Cannot connect to internet
For a week charm Farm has shown a can not connect to internet message. Everything else on my iPad is connecting with no problem. I have restarted iPad and cleared cache. Nothing has fixed the problem.

I used to play a game called sunken secrets, I’m wondering if you were the makers of that aswell? Only the runes and other bits are just like it and i absolutely loved that game. Me and 2 of my children are hooked on this game, it’s amazing live everything about it, apart from some of the daily tasks take ages and it costs too many things to open another part of land. Apart from that it’s the best 😊

My internet works fine and it gives me the message no internet if this is a bug please fix or 2 stars I keep on this game
Cute….but
Let’s start with the good. The graphics are nice and the game itself is cute and engaging. On to the bad. It becomes very difficult to craft items and make money. When all is said and done you lose more than you make. It becomes a never ending cycle. I’d like to decorate my little village but you just can’t make the money to do that. You wait soooooo long for resources so it becomes not even worth it.
No internet connection
I cannot figure out why it won't load. It keeps saying no internet connection but I've done everything possible that I've found on the web to fix it. Please help. I miss my schmoos.

I like the concept of the game, although it seems to freeze every 5 seconds. If the app was fixed, I’d love it…..

Fun game but has lot stop working problems
Game stops working a lot have to restart game. Have quest for items I can’t even make because none of shops make the item. and can’t get new quest to replace.
Fun, but…
Great gameplay, quests, production, design, etc etc… very fun and addictive to play as well. I would absolutely love it if the secondary currency of red gems were no so impossible to get/save. And how easily you can accidentally spend your gems is incredibly frustrating given how rarely you get them. AND considering you need so many for new houses/shmoos… not great. Other games I have played have more accessible secondary currency and I notice the difference. This game is almost there but this is a problem that NEEDS to be improved upon before I could recommend it to others. I dont mind spending real $ in app games but I will not for this one as the price per gems is ridiculous. Also less likely if secondary currency is rare. Sorry but 3/5 👎

Leider stürzt es hin und wieder ab, nachdem man die dümmliche nicht wegklickbare nervige Werbung über sich ergehen lassen musste. Diese ist komplett daneben. Immer wieder der selbe nervige Anbieter mit noch schlechteren Spielen. warum stiehlt man 2 Minuten der Zeit. Es ist schwachsinnig, jedes mal den gleichen Anbieter zu werben, und dann noch in Überlänge. Entweder man hat das beworbene schon, oder man wird es niemals installieren. Was soll der Humbug? Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, das nur mithilfe dieser Werbung überlebt wird, nein, man bekommt den Hals nicht voll.

Great game except that it only works in the middle of the screen.A lot of connection problems which are very annoying! Cute characters and fun gameplay. Worth improving!
Adorable and Relaxing
I’m loving the game so far! Lovely graphics, fun and comforting setting, no big worrisome stakes or battles—in short, the perfect game for escaping our current reality! My only issue is that there are quests on the map that take you to other locations and they aren’t as much fun as the main village, but of course they propel the overall storyline. Though honestly I don’t need a storyline to enjoy a game like this! I hope the beautiful territory around the pond will be open soon. Keep up the fun game!
Poor response from support
Update for future players: at level 100…EVERYTHING quits counting, you quit leveling up and there is NOTHING to do. The developers don’t even seem to care. If you play on a computer through your Facebook apps, it is a different story. The developers don’t even bother anymore if you get disconnected due to their internet issues.

I’ve been playing for some time now and devoting much time to it. I was absolutely loving the game until it stopped letting me in claiming I had no Internet connection. It does this repeatedly. Usually it does that here and there, not very often. Now, it has locked me out for almost 2 days no matter what I do or try. I play a couple of other games that never do this. I find this completely unacceptable because I have invested some money into the game, all for nothing.
Potential
Loads of potential on this game. Great cute graphics. The balance is off for a crafting game. Timing on the flypigs is so looong. Then the bully’s is short. The food for them timing wise could be tweaked a bit. If the timing is long then more animals to harvest would help. The flypigs happy elixir is used in many things. We need more! The market job prices are too low for the time to gather everything. I’m all for making money on a game but make it playable and fun. The dungeons are fun but become tedious because you have to go back and forth the make the work tools constantly. Casting spells to get resources ok but we need more per cast. One daily quest requires 13 planks at 3 pieces of wood each. Casting the tree spell only gives you about 3 and costs coin each time. More schmoos! Who doesn’t want more. They are cute. Love the selling cat toon. The cut screens are alot telling the story. I really like this game, but the pace needs to pick up. Still hanging in there but not sure how long. Pick up the pace and make it more playable. It is frustrating not relaxing waiting and not getting enough coin or resources to play. I like a challenge but make it playable.

This game is unique for its genre. The characters are called Shmoo. They are very cute and look soft. It’s got quests and lots of side things to do. The art is lovely, I like the sound effects but I’m partial to the bird chirping. I do like hearing birds in games as it makes it feel more like a town. Although to me It seems loud/alert rather than calming. (Yes I know I can turn down the sound and I do) I think it could be drawn out with more birds so it’s not a short loop and lowered. It’d be nice if the buttons and collecting things were more responsive. Lastly I’m not fond of the big pink dragon with an exclamation mark. I get you deserve money for your efforts but it’s so obnoxious when games shove spending money down your throat.

Looks like it could be a cute game but the constant crashing detracts from any enjoyment.

I really like playing this game; however, the paths need to be able to be moved instead of deleting them then repurchasing them. Also, add fences. That would a nice touch.

App is constantly crashing and can’t contact support at all to fix. My mom has been playing this game for years and such poor customer service to get any help to fix the crashes. It’s not our Wi-Fi or our devices it’s within the app itself. Get your support together and help your players especially when they spend money on here. Disgusts me

Keeps crashing
I logged in with facebook on my tablet and downloaded this game on my phone. I went through the tutorial over again and then tried to log in with facebook on my phone to keep playing my started farm. It gives me the option to play my farm on level 9 connected with facebook, but as soon as I click on it the app crashes. I have tried to go back into it and now everytime it loads and should go into my progress it crashes again. I have tried to close out of it and delete and redone load but now it won’t even go anywhere past the load screen on my phone. Really frustrated because I love this game and would love to have the real option of playing one farm from my phone when I am on the go. Please fix this. 🤬

Beautiful but a little slow moving
Gorgeous graphics but time drags a bit waiting for stuff to happen. You get the occasional option to speed things along by watching "short" ads, but not consistently. And some of the things you can purchase seem unreasonably expensive, while others are more normal. This is a play and leave kind of game, once it's set up. They need some sort of side action, like mini-games or battles to break up the monotony. There aren't even neighbors, that I can tell. But. The little schmoos are cute as can be and the artwork is fantastic. If you played and enjoyed the older version on Facebook, you'll enjoy this game as well.

This is really nice game when it works ... It freezes and the vanishes and have to keep reloading its a shame that developers don’t iron out all the possible bugs before launching their product :(

Do like it But.... Your giving us impossible tasks on the airship. When one, we haven't upgraded the building yet. And two how can we do two of the items to go of on the airship from the same building, that need going off we can’t make both at the same time it’s impossible. Make it a bit more do able please. Or it will be another game I will be leaving. And also give us a chance on the diamonds special offers. I don’t call 3000 diamonds for £41.99 an offer. Be realistic. Please Also an offer on the materials for the building products would be good as well.. Please take these suggestions on board. I’m not the only one who thinks this. Many thanks..
