieder das „Ganze“ obwohl ich das zuvor schon über den gesamten Zeitraum hatte. Und in Thailand hilft mir niemand😢

Not well designed
The feature to scan the passport chip assumes that user’s phone has NFC. No NFC and there’s no alternative option to upload passport details through the app. Bravo! Well done!

I travel a great deal to many countries and this is the best e-border app I have used. Well done to the Seychelles government.
Not working
App refuses to let me enter any details when trying to check my application status. Have tried deleting it and reinstalling but still no joy, just a frozen screen.

Can’t upload existing photo,e.g. for id, although description says so. Can only take picture… Please fix ….

Does not work
I cannot change the entry date. It keeps spinning back to 30 APR 2022. nothing besides 30 APR 2022 is allowed as entry date. Tried on different phones, always same error.

Auch die Hilfe war nicht gut, ich habe dies der Behörde mitgeteilt bevor ich meinen Antrag eingereicht habe. Die haben geantwortet, ich solle Sie abfotografieren. Das habe ich getan. Die Kinder wurden dennoch nicht berücksichtigt.
Problems
I ask you to correct the application errors: 1. when you temporarily exit the application, there is no draft and all incomplete information is lost. 2. The camera is sometimes buggy and does not want to add a photo of a person. 3. When paying, Japanese or Chinese appears instead of Russian.
The best visa app in the world
You guys were ahead of the game at the start of covid and now the app is seamless. Easy to use, especially after the first time when stored basic info is reused. Fast response. 10/10. Well done.
Boat choices incomplete
I am trying to register also so are 24 other people. Your system does not recognize the M/Y Pegasus of Variety Cruises, which is based there. How am I to do this? URGENT…the group is arriving on Sept 11 and 12.

Easy and hassle free. Reply within minutes. Heard lots of bad reviews about it but honestly there is nothing to worry about. It was straight forward.

Benutzen Sie lieber die offizielle Website! Die funktioniert sehr viel besser – die App bietet keinen Vorteil. Die einzige Aufgabe dieser App ist es, einen Antrag auszufüllen 🤬 Das Einreisedatum ließ sich nicht eingeben (war zu früh – wurde aber nirgends erwähnt). Einen Tag später ging es dann. Angaben werden aber nicht zwischengespeichert. Wird die App geschlossen, muss ich von vorne beginnen. Bereits getätigte Eingaben können nicht editiert werden (bereits ausgefüllte Sektionen lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen). Klicke ich auf „back“ (man könnte ja denken, dass man einen Schritt zurückgeht), lande ich auf der Startseite und muss von vorne beginnen. Beim Upload eines Fotos stürzte die App ab. Ich muss von vorne beginnen. Nach dem dritten Mal hatte ich keine Lust mehr.
