Problems
I have been playing this for quite some time and recently whenever I open the app to play (which I do every day), I have replay levels I already completed (as noted by the game itself when I go to the next level). There is clearly a bug and I hope it can be fixed. I also have not found a way to report a problem except through a review.

I’ve loved this game and played it for many months, so much that I’m on level 650 + something. The last few days, however, I’ve been having popup video advertisements during the middle of a level and even while watching videos for points. What on earth has happened? You expect me to watch two videos at the same time? If this continues I’ll delete the app. It’s a shame that you find the need to drown us in advertising. I wish games would simply sell the games to us for a lump sum and offer upgrades for another fee rather than ruin the experience completely with stacked up adds.

This is a PSA for anyone playing online games: Asuno, selling purple teeth pills and self tanning gummies, advertises an intro of 4 bottles for $24.99 and charge $99.99. My bank’s fraud department called me to alert me of the fraud, blocked my card, and now I get to wait two weeks for a new one. So I am using that time to tell everyone. They are liars. They’re cheaters. They’re thieves. Don’t waste your time, energy or money. 🥰☮️🐝💜SS

What happened?
I play this game all the time. Suddenly, there’s an ad stuck playing and playing. Can’t play the actual game at all anymore. I’ll look for an update but may have to move on to a different game. There doesn’t seem to be any support.

Guess what? It’s a new year and this game still sucks. No competition opportunities, non-existent customer service. Find something else to pass your time. I strongly recommend Word Bliss or Crossword Jam. Did I mention? This game sucks.
The owl daily game
I notice there are still no new pictures for the daily owl game and as I have just played it I notice I never get any coins either - until the game has new pictures it is pointless playing - the game has been given more levels to enjoy but no day game benefits - I played it in the past to get to the end of the first level but with no coins or pictures for the last few games played it seems a pointless exercise- I am probably owed several gifts from your owl! I notice also the new sections of the game do not show the percentage who are playing - thank you for getting more levels but please make the day game a beneficial game also - thank you. I still continue to play the daily owl game and there have been no new pictures to collect for sometime and no extra coins for completing the daily challenges. I reckon I must be owed several coins and pictures after playing the daily games - please look into this as otherwise it is pointless completing the challenge each day - thank you Hi everyone are any new games in the pipeline as it is now several months since I finished all the games available and if there are no further games available I will delete this game but would I have any way of coming in again with only the new games if and when they come available - the game was very enjoyable but I feel that the coming soon has been at the end of this game for a long time

The game keeps freezing.
Bad Change
I used to love this game, and could tolerate the ads because you could opt out of them after a few seconds. Then the other day they changed it so that you have to watch a full length ad between every round. Some rounds are as short as ten seconds. I can’t do that, so I play one round and come back later a few times a day.

Love this game but have not seen any tournaments. Been playing a long time. Don’t understand. I play crossword jam a lot and always do the tournaments but wanted something a little different and this is the game. If I don’t see any tournaments not going to break the bank just to give money away.
Keeps Freezing
I’ve been playing this game for a very long time & enjoy it. But for the past several months now it just freezes & I have to delete the game & reinstall it again. Every time I have to do this I then have to start from scratch. It’s really annoying. I’m loosing interest in the game now & tired of this continuing. What’s the point of playing this game if I have to go through all of that & start all over again !

Deleting the app
I REALLY REALLY like this game. I have played it for MONTHS!!! Currently my streak is 92 days!!! But this freaking audible add from VERIZON that plays in this square that I can’t silence until it plays for a certain amount of time…. This is NOT the ads between games…this is when you first start playing each initial session! It is so annoying!!! So I will be deleting this app today!!! Not worth the annoyance!!!
