No funciona en absoluto, ni la web, ni la aplicación. Llevo un buen tiempo intentando contactar por teléfono, y el servicio es más de lo mismo. No pierdas tiempo.

Un desastre
Ahora HM te obliga a verificar tu identidad desde su aplicación, la cual lamentablemente no está preparada para funcionar adecuadamente con la cámara del nuevo iPhone 15 Pro. La aplicación no es capaz de cambiar de cámara para escoger una que pueda enfocar el documento de identidad lo suficiente para ser verificado. Y cada vez que lo intento la verificación es rechazada por la calidad de la imagen. ¡Un desastre! Arreglen el problema de una vez o proporcionen otro medio de verificación.
