Unable to play for 2 days. Keep getting error message technical issues. This is the 2nd time in a week. Please fix this. I’m still unable to play for at least 5 days now because of technical error. Game loads to 90% then won’t load. Sorry to say I’m deleting the game.

When are we going to be able to expand our city? I ran out of space. I've been playing this game for a while now. We need more space. Can you open up a new city or give us more space. This game is getting boring now.
The Game overall
The chest game shows you all these prizes however you only get energy and ex points never a building or anything like that, the other game with the coins it takes to long to get coins as well they length of the game is to short, I hope this isn’t turning into a super city situation because I’ll delete this game.. I play every day please make the game fair and add more decorations for the city like theme for the holidays and seasons. Also the townies are walking on top of the buildings and walking on water,also you have a football field and a tennis court but nobody is playing, I have a merry go round but it doesn’t move or the townies aren’t on it ,the game has potential however you should tweak the game.

I love this game
I enjoy playing this game, but there's a significant issue that needs addressing: once you hit a certain level, space becomes limited. I’ve been engaged with this game for about four years now, and I’ve been eagerly waiting for the chance to expand my city, but that hasn’t happened yet. While the option to move to the next city exists, the gameplay tends to become a bit stale after a while. There’s also a lack of new buildings to purchase, which is frustrating since we don't even have enough room to place them if they are available. This situation needs attention. I took a break from the game for a while, only to return and find the same limitations still in place. I started with a community of over 50 to 100 players, and many of them have also lost interest. It’s common for games to hit a plateau at higher levels, but to keep players engaged, it’s essential to introduce new content regularly. I’ve invested quite a bit of money into this game, and I’m at the point where I might consider stepping away if changes aren’t made. The prizes remain stagnant, which contributes to my four-star rating. Let’s make this game exciting again!
Not my city !Can’t contact support
I hadn’t played in awhile but I loaded it today and this isn’t my city ! I just deleted and reloaded and still the same wrong city, not even in English is still there! I am just deleting. Still no response from tech support! Still no word from tech support and tried again to reload after newest update, still not my city! 10/19/22 STILL not my city and still nothing from customer support! 1/11/23 and still not my city!

Love the game BUT…
I have earned over $2.5 million cash and have nothing new to spend my cash on. I REALLY wish they would add more buyable items that I don’t have to spend real cash on. I’m sadly losing the fun of the game because I do the same things nightly. I refuse to spend real money anymore until I can use what I already earned. Hopefully, something new comes along.
Issues with game
I’ve been playing this game for awhile now , but have had issues with it. Have had my bank notes disappear. On more times than one. Like today 12/18/21 had over 541 bank notes , get back on 41 bank notes is all that I have . So disappointed.... Everything stayed the same but bank notes all gone . Also been trying to the Christmas Restaurant and on the 5/5 round I’m able to collect , the star maps & walk-in talkies but the 5 dream catchers , shows you get it from the handmade souvenir shop. Don’t see it are can’t find it ... and will not even show me when I click on show ...
Unable to access more cities
I am 89 level. I only have access to 2 cities on the map with a red city sayin “Stay tuned”. I am running out of spaces to build. If there is certain cities that needs a certain level to access it, you should put the level on the city, not “stay tuned”.

Great game , but on my game I cannot watch adverts to get free extra dollars, and now most of things I have to buy using dollar and with out spending , and spending really cash . I don’t thing I can play on .

Great Game!
It is a great game and I enjoy it very much, but over the past few days I have had trouble visiting some of my neighbors. There are at least five whose towns I can’t access.It is somewhat frustrating.

38 short distance tickets, collected over several days, have disappeared! Leaving me with the unappetising task of collecting them all again! Badly done, guys, badly done!
Not my city
I re-entered the city some months later, and the city isn’t even mine. I wish I could start over...deleted the game as I cannot find my own city.
Awesome Game
This game gets 5 Stars from me because it’s a user friendly game. Really no need to spend real $$. Hours and hours of continuous play. Energy had never been a problem, it’s just a awesome game.

Please fix issues
I love this game and play daily. My biggest problem is whenever I try to visit my friends’ places, the site rashes. I then have to reload to get back to my page. I will try numerous times to visit other neighbors, but 95% of the time, it crashes. Please try to fix these issues. In reading other reviews I see I am not the only one with troubles. The game is fun and addictive so please do something.
Disappointed & Lost
I love this game I play daily and I haven’t been able to play on my iOS for a few days, how can somebody please tell me how you can update android to 15.1 but not update iOS? My android isn’t working & my iOS was my main source of playing the game, can anybody tell me when you will update the iOS so that I can finish playing the Halloween golden pass game? Energy Depletes
This is one of those games where energy depletes when you stuff. In this game it’s actually worse than in others tho. Even just tapping a building to collect money costs energy. This is the most infuriating game mechanic out there. Why in the heck would developers want to stop you from playing the game? When games do that to me I simply give a one star review and delete. Developer doesn’t want me to play? Okay.. I won’t then.

I absolutely love playing this game. With that said, it hasn’t done me right. I did lose my City in March. They basically said I’m sorry with a very unfair compensation. Ok... so I buy tons of expensive buildings to try to get back to where I once was. Now! They had a server problem and lost my city but gained someone else’s city , which had no where close to the buildings I had purchased with my real money. They compensated a very low amount of banknotes. I thought we was negotiating so I sent them all my itune receipts. They ask me multiple times. How much do you think we need to compensate you? I sent them a super fair list. Because by now I cannot get some buildings back. They read my messages. No response in 4 days. I’ve been so patient in hoping they would take care of and they just ignore my messages. I’m pretty much begging them to give me not even half of what I had purchased! I didn’t want to write this review but I have no choice. If you play this game please take pictures of your city!! It may or may not help you. Thinking about deleting it all together but I’ve spent way to much money and time. I’m giving a 3 star. Would have gotten a 5 because the game is addicting and awesome. Customer service is a 0.

Love this game. Would love it more if my banknotes would stop disappearing. Three times this has happened.
You owe me money
Every time I try to get coins for cash that I paid for to play your game you take my cash but give me no coins!! I’ve tried spending at least 500$ to get coins. This is one thing that will make me report this game and get it shut down. You’re stealing my cash I paid for out of my hard earned money. And during this pandemic is the wrong time to be stealing cash from a player. I want it put back into my account ASAP!! If I don’t see it in a day I’m reporting this to the App Store and have it removed. Thanks.

I downloaded this app on my phone and played for awhile. Once I decided I liked the game I added it to my tablet. When I tried to sinc them so I could play the same game on either device it deleted all my progress and purchases on the first device and started me over again. I will be deleting this app as I will not put any more money into it since they took away my previous purchases

This is a great city building game that actually rewards you more often than other games.
Waste of time and real money
This game is frustrating. What a shame. I tried it on my other devices got the same problem. It cuts off when I try to visit other players, it cuts off after I complete a task, it cuts off when I’m collecting coins, I never get my rewards it cuts off. Frustrating. Waste of time. I spent at least $30.00 on this, which was stupid of me.

It keeps asking me to update but there is nothing that needs updating as I am on the latest version and there is no update icon to press , have uninstalled and installed but that has not helped have also turned my device off and on again still it asks me to update
Got back in BUT no friends :(
UPDATE- I got back into the game but all of my friends are all gone! I don’t have Facebook and shouldn’t be required to install it to getting my friends back. I had over 100 friends and now i only have the one computer generated friend for Lily City. Please give me my friends back!!!!
Last update has broken the app
I like this game a lot, however not the latest update I am stick in a loop. The game loads to 30% and then asks me to update and takes me to the app screen which says 'open'. I have deleted the app on multiple occasions and restarted the phone. The issue is still there. Please help....
