Wonderful hotel in Lecce
There is only one word to best describe this wonderful five star hotel in the heart of Lecce - incredible. From the moment you arrive, every request and every need has been thought through and delivered. Nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff across the board seemed genuinely happy to be working there and keeping their customers happy. The rooms are large and clean, the beds very comfortable and plenty of good quality amenities provided. Breakfast had a huge choice of good food with changes made every day so if you stay longer you get new things to look forward to. Throughout the hotel every member of staff is engaged and happy to help. There were so many to thank who made my visit to Lecce a truly happy one, but a quick shout out to Gabrielle, both the Francesca’s, Roberta, Nicoletta, not forgetting all the other receptionists,bell boys, chefs and general housekeepers. Last but not least I must reserve by grateful thanks to the manager Pierpaolo Faggiano, who pays such attention to all the little details that allows this particular hotel to be so well run and the staff there are really well supported. Thank you all for a truly remarkable stay and I hope to see you soon again.

No soy capaz de entrar para ver mis reservas con la nueva app…. Al lado de la anterior un cero … que poco intuitivo!!!!
Boeking van NH Hotel onvindbaar
NH-app niet meer te gebruiken, Minor app daarom maar gedownload. Onoverzichtelijke app en bovendien is mijn bij NH geplaatste boeking niet te vinden! Bij vergelijking met NH-website kan een boeking zomaar 500euro hoger uitpakken.

El idioma castellano es de los más hablados del mundo, con el cambio a es app, NH ha perdido y mucho, lo configuras en cualquier idioma y se queda en inglés. Por favor, ARRÉGLENLO.

Definite downgrade
The NH Hotels app wasn’t great but this is definitely a downgrade. Why ask people to switch? There doesn’t seem to be any way to get prices of all hotels in a city. Most of the time it sends you back to the website. Etc.
Comprehensive App
This app really enhances the hotel experience. The loyalty perks, easy food ordering, service requests, and staff chat are all seamless. I also love how convenient it is to book activities and spa services. Simple, useful, and well designed.

Lots of features and great to use
So much easier using the App for services than having to explain over a phone call. Great to also see my loyalty points in the App too.

I agree with previous reviews. Can’t load upcoming stays. No way to message hotels. This app is ever so poor. “Welcome to your upgraded app experience!” What in the world happened?

Worst App Ever
The NH app had its problems, but this so called “”minor Hotel” app is the worst app ever developed. Come on, it does not allow you to set the date. Impossible to use
Not fit for purpose
I like NH hotels and have staid there many times. This app does a disservice to the brand. Clunky, unintuitive and a bit useless. When you search for accommodation in a city it doesn’t just list the hotels and prices no you have to click on every single one for the great reveal. Dear Minor have a look at Marriotts to see how it’s done. Worse still after booking through the app nothing appears in the app nor did I get an email with confirmation for the hotel. The saving grace is that the NH hotels service phone line is stellar. They confirmed and cancelled Schroedinger’s booking in minutes. Anyway back to using expedia/ booking etc.
Poor Reflection of the Brand
This app reflects badly for the brand. Look, it is simple. The customer wants to be able to log in, simply make a booking and perhaps view it from time to time. Should be easy.
Rubbish
Clunky with very poor UX. Whoever designed this app clearly didn’t do enough UX testing because it’s terrible.
