Tenía un requisito fundamental que era que fuera a primera hora y pensé que iba a costar más conseguirlo, pero no fue así. Un gusto el trato y la facilidad para conseguir la cita.
Falta de resultados
La analítica de la orina no viene reflejada en ningún sitio, pone que no hay información, cuando el tubito de la muestra sí que la entregue

Despues de una semana de llamadas sms y mails por fin puedo acceder a mis daros, muy mala atención al cliente nk Telefonica ni electrónica de ningún tipo
Fast and easy
I needed a PCR test to fly to France and this lab was great. They gave me a same day appointment and had my results quickly.

Todo bien más o menos … la prueba del oido no se hizo o ya no lo hacen ! pero lo demás bien. El problema es que para poder ver los resultados una cruz. Sigo sin poder descargar el informe médico !

Aún no he podido encontrar mis resultados de mi análisis de sangre y orina. Me he metido en su app Mi Salud siguiendo sus instrucciones pero la verdad aun no he visto ningún informe y estoy empezando a impacientarme. Por favor envíenme el informe a mi correo en un PDF o lo que les parezca mejor. Me ha parecido muy poco útil su app, y fastidiosa, pues sólo quiero leer sus averiguaciones sobre mi salud la cual no veo por ningún sitio. Gracias de antemano Mònica Doña Naranjo
The usual language issue
The app works fine, however it suffers the usual issue where the language changes depending in different views.
Professional and efficient
I’ve had 2 Covid PCR tests for travel with this company and they have been very prompt with the result arriving next day.

High price for very poor service: 1) Quiron rejected my Visa credit card 2) Retreiving PCR is a long, convoluted process. Why so hard ??? 3) the process at the clinic was fast and efficient, but why did not you use the saliva test? The nose swab test is antiquated and painful. Please update you procedure and make it easier!!!!

Difficult
Just email the COVID results to people don’t make them spend an hour navigating an app in another language trying to guess passwords and NIE Identify numbers etc to get their results!!!

Really difficult to use
This so does not allow you to paste your password (although I actually means clave) into the main page. It also doesn’t allow you to have two people’s results (like your child’s) on the same login - super annoying! 🙄🙄🙄
