Issue with auto play
When playing a playlist some of the songs won’t continue through to allow you to listen it keeps saying it doesn’t work at this current time. This is an on going issue with this app. You can restart the app turn your phone off etc and it still shows up or sometimes even logging in is an issue.
Great app
Thank you for a great music app that plays in the background and allow you to create your own playlists. I’m having trouble removing the ads though, nothing happens when I click on the button - it also thinks I’ve purchased and asks to restore then says can’t find the purchase - please advise. Thanks
Now actually Playing, but can’t get past Ad screen
Definitely an slight improvement over the previous version, but the app becomes locked to the ad screen with no way to pass it as there was before. This results in having to open-Close the app, in order to change tracks/playlist Hopefully will be fixed in the future
Error 502
Plz fix error 502 I really like this app. If you fix I will give you 5 🌟s say no internet while I have internet plz help I really do love this app
PLEASE add contact
PLEASE FIX ERROR STATUS 502 App stops working after each Apple update 😓 I really love the app, use it daily. Share with others. And a few days without it are upsetting, when we had Error 400 . Please add some option to report errors directly on the app🙏🏻🙏🏻 WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THE APP AND WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU MAKING IT WORK !!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Not working
Says error 410. Fix pls because this is a decent app I actually started liking 🧍♂️
Update- it’s working again
The app stopped working completely. Efforts to reach the developer received no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. I will revise this review when that happens. Update : it is working now.
When it works it’s great.
There are so many videos I search for and it comes up with nothing. Even with the YouTube link…..nothing. Looking for another app that actually works.
Not working
Getting the dreaded “Player got Problem” bug for a week. Not working since.
Wonderful app, one request
Can you replace the player control so I can skip 15-30 sec back/forward?
Videos are now unplayable with most recent update.
Attempting to play videos results in an error message. Reloading the app doesn’t work. Reinstalling the app doesn’t work. Hoping this gets resolved soon, but as of now the app is effectively useless.
works well but
It works well but this past month it won’t go onto the next song in my playlist
Playback is not smooth
This app has lots of bugs and the developer doesn’t respond to feedback. When playing music it randomly stops and starting a song takes ages. It’s a shame as the app used to work much better but recent updates have made it worse. There’s no communication with the developer either so I wouldn’t bother using this app.
It could be perfect!
The app could be just perfect, unfortunately crashes all the time and doesn’t let you pay to take the ads off either; after fixing those bugs, definitely deserves 5 stars
Actually free music but w a bit of ads
i love this app similar to musi
No longer works as of April 2025
Paid for the full version and everything, and used to work great. But now when I go to play a video it gives me an error and I can’t play any music, waiting for the devs to fix it.
Amazing but please have an offline option.
The best app! I’ve been searching everywhere for an app that plays YouTube music in the background and I was on the moon when I found this! Please make an option to listen to music offline!! Update- 16/12/20 Hey for some reason when you search new songs it keeps saying no result found Hello after the update everything was fixed but now you have to keep your phone screen open and be on the app for the music to change, the music won’t change if the phone screen is off-10/01/21 Hello again, the app isn't letting you play music it keeps saying status code 429 - it would be great if a new feature could be added where the playlists from the app can be transferred to a YouTube playlist
Too slow
More often than not the videos stop and start playing. So much so that you can’t listen to them.
fix this problem
great app but it crashes
Ok
Ok
o.formats.sort error comes
o.formats.sort error comes up. what is this?
VERY SLOW to connect, but works great
This app works extremely well. The biggest complaint I have with it is that it regularly takes FOREVER to start playing anything. It's almost as if it can't locate what you've told it to play, or as though it's pleading with the server to please let it connect and play. I'm not sure why it does this, it would be great if the developers would fix this problem, as that would easily make it a 5 star app and hands down the best app this side of New Pipe for Android.
Deleted the app not working
Thanks for little time for this app worked .for about more than a week not a single video was played . Always showing error
Help please!!
I’m trying to get the no adds feature so I can listen to my music with no adds and interruptions but the button, doesn’t seem to be working help please! You guys deserve 5 stars if you guys help me!
Hay

Re-downloaded App
It says that it cannot function. Even in the new update and after redownloading it.
Good but trash
Works great untill your phone gets slightly warm that’s when the app crashes YouTube music and Spotify don’t do this folks the only reason why I have this app still is because I don’t feel like redoing my playlists
Playlists
Playlists are not working, stops after one song
App Does Not Work or Update
App currently does NOT work & will not update. Continues to get error messages on Version 5.2 while developer states there is a Version 5.7 with no bugs. Unfortunately, the You Listen App is not updating even after deleting & reinstalling from the App Store. I have the paid version too. However, when working it’s fantastic! You don’t have to leave your screen on while listening to YouTube. March 25, 2025
Nâng cấp bị lỗi!!
Nâng cấp bản Pre bị lỗi nha bạn!! Luôn ủng hộ app Việt!!
Stopped working
No support nothing
Updates on bug fixes, crashes, and other improvements
It needs major updates on bug fixes, crashes and other major improvements

I used to love this app but now not so much as none of my music will play

Mmuuuuhhhhh
So this is a good app but there to many adds for real
too many ads
I will give 5 stars if ads can just stop
This app was really good... until it wasn’t!
Hey developers. What’s happened with this app? It used to be really good but recently I’ve not been able to play one single video. It keeps saying “metadata can’t be found”. Can you resolve this please. Thanks.
Dùng tạm thôi
Khi thoát ra, muốn nghe lại video đã nghe lần trước chờ thời gian load rất lâu
How good this app is
Nothing to buy you can listen to music when your phone is off or when you’re playing a game
Worked for a while
It worked for a while have me code 404 on some songs I just thought it was because of the type but now it’s giving me 500 on everything I try to listen to
I love the app but it might need updating
It has been working perfectly fine but all of a sudden it’s been having errors and not letting me play anything
Quá chậm chạp
Quá chậm chạp khi load một video.
One missing puzzle piece
Video files cannot be moved around inside the playlists and there should be a feature that allows us users to be able to sort music videos.
Bug that breaks the app
Every time you play a video, you aremet with an error that says "Player got problem! Please try another one [object Object]". There is no place to send feedback to on the app. Very disappointing as this app was very useful. I will change my review once it is fixed. edit: they fixed it!!!
Frozen
It’s not working it frozen
Was good. Now stopped working
Error message now appears when trying to play videos hopefully an update will resolve.
Buồn
Là ng dùng app này gần như là lúc mới ra nhưng h sao app lại cắt đi nhiều bài hát trên youtube v bị bản quyền hửm :(
love the app! but theres an issue with playlists
hi! ive used this app for around 2 years and im happy with how much has been done with it! but everytime i try to make a playlist, it never works? it sort of just endlessly loads til i have to reset the app. i hope this issue gets fixed soon, and again ty for making this app!
