No se por donde empezar… me parece tan buena, que realmente no tiene como mejorarse, el accesso es tan, pero tan sencillo que ahí es donde te das cuenta que el gobierno si funciona… sacar las citas es super sencillo, acceder es súper fácil… sarcasmo??? Para nada…

No funciona correctamente en IPhone
Una vez logueado con el certificado digital, no muestra ningún dato en ninguna de sus variantes, ni en medicación, ni en informen, etc, solo muestra una pantalla en blanco

Brilliant app and saves much time and you don’t have to go to the medical centre to make an appointment or check results.
Funciona fatal.
Tengo el certificado digital instalado en el teléfono y me dice que no encuentra ningún certificado. ¡¡¡IMPOSIBLE!!! Y en vez de dejarte en la app para hacer esto te abre el navegador web.. por qué entonces la app? Aparte intento sacar cita y me pone que no hay citas disponibles ni de llamada ni presencial. Espero arreglen la app lo antes posible. Es una buena idea sacar esta App pero por lo menos háganla funcionar. Como siempre la junta de Andalucía y sus increíbles programadores informáticos. Qué vergüenza.

La app no se abre la mayoría de las veces
La app no se abre en la mayoría de los casos. Hay días que no consigo abrirla. La reinicio y nada. No sé si es que está saturada o que tiene poco soporte. Una vez que se abre se ve muy completa y puedes acceder a muchas consultas pero lo dicho hay veces que no consigo entrar en todo el día. Gracias.

Disagree with negative comments. You need to log in using your NIE card enter NIE then next box is the second number on your NIE then easiest is to select enter with Clave but you need to have set up the Clave app. Negatives are things like external appointments often do not show same for Blood tests etc done outside of your local Salud. Other than that really useful app.

Da igual como intente hacer cualquier tipo de operativo, que ni Clave, ni certificado digital ni nada me va. Siempre me da un error de vuelta después de validar. Me es imposible hacer nada y no hay ninguna parte para reportar fallo técnico

Otra chapuza made in Spain
Menuda chapuza. Nada intuitivo. Sistema de entrada de claves donde no se explica como entrar ni nada se espera que el usuario venga aprendido de casa. Partes en ingles partes en español. A saber la panda de enchufados que habrán hecho la chapuza esta y cuanto habrán cobrado por ella. Menudo desastre donde no se piensa nada en el usuario

It always crashing after opening the app. need to delete first and install it again to use properly. so if I want to use the app next time it gonna crash again. I hope you resolve this issue.

Still failing from April 2020 to December 2021
Horrific app. Spontaneous in-app hanging, invalid authentication for genuine Spanish ID credentials, impossible to obtain QR Code for Covid Pass despite physical vaccination certificate with QR Code present. Just appalling. Businesses are losing revenue hourly with negative readouts obtained from valid perfectly test results. Shameful
Un desastre
Con la actualización dicen que se puede acceder a la tarjeta sanitaria: imposible. No existe. Además antes iba bien. Ahora se cuelga. Arréglenla o no servirá. Yo la uso para todo lo médico y me es útil siempre que funcione bien. Gracias.

Unreliable
More often than not the app does not allow access even though the security part is confirmed. I use Cl@ve , but typically I get error messages saying BDU error or something else recording that there was an issue with a server. Is good when it works, but too often does not. P.s. same story for Mi Prescription app.

I wonder why the Junta de Andalucía would choose totally inept developers to produce something so important. Don’t they test these apps? Don’t they ask for feedback from ordinary users?
No funciona para menores ni sus padres
Para mi mujer y yo funciona bien pero para los niños no. Ellos pueden entrar pero no los deja descargar su certificado se vacunación sin navegar a clicsalud.es. Allí no puede acceder el certificado de vacuna sin certificado digital o Cl@ve PIN, pero como menores no les permite conseguirlos. Como el padre tampoco puede descargar los certificados de mis niños… entonces como se puede descargar sus certificados de vacunación??!! 😕
